Bought a car there once. They forgot to put oil in my car after the power failed. They totally service my car. Found out about the oil after oil change light came on an 9000 miles later and no oil in car. Spoke with service manager and dealership manager John. All they wanted to do was sell me another car. Even wrote Corporate. What good is a car...if your service department or the car dealership will not stand behind it. Especially when you by an extended service warranty and you dont even get to use it! I would shop another dealership but you be the judge...
I just want to give a huge shout out to Karim and Jason because they were both so wonderful and made my car buying experience so smooth! I had purchased a Highlander XSE earlier this year that was sadly totalled and could not find another one anywhere and all the dealerships I called tpld me at least 3 months to get one.. Karim ordered me the exact car I wanted and had it there in a week!! And Jason in finance made the whole process so quick and easy and had me out in less than 30 minutes. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!!
Top quality service and very professional. They only suggest the services required for your vehicle but they do not force you into something that you are not interested to commit to. The waiting area and service is generous and even has a kids room. Always take my vehicles here for service because they are reliable and quick as well.

They are consistently amazing. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful, no matter the department. I live 5 minutes from a different Toyota dealership, but I drive 30 minutes to the Jay Wolfe location for the better service all around. Repairs are done efficiently and quickly. When I bought my car there, it actually did not suck. I would go as far as to say, that it was even a pleasant experience. When covid is not an issue, they have every amenity you can think of in their lounge/bistro. You forget where you are while you wait for purchase processing, repairs or scheduled maintenance services. Highly recommend.

On January 11, 2021 (Monday, afternoon), because the car reached 30,000 kilometers, so I searched on the map 🔍The nearest Toyota car shop will do the routine maintenance of 30,000 kilometers. The nearest store on the map is this shop, so I went, and when I got there, a service staff came out with a good attitude 👍 and asked me if I had an appointment or anything, I said no, he said it’s okay, then took me to the service hall and explained my situation to another person, And then left! Next, the new staff received me. He first asked me if I bought the car at his house. I said no. Then he wrote some parts and prices about the replacement of the car for maintenance. Show me, I see A little over $600! I said that I purchased a maintenance package last time and can maintain it for 4 times for free until 45,000 kilometers! He said it was useless, I said you are sure? So I changed to a Toyota car shop. Without saying a word, they asked me for personal information, and at a glance, they took care of me for 30,000 kilometers! Having said so much, I just want to tell everyone that this store is not suitable, my heart is too dark, maybe its just a few employees, but I ran into it, it was terrible
Skip was absolutely amazing! He was very attentive and knowledgeable! He was so patient and understanding with the fact I live 3 hours away and would call just to make sure I was safe! So caring! Called and made appointment to see a tacoma was told 2 in stock come see them. Drove almost an hour to test drive and no they dont have any in stock must have sold them inthe last couple of hours, but no one remembers having them. I will never shop here again.

I had a Very Pleasant Experience. Khaled helped me in the Purchase of my 2021 Toyota RAV4 hybrid. I was very pleased with his experience and he was able to answer all of my questions. Easy drop off. Was suppose to detail the vehicle after repairs were made. This did not happen. Not the end of the world but now we have to bring back and drop off again, just a pain.

Refreshingly nice and knowledgeable staff all around! Every person I met was a breath of fresh air from Eddie in sales, to the sales manager, to even the finance staff. Words can not express how impressed I was to see a staff so eager to help, and so impressive in their knowledge.
It does not appear that Toyota is a brand worth buying based on my experiences here. This dealership and the cars sold here are not competitive or customer focused. Too many issues with their service and my own Toyotas to list. And every time I am there I hear disappointed customers talking to service staff. At this point there is little reason to buy a Toyota.
With no intention of buying on our first visit, we were fortunate enough to meet Khaled, a personable no-pressure sales pro, and Billy (finance manager). If youre in the market for a car, ask for Khaled and Billy to manage your deal... youll be treated like a friend, fairly, and quickly.

