Helpful staff. Just wish they had more supplies for horses. Seems like this location doesnt have the selection as some of their other locations?

The only reason I gave it 3 stars, the store was clean and the staff was nice. With a name called tractor supply, you would think they would carry a standard riding lawn mower belt for a husqvarna. They didnt have the exact part and he told me that I would have to pay for shipping! Needless to say, I walked into the store next door and got the exact item for about the same price.

This store is the best, from there friendly staff to the wide range of stuff! Love this store! my wife has to drag me out of it most of the time! Love going with my son ( 2 years old) we have the best time. He loves looking at the baby chicks and ducks! Something for anyone that is outdoors forward. Take your time, look around. You will find it here.

Battle Creek Mi storeWent in to buy a Chainsaw chain and after looking for awhile I found a guy named Geoff to help me. I asked him where I could fine the chains for a chainsaw and he responded “ up front where they have always been” so I proceeded to go up front and look for them and found them. Geoff had walked by me as I was looking at them, didnt even bother to ask me if I needed any help. At that point I realized they were locked up and would need help getting one. So I went to look for someone to help me and I found Geoff again talking with someone about Grass seed, So I waited. (About 10) with no response that I was standing there I went back over to try and get it off myself when another worker asked if I needed help and helped me. The cashier at the time was busy with a line of customers. What I am upset about it that he should have helped me from the beginning knowing what I needed and knowing they were locked up!! Took me 20 mins longer to get what I needed!Unhappy customer

I was able to get what I was looking for. It took me a few minutes to find it though. Website said it was in stock, but doesnt tell you what aisle or even what department/area to find it in. Once found it was attached to the shelf and I needed to locate an employee to remove it for me. Employee was nice and quick to come help. Check out employee was nice. I resisted picking up any of the delicious candy by the check out. Overall just a nice store to visit depending on what you are looking for.

Some items (wood shavings, hummingbird feeders, water softener salt) are cheaper here than anywhere else. Sometimes they dont have much of things I need in stock. No cut straw bedding for our chickens the last trip.

Friendly atmosphere, good quality products, short staffed..had to wait for a long time, though we were second in line for well over 20 minutes. Overall...Ill definitely go back again.

I really enjoy visiting this store. We have a lot of farming needs and they seem to always have what we need. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the store is always clean. I also love the fact that they allow all animals in the store. The best part about TSC is they have chicks in the Spring.

I go here to get food for my rabbit. The service is good. Cashiers friendly. Prices average and not out of line. They have a rewards program so if you need to buy a lot of stuff for animals, its definitely worth shopping here.

Customer service does not happen here at all.. they rather talk too one another about their own personal guns and bullet making skills as I was trying to find something and they just stopped and looked at me and then continued to talk to one another.. screw this store..

It was my first time ever shopping there. Went because there was a good deal on dog food, but to my surprise the food I was there for was not marked for the sale as were many other dog foods were, so it took a few minutes to find it. When I did find the sale dog food I was shopping for I was disappointed to find that there were only three bags of food on the shelf, I would have enjoyed purchasing six bags but was unable too. On an up note I was greeted with a smile when I checked out and was offered help to load my purchase into my vehicle.

Store is always clean. Friendly courteous employees. Not always the most knowledgeable on animals. Great prices hope theyre in business for many many more years

Good variety of items. Especially animal feeds and pet foods bird seed, etc. Some basic clothing and boots for around the farm casual wear. Hardware selection of nuts, bolts, etc. could be better. A variety of equipment, fluids and parts to keep your lawn, garden and farm equipment running.

My Dad and I stopped here to look at rivet tools. They didnt have the tool he needed but they did have a decent selection of tools for various purposes. Compared to the other local hardware stores this one seemed to have a better selection for automotive tools and equipment. They had a section for animal supplies that I also did not see in the other hardware stores. I rated 4 out of 5 because their sign and the store were a little difficult to see behind the large pine trees by the road. We almost passed the store. I also noticed they did not have any WI-FI available.

I would not go to tsc again will not stand behind the product they sell . 1 yr old porter cable 60 gallon compressor will not build pressure. They say oh well your loss. $810.00 .

Restrooms look like they need to scrub the cement. And clean the restrooms better. Of they did that I would definitely recommend going to them.

I absolutely LOVE Tractor Supply! It is one of my favorite stores. From apparel and footwear, to animal food, to lawn supplies, they have it all.

So I go in to get wood pellets and grab a flat cart. I have a baby and carseat in my arm, and as Im trying to swing the cart around to enter the store, the sliding doors close in on my, the carseat and the cart. While trying to push the doors open and push the cart through, 3 employees are standing at the register WATCHING and LAUGHING at me, never asked if I needed help. When I made it through, one just asked Do you always carry your baby like that? And giggled as I walked by.

Love Tractor supply. They not only carry a zillion functional necessary products, but always seem to have a great selection of fun decorative items. Never know what you will find that you didnt know you needed. 😃. They have clothing, including some really cute childrens Carhartt and John Deere articles. Lots of toys at Christmas time. Have gotten some very nice decorative candles here. Many nice products for your pets, including very nice plush dog beds for spoiled cats (mine is snoozing on one right now). Lots of bird seed, feeders, and stuff for outside as well as inside birds.They even stock lawn mowers and tractors, Buddy heaters, wood burning stoves, fun outdoor garden decorations, baby chicks, chicken coops, kitchen sinks....well, outdoor troughs and many items for feeding deer, horses, possums, raccoons, neighbors dogs, you name it.

Always helpful. Good service. Its just a great place to shop.

I went in looking for straw bales based on curbside pickup being available same day according to the website. When I got there I was told by the employee that the online inventory is never right. She did call for help on it to be sure, but it ended up being a completely wasted trip. Dont trust the online inventory.
