I will never take my business here again. I will never purchase another Nissan in general because of their horrific customer service Ive received here. I have called several times. First I called for the financial manager who never returned my calls. When I did get through several hours later and asked to speak in person, he said they had no time for me! I called and spoke to the manager, Brian, and he doubled down and said it was reasonable for him to say that to me. He accused me of trying to swindle them out of another car which is false. He basically mansplained everything to me on the phone. I hardly was able to speak and share why I was upset at the customer service. Then he hung up on me! I cannot express how livid and disappointed I am. It was a mistake to ever give them my business, and I will not make that mistake again.

Talked to Paul Mudd over text for a few days about a Nissan Murano that I wanted to look at. We set an appointment for Saturday 3/20. Dealership was insane! Good for the sales guys, long wait for us! We ended up being the very last people to leave but we left with my Murano so Im happy! Everyone at Bommarito was great, I think my husband and the finance guy were very excited to talk sports cars and music while we were there. Paul did a great job, super friendly, not pushy at all. I have experienced mostly frustrating experiences while dealing with Bommarito Nissan Ballwin. Most recently, I tried for 2 days to call and ask a question about my upcoming service appointment and the length of time needed for the service and potentially reserving a loaner car. After I was transferred to the service department, service advisor, service manager and dealership manager, I spoke with no one because the phone either rang non- stop or I got voicemail. ( this went on for 30 minutes of me hanging up and calling back and continued to be transferred to an empty phone) Finally, I left a voicemail for one of the managers. I received no call back to date. I arrived at the dealership for service and inquired about getting a loaner since last time I was here a tire rotation and oil change took almost 2 hours. I was told that was not possible unless my vehicle was getting a Nissan recall warranty service and it would take them more than a day to complete. Side note, when I purchased the vehicle I asked questions about loaner cars for service and the service I have had with a previous car where they pick your car up from your home or office, take it for routine service and then return it to you that day or the next day. I was told by Damon Sleeper, my sales person that both were possible here.Needless to say, I am disappointed and frustrated. Not only did it take 3 weeks to get an appointment and now this. I have never had a Nissan vehicle before this one. I am planning to go back to the previous make / dealership where I felt like a valued customer. On a positive note, after service my vehicle has been returned to me washed and vacuumed.

That doesnt occur here, they automatically default to any male in the group. My daughter loves her Rogue and son loves his Maxima. When my wifes Murano needs to be replaced, we will be returning. A friend had suggested we go there, finding his glowing recommendation a little hard to believe. Well, he was right.

I just had my oil changed on 7/5/21. I was very impressed with the courtesy and attentiveness from the service team, as I drove into garage I noticed one of my headlights was out and the service guy, wish I got his name, he was so very helpful. As it was just a loose connection, may be a issue down the line. But after car was done I noticed they even washed my car for me while servicing my car. That’s an A+ in my book.. thanx guys. The salesman Dan was terrific to work with but post sale customer service is non existent.My wife and I tried several times calling to get some information and ask some question. After 7 or 8 try we feel like we were being personally rejected.Too bad a nice experience turned into such disappointment.

Luke Long was great to work with! He answered all of my questions truthfully and candidly, and didn’t use any of the hard sell techniques that (in my opinion) give car salesmen a bad rap. They took care of the pre-approval as they were detailing the car so financing was extremely easy and fast when I came in to finalize. I will definitely be back to this dealership when it’s time for another upgrade!