While I dont want to be pressured into buying a car, I did expect to be pitched. Instead, I walked in, the sales rep directed me to the car on the floor, he left me to look at it on my own, and he gave me keys to test drive on my own. When I came back we talked for less than 5 minutes. I left. He hasnt followed up with me since. I bought a Honda.
Back in November, my boyfriend and I went into Jay Wolfe Toyota looking at possible vehicle purchases. We were approached by a salesperson, Jaque. Shortly after he approached us, we got to test drive the car we were interested in. At the introduction of papers needed to complete the sale, Jaque told my boyfriend that I did not need to be on the loan, but Jaque took my social security card and made a copy of it. He had said to me the reason being because my boyfriend did not have a copy of his social security card. At the time this occurred I was 7 months pregnant, so I was not paying attention as well as I should have been. Now, two months later after delivering our baby boy premature, I was going over our finances and re reading the paperwork from Jay Wolfe Toyota for the sale of our car, and have discovered that they used a credit company that charges 22.99% interest. I feel as if I have been completely taken advantage of, I do not re call ever being explained that our interest rate would be that high. I do not understand how they could use my credit to finance this car when I have never had established credit in my name, I’ve never had a credit card, I’ve never had a loan payment, I’ve never had a card payment. I called the dealership today to speak to Omar, and found out that they have added backend charges to our loan, that I feel we just don’t need. I requested Omar to cancel those, but he insisted he needed to get with somebody to figure out how to cancel them. The only thing that Omar did for me was to keep reminding me that I signed the papers for the loan, which I never said I didn’t. He was completely disrespectful and talked to me as if I was a child. When I told him I wanted a place to leave a review he told me he didn’t know of any place for me to leave a review. Once again I feel as if I am being talked to and treated inappropriately. He had said to me that I needed to come in to speak to an F&I manager to discuss cancelling the extended service plan. After asking Omar several times where I could leave a review he said he could transfer me to the floor manager. The call was disconnected. I called the receptionist, and she transferred me to the Car Parts department. I hung up, called the dealership again and no one answered. After a few minutes, Joe, the floor manager reached out to me and said he had spoken to Omar about my concerns. Joe let me know where I could leave a review and told me he would speak to Jaque about the way he handled the sale. I am leaving this review and giving Jay Wolfe Toyota a 1 star because I feel as a young adult I have been taken advantage of and I now have a loan for a car by the time I get done paying for it, it will be a $32,000 note on a car that was sticker priced at $14,300. I would NEVER recommend anybody, especially young adults like myself to even think about purchasing a car from Jay Wolfe Toyota or talking their F&I associates. I have learned my lesson and will take care of my responsibilities, but would hope they would train their employees better in the matter of not only getting the sale, but having compassion and making sure the customer is satisfied and informed on everything spoken.

I bought a car in April from out of state. The salesperson was great but the title department is incompetent. It is now December and I don’t have legal title to my car that I have made payments on for 8 months. No plates, nothing.I called every week for the first 2 months with nothing in response. I just figured It would get resolved so I stopped being a pest. I was pulled over and the kind police officer said that he would let me go but I should take legal action to force the dealership to release my title.In October, six months later I get a call back saying I need a VIN verification. Something if they told me I needed I would have done it day one! After I am pulled over for an expired temp tag... TWICE!!!I got the vin verification, sent them the original as they requested (6months later)and the dealership said that they can’t find it. So now I have to illegally drive back to the police station and get another $50 vin verification so they can lose it again. I emailed a copy and they said that wasn’t good enough.For a dealership on the boarder of Illinois and Kansas you would think that they could handle titling out of state. This isn’t a COVID issue. It is utter incompetence.

I was involved in a total loss accident and suffered head trauma and multiple injuries but need reliable transportation. The put with the worst lender in the world, sold a very expensive GAP and extended warranty with the is still under the factory warranty. I would never recommend any to purchase a vehicle from, Jay Wolfe Toyota. Khaled Majeedah, Sales person, and Joseph Nicholas, sales manager lied and put in very bad position. Joseph Nicholas state he sale me my Toyota Camry for 16,500 when I looked over my paper which was not explained by anyone the price of the was pushed up $3000, DUE A GAP AND FAKE WARRANTY THE WAS ADDED TO THE LOAN WHICH THE CANCELLATION TO BOTH WOULD GO BACK TO A PREDATORY LENDER ACCEPTANCE CREDIT. JAY WOLFE & ACCEPTANCE CREDIT WILL BE LISTED IN CASE ACTION LAWSUIT REAL SOON!! The finance and sales staff are so shady the did not provide a accurate contract information and only gave a copy of the first page so I could not review the entire contract in full. PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM SCREW YOU TOO. Never deal with credit Acceptance.
The service department is amazing, Kyle is great. I had an issue with my hub caps and they worked with me to get it fixed at my convenience. Management is flexible and the waiting lounge is very nice.

