I am very pleased with the service I got at Plaza Tires off Baxter. I found a nail in my tire and was unable to get into my dealership in a timely manner, but Plaza Tires was able to fit me in super quickly. I was very pleased with the work they performed, the reasonable cost, the timeliness, the professionalism and the friendliness of the whole crew over there. I would highly recommend this place for tires, oil changes or other car service needs!

Oil change. Nothing fancy. Made an appointment a week out for late afternoon so I could wait for it on way home from work. Took about an hour. I assumed it would be a little quicker especially since I had made an appointment to wait.

Keeps me informed always on my car, what needs to be done. I know theyre not going to give me the run around. Love this place! I know my car is in very capable hands.

I had a flat this morning and although they had a booked schedule got me and back on the road first thing. Great service and friendly employees ready to help. Also was happy with the price and no push to up sale.

This is my go to place. The service is the best. All the employees are courteous and very helpful. They explain everything so you know exactly what has to be done to get you on your way.

So to preface, I had issues with the location a while back. It had been long enough I thought Id give em a try again. Again, Ive been let down. I asked for a rotate/balance and an alignment. They only did the R & B. They didnt charge me but they didnt do the work requested.Not sure how they handle others but both times here Ive been let down and looking for a new shop to use. It will not be these guys

The crew at Baxter Rd in Ballwin is efficient and friendly. They always complete the needed work on my car that is requested. They do not try to push extra work. They make suggestions on work that they notice, but are not pushy when making the suggestions. The manager today even suggested a shop down in the city that could fix an airbag issue for much cheaper than the dealership. Thank you!

I will never do business again with this company. The manager at the Ballwin location, Greg, stands by his bad business practices being ok because he has a good rating online. He charges customers for unnecessary parts just because he can. Poor customer service and bad business practices.

The guys at Plaza Tire are honest and do quality work. I’ve been using them for years for tires, oil changes, and minor repairs, and they don’t try to upsell or talk you into unnecessary repairs like some others in town. One time I was in a bind after I broke a lug nut stem on a small camper trailer right before needing to head out of town and they helped me resolve it even though they don’t typically do that type of work (on a very busy day as well).

I am SO GLAD my boyfriend and his family suggested I try Plaza Tire Service! I found out the other car-service chain I used to go to was overcharging me and telling me I needed things I didn’t. I am amazed every time I take my car to Plaza Tire for maintenance because it is so much less than I’d been used to having to pay. Very happy with their service and prices here— 100% recommend to family and friends that they bring their cars here, too!

The staff was very pleasant and did a great job! Made an online appointment, and waited less than an hour for completion for an inspection, and one tire which had a slow leak that was repaired. I purchased all 4 tires at Plaza Tires for my 2011 F150 truck last year. The tires were showing low and Plaza Tires took me in right away and put air in all of them. They were courteous, friendly and professional as always. I really appreciate their prompt service even though they were busy on a very cold day with snow and ice.

My tire was patched, all tires rotated and oil and air filter changed all for a reasonable price and in a very reasonable time frame considering I did not have an appointment!

Went for two back tires instead had to get all 4 because of the lack of proper awareness to me the customer. I specifically asked for my back tires to get replaced, somehow the guys did my front tires without double checking with me the customer. The service was smooth just wish their was communication before doing the job. To double check and not go based off how they think they should do it especially when the customer intentionally asked it to be completed a certain way.

I understand to not have the right tires the day of appointment, but it’s weird to not have the right technician to do rear brakes on a Ford Fusion smh. Especially not having the technician on the weekend. Overall the apology was ok,but it’s weird. Don’t do rear brakes service on the weekend with them.

The man who greeted me and ran the front desk was extremely courteous and respectful to every person that came in the door. I personally thanked him for how he interacted with customers and thanked his manager for having him at the store. I wish more people in customer service were as kind as he was. He went above and beyond to make sure that a misunderstanding with my service request was handled quickly and made sure that the accommodation he suggested worked for my particular situation. I had a flat tire on the weekend and AAA called who changed to a doughnut and wanted me to get it repaired during the week. All my efforts to get an appointment with my garage was not successful.I walked into a local Plaza Tire Service station. I was immediately attended by a very nice person and tire needed replacement. It took about an hour and cost was very reasonable.If you want an immediate and a courtes service I highly recommend Plaza Tire Service.Rajasekhar

I found them a few years ago when looking for inexpensive tires. I began using them for servicing my vehicles after that because they are honest people. I have never had issues with them trying to up sell me on things I dont need and have actually applied discounts when things added up. Amazing people and amazing work.

Way to pricey. 185.00 a tire. 15.00 a tire to mount then 10.00 a tire service protection. Then sales tax . Brought the tire total to $460.00 for 2. Can you say ouch

I needed new tires and Ive been here many times before. I was just a walk-in and the salesperson was very helpful. They fit me in on the spot without an appointment which ( Im guessing) is pretty rare considering how busy they were. Explained to me my options and I am thrilled with the tires they recommended. Helpful and responsive via text as well from their website, helping to claim manufacturer rebates. Will definitely be back soon as my wifes car now needs new tires. Highly recommend this location.

Would have felt better if staff were wearing masks and/or the doors were open for ventilation. Please greet and acknowledge the customer in front of you, even if on the phone. Just nice to know that my business is wanted. That aside, tires were changed sooner than expected which was a pleasant surprise.

So I would give them 0 stars if I could. I recently made a appointment to get tires. I showed up and they couldn’t find my appointment. Then when they finally got to me they killed my car probably about 6 times before having another person drive my car (it’s a manual). So get tires on everything’s good. Next day my car begins making a horrible noise from the front. Pull in to a near by dobbs to find out they never tighten down the lug nuts on my front tire so it was about to just fall off. I will never go here again.

Specifically asked if they had a socket thin enough for my wheels the day before i bought it in, bought the car in and was told they cant balance my wheels after they already tried taking my wheels off with a socket not thin enough which scratched my wheels. Good job, luckily i dont really care too much since they are 200$ rims.

Been going here for years. Great service! Thought I needed brakes so I dropped off my car but found out my pads were still really good. They advised me there was no need to replace them. Love that they don’t do unnecessary work on my vehicle so you know they aren’t out to just make a buck. They seem to care for their customers and suggest what’s best. Truly appreciate it.

I visited my dealership and a few tire shops to patch my tire for it had a nail on the outer edge. Every single one tried to sell new tire while Mike at Plaza Tire Service took my car right in and get it patched within 30 minutes. No appointment needed. It was quite cheap too. Another thing I liked was their professionalism; they calibrated my TPMS too—the warning light did not glow when I switched my car back on. Every one has a smile on their face and was super friendly. I will spread the word and am gonna recommend to my friends and relatives too. Well... I just reached home and realized that they replaced a missing valve cap too. Incredible!!!!!

Just got my Teslas tires swapped out. Service was done very fast! I was a little nervous because i wasnt sure on their experience level with Teslas but everything went great. They got my PSI correct, torqued the nuts to spec and i couldnt find any marks from the lift. Im happy with the work.
