Love It here, but theyre Absolutely look at me as if I was there to shoplift! Flat out if you pay attention to the Area of The Business and expect that it May happen to them on a above average location. Been there for years and years and seems to be going nowhere soon! Great Place to shop

I went to Mix initially with the recommendation they’d be one of the best places in town to get glass cut or supplies for reglazing my windows. I was very impressed with the service and selection, and ended up buying several other things that were on my list as “not today but soon”.I was a little hesitant starting such a big project on my own, but the employees seemed confident I could do it, and even gave me some tips. Walking out with the staff seemingly more excited for me to start this project then I was, was incredibly refreshing. Thanks Mix!

There is a kind gentleman there that has helped me several times with projects I was trying to do. He is very patient and has undone a package to show me how to do it. He has even taken pieces of paper and worked them together to show me. I highly recommend Mix Hardware!!!

Locally owned and operated, great hardware store. Owners and employees are always helpful and willing to answer your questions or give advice to help you with projects. Good selection of tools. Prices are obviously a little higher on most things compared to the big box stores, but they have some pretty good deals on some things. Worth the convenience of not having to hike through a Lowes to find what youre looking for.

Mike was absolutely fabulous the few times I was able to deal with him. However the owners seem to have issues with the race, customer service, and consumer etiquette. Logged into purchase a few supplies as we are renovating a new to the neighborhood. We thought purchasing from a family owned store would help the neighborhood out. When we began to shop the gentleman owner walked over and stared in my pockets before he addressed my eyes, then asked if I needed help while still looking at my pockets. Then we asked the lady owner a few questions about the supplies we are purchasing to which she answered, “I don’t know, look at the box, just because I sell it doesn’t mean I know “. Which is highly unfortunate given that you own the business. As long as they’ve been open it would seem as though they had an idea what they were selling. We own three businesses, which would have brought in a lot of business to them, and I couldn’t imagine not understanding anything about my product. And I certainly couldn’t imagine speaking to my customers that way. Especially considering there are plenty of hardware stores in the area. Wish them nothing but success, but if you are a minority I would caution myself before purchasing from the store. In my opinion our money is not valued here.

Local, friendly, helpful, and if they dont have what your looking for, which doesnt happen often, they will tell you where to find it. Glass replacement, and screen repair is difficult to find, but mix has both. They are one of my first stops for almost any home repair.

Very opinionated, variety of employees some decent most rude and unhelpful dispite effort. One star for effort but missing four stars for service and selection. I was told a propane torch would never free the parts I was hoping to free thankfully I ignored this comment and made my purchase anyway based on my own experience! It worked!!! ( All this became of me trying to buy a blade mount for my mower shaft they didnt have so I simply used my old one since mixs appearently lacks the ability to order things they dont have in stock.)

Excellent service, prices and assistance! I went in with tears in my eyes and not knowing what to do when my windows were broke and the staff help me get what I needed and did so with a big heart!

The hardware is a nice place to go to but sometimes the people that work there dont seem they like their work and they kind of rush you out and I dont like to be rushed I like to look around and see what they have and if I need help Ill go to him and ask for it but sometimes they like some people aint good enough to come there or something I dont know