My family bought a minivan here about a year ago. Buying was a breeze but literally as soon as we were given the key ( wrong key at that) and walked out the door, their service went down hill. I aways like to give people the benefit of the doubt and see the best in others but various issues with auto service have risen since day one. You want to buy a vehicle here? Go for it but when they say you get free complimentary service for two years stay away! Look closely at the fine print and dont be fooled when they say free oil change and estras. You end up paying for it and more with all the extra they charge you for fixing things you originally did not go in for. I clearly asked them to do the free oil change and never did they say my two-year complimentary auto service was up until later 200 dollars were charged.
Could not be happier with our experience at Jay Wolfe and with Maurice! Everything from the second we drove onto the lot, to the moment we drove away couldnt have been better. There were no high pressure salesmen running out onto the lot as we looked at vehicles. When we went inside, Maurice greeted us and was very knowledgeable and professional. The price, condition, mileage, features, and everything else about the car was perfect. They even filled up the gas tank for us before we left! Easy financing took less than 30 mins total, good interest rates, and they even have massage chairs for you to relax in while you wait for the paperwork to be ready. I really dont know what else you could ask for out of a dealership and out of a car salesman. Thanks again Jay Wolfe and Maurice! 10/10 would highly recommend!
Careful giving them your email address! I have been begging/fighting Jay Wolfe to remove my email from their mailing list for over a year and a half as I live four hours away. Their unsubscribe button has only worked once, the rest of the time it is a broken link. I have called, emailed others repeatedly. I get removed for a month and then I am back on it again. As I promised in my last email if I got put back on the list again, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. UPDATE: moved up to three stars, as I heard from a managing partner through BBB. He has promised to contact corporate office to resolve. I will update/upgrade again once I am spam free for six months.

Wow, I went in to order a 21 Tacoma TRD Sport with a manual transmission and specd how I wanted it, and was informed that my price, the Edmunds.com True Market Value, was not doable. Note that I specd the truck on the Edmunds site with the exact same specifications.Their reason was that it was a special order. Not sure what ordering vs purchasing a vehicle already stateside had to do with anything (does the dealer pay more for an ordered vehicle?), but they were not willing to budge.Unfortunate, and Im disappointed. But hey, if Jay Wolfe Toyota is so successful that they dont need my business, well thats great for them. Good luck to them in the future!
Dealership is clean, offers comfortable waiting area to watch TV, get work done, relax in massage chairs and let your kids play in an area designed for play, all while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. They even offer free food and drinks, clean restrooms and polite staff as a bonus. This dealership is top notch from its sales staff and service techs to the knowledgeable and helpful finance department. Your dealership is an example that should be an industry standard. It is clear from visiting here that there are zero COVID precautions taking place here.Almost all staff were not wearing masks when interacting with me, or wearing them around their necks when walking by me indoors.Shoutout to Josh in the sales associate line for playing on his phone and wearing his mask on his chest, and then making the bare minimum to pull the mask to his lips when he saw me looking.Youve lost my decades long business forever, and I hope the city of Ballwin shuts you down for violating the mask mandate and putting at-risk peoples health in danger.

Probably the nicest one I’ve been too. It was recently remodeled. I would recommend this place to take your car. Great price for an oil change.

