While I didnt purchase anything today, I have in the past and they are amazing owners and great employees. They will be closing for the winter this year, which makes me sad because they are my GO TO store if I need anything. Grill parts, keys made appliance parts, fencing stuff, screen replacement etc. Got my water heater there when mine died... they are amazing..

Fast family help&had what was needed,loves this place

1st time in store and I was greeted twice within 5 minutes of arrival and asked if I needed help. Home Depot and Lowes didnt have a floor person in their automotive section helping customers. Thats how I picked up two wrong spark plugs for the lawn mower! Thanks, True Value, for getting the right one and for your stellar customer service! ILL BE BACK!! 😁👌👍😄

Ive always liked the selection and service here. I used to like the feel of this place as well, but that all changed with their handling of the face mask situation. Today I was greeted by two door signs which read more like exultations of two particular governors than anything else. It also appears, from an older review, that these people were being mask police even before it was dictated by the governor. If so, thats very unfortunate because it means this store is no better than Menards that way.

They are so knowledgeable and helpful. I had been trying to hook up a gas line for a dryer, made the mistake of going somewhere else because it was after hours and spent a lot of money on three different fittings that didnt work. I took them to Lakeview True Value Hardware and they gave me one fitting, explained not to put the yellow gas line tape on the fitting that connects to the dryer hose because that would have caused it to leak. It fit perfectly and I owe it all to the wonderful people at Lakeview True Value Hardware. Again thank you so much!

I love to go to this store! In addition to a great selection of the usual hardware they have fun little items. Staff are knowledgeable and always helpful. I dont do construction and hardly any home repair but its a great store for finding what I need and fun to wander the aisles.

I am really disappointed I recommended Lakeview Hardware to my husband who needed some plexiglass to fix his moms screen door. I’ve always had good experiences with them. He went in and was treated very rudely by the woman who was working there. She told him there was no way anyone could cut it that day no place does that anymore and was annoyed that he asked. So he went to Mix Hardware and they cut it and it was cheaper and it was done in about a half hour without the attitude!! I’ll be recommending Mix Hardware from now on.

Call to find out if they were open no one told me that they require a mask to enter their store Im really getting tired of all these places telling people what they can and cannot do I will not be shopping here I hope other people go elsewhere the Do It Center on Dyckman does not require a mask to enter their property so I guess I will be doing my business there from now on good luck and I hope you go out of business.

Lakeview True Value Hardware is the finest we have in Battle Creek. Take a long weekend and work on your house and be sure to stop in the hardware store in your neighborhood to get what you need. I have been very lucky to have them just blocks away for all my weekend projects. Fasteners and curious bits of hardware are everywhere and the staff is incredibly helpful.

Always been helpful and close to home. Excellent selection of fasteners and most common DIY items. Can run there, buy what I need, and be back home working before I could even get to one of the big box stores.

Although the prices and products are pretty good, the hospitality isnt. Very hostile and disapproving of black or interracial people and couples. I wish they could treat everyone with respect and dignity. Thank you

Great place to find almost anything one would need to maintain a home, great service and very friendly people. Been a customer for over 50 years and never been unhappy with them.

Best hardware around. We moved away and have never found a comparable store. Unfortunately, a 3-4 hour drive to shop is too far. :(