I had an appointment yesterday at Jay Wolfe at 2pm to go look at a 2013 Sienna. When I got there Harold was who I worked with and he was AWESOME! He talked with me to make sure I knew what I wanted and when I expressed to him about my children and needing plenty room he agreed and got me started on my application. We had some trouble with financing but Harold was determined to help me get approved and get my family the vehicle we need. I knew from the moment I walked in that, I wanted that van and Harold helped me get. I got so lucky because 2 people showed up while I was working on paperwork interested in buying the same vehicle I was there to purchase. There isnt enough Thanks in the world to him. My kids were sooooo happy last night when mommy pulled up to take them for a spin! Thank you so much Harold, and everyone else who helped in getting me a reliable,spacious,and very pretty vehicle.
I initially came in to look at a 2016 Mustang gt they had on the website and was informed by a salesmen (Gary) that the mustang was at another shop having work done. He took my number and told me he would give me a call when the car is back on the lot. I waited a week and did not receive a call. I decided to call back and schedule a test drive on the mustang and spoke with Sam. I was informed that the vehicle was available for a test drive and set up a time to come in. Upon arrival I was met by Gary again who informed me that the car had come back earlier that day and had already been purchased. I feel like it was pretty unprofessional not to give me a call back: also I drove 30 mins to come in to test drive the car and feel like my time was wasted. Overall I am not impressed and hope this dealership can improve their communication internally and externally.

I would put the level of service I receive at Jay Wolfe Toyota as one of the best. The mechanics have consistently taken excellent care of my truck. Assuming that one dealership can be compared to any other based upon the certifications and skills of the mechanics working on our car, what makes a dealership truly stand out? I have to say that would be the folks on the front line dealing with us customers. I have been bringing my 2014 Tundra back regularly since I purchased it new because of the way Mark Hurt has consistently been top notch. I am a realist in terms of a truck when used regularly will need maintenance and yes, things will break from time to time. This still doesnt make you happy to have to spend more money maintaining it but you know if you want to keep it, you will have to do it. This is where Mark shines. He has always provided stellar service in the way he helps me make the right decisions at the right time to help maximize the life span of a vehicle I love. He takes the time to understand how I use my vehicle and offers suggestions on ways to anticipate problems and perform preventative maintenance to minimize that risk. He does not try to up-sell services and I feel he consistently has my back. Thanks Mark... I will be back!
I highly recommend this dealer. Before going to any dealership, first try this.There are many reasons as:1. The staffs are so nice and kind. They try to help the customer. I worked with Karim Aly and the manager. They were really helpful.2. It doesn’t matter how long you will be there. They have a very nice rest area including a great area for kids. I went there with my family and they didn’t even feel tired. There was a very kind lady who asked everyone about something to drink or to eat. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask her name. I haven’t experienced something like this in any dealership.3. I saw a very nice picture in a room. Everything went nice smooth. Mark Pardee did a great job getting the vehicle I wanted, he may not have found me my first choice in color but I know for a fact that no dealer could as there are only 3 within 500 miles. From the initial vehicle purchase (3 years ago) to my most recent service visit Jay Wolfe Toyota has been exemplary in all aspects. I called one morning to inquire about replacing the tires on our Sienna and to my great surprise no only were they competitively priced but within 24hrs of my first call with Scott the service was completed and I was on my way home thanks to Bill.

We just purchased a vehicle from Jay Wolfe and will definitely be back. Maurice made the experience enjoyable and easy. Hes very laid back but very professional and respectful. He was not even remotely pushy and very accommodating. I kind of wish we needed another car so we could work with him again. We will definitely be back to see him again when we are ready for a new vehicle.
I had an appointment to look at a car. I get there, they are showing it to two other people. So much for the appointment. Then they tell me to wait....the two people in front of us “backed out”. While I’m looking at the car, getting ready to buy it, the first folks magically were back in the game. And they got the car. I’m there for an hour with my four kids for nothing. They played with us to make sure the deal would get done. It was a total waste of my time. Completely disappointed, no plans of going back. I felt lied to and misled, not the feeling you want when buying a used car.
I never write reviews, but.... had an emergency on a Saturday. They got me in right away and diagnosed the problem immediately. Customer service was best I have ever received from any dealership. Andrew Duncan went out of his way to ensure that we were taken care of and that everything was done properly. Cannot say enough about how great we were treated.

I am a little late writing this review. However, I moved here from Northern California in July 2016. My Uncle recommended for me to take my Vehicle here because of the exceptional service. (And he is a mechanic.) From the first visit all the way up to now, I am a repeat customer partly due to the fact that Pam Oaks has always been there during my visits. She takes care of me and ensures that I leave happy every time. She treats me like I matter and remembers me each visit! I am in the restaurant business and have worked in retail over the many years and I am fully aware of what it takes and how important it is to not only get customers, but how to keep them coming back. She is truly a gem in your business. I always like to stay and wait for my car being serviced because of the great waiting area that is provided. (The massage chairs are a bonus too!) We walked in and were kindly greeted by Maurice. He was very knowledgeable, very helpful and not pushy at all. We were in a big rush to get a price quote and he worked quickly and efficiently to give us a very reasonable quote in less than 15 minutes on the model of minivan we were considering.The manager was very jovial and engaged in some pleasant conversation while we waited. We wound up not purchasing a Toyota minivan after all but had a terrific experience here at this dealership!

My husband and I went to purchase a new car last Saturday. The facility is clean, organized, and the staff is wonderful. Cody, our salesman, was truly amazing throughout the whole process. He took the time to find our perfect car. He went through all the features of our new car with us and even put tabs in the owners manual to make it easier for us. He was very friendly and a great listener. We will definitely be back for future purchases and highly recommend!

He gives a friendly smile and very pleasant person to work with. The atmosphere of the dealership is pleasant. The employees are nice and space is nice and clean.
Ive purchased a lot of cars over the years. I can honestly say that Maurice is by far the BEST and most pleasant salesman Ive ever dealt with. There were NO pressure tactics and just a great person to work with. The entire dealership from the finance person, Bistro staff, to managers are really professional and nice. I didnt purchase the SUV no fault of the dealership but Maurice and staff really made a great effort to make it work. Im a customer for life.A+

Probably the most sleaziest car dealership I’ve ever went to. If I could give them no stars I would. I’m not sure how the car buying experience is with them with new cars, but with used cars I would never recommend them to anyone. That being said me and my fiancé are younger. They completely judged us right off the bat and beat around the bush the entire time. My main concern is how bad they just screwed us over on financing through Toyota themselves. Our deal on the vehicle came out to 38,000. We got approved through our own credit union. The “finance Manager” Omar lied straight to our faces about what interest rate our credit union approved us for (our bank just called us today and told us what we actually got approved for) instead they gave us a higher interest rate when we could’ve had a lower interest rate thought our credit union and tell me why we paid $8000 down To them to only finance $30,000 but for some odd reason the principal loan is still at $38,000. My credit union said they probably financed us for the full price and took our down payment and just threw it towards the loan as a payment, told us to look at our paperwork and low and behold they were right. That is the most sleaziest experience I’ve ever had to deal with. My payments and interest rate could’ve been lower but instead they wanted our loan through Toyota so bad they decided to just screw us. Also Omar argued with me to buy an extended warranty on this vehicle (which has allllll aftermarket parts) after asking him if it covered aftermarket parts he informed me no warranty covers aftermarket parts and acted surprised when I told him that’s why I didn’t want it. I managed a customer service department for warranties before. Not only that he told us that the gap insurance was not negotiable and charged us $850! My credit union is able to give it to me for $450. I’m going to post on every review page I can about this dealership. PLEASE do not waste your time and money with them.
I was very impressed with the friendly and professional service. I hate car shopping, but Maurice was patient with me and very honest and helpful. Our family has bought 3 cars from Maurice and would highly recommend him!! Omar in finance was able to get me a good package that will meet my needs. Looking forward to coming back for service.
Well.... the one star is for the cleanliness and their politeness. Ive been a customer there for over 3 years and I have 2 Toyota cars, one Corolla and one Sienna. To the experiences I had, unfortunately I cant trust them anymore. These are some of my experiences:- My 2004 Sienna recommended oil is 5-30, they put 0-20 in it (about 3 months ago, see the picture).- My 2013 Corolla recommended oil is 0-20, they put 5-30 in it once.- I left my Corolla for 2 days for a complete detailed car wash (less than 2 months ago), and when I got the car they even hadnt cleaned the rear seats! Obviously it hadnt been waxed too! Of course they apologized and took care of it the very next day but this is not the way it should be.- I filled out some forms to cancel the extended warranty, which I had purchased for my Corolla, twice in person, and still it hasnt happened yet!! I called again today (9/1/2017) and cancelled the policy for the third time!! Lets see how it goes this time!!These were real experiences and all the documents are there. As I said, I dont TRUST them anymore and will never go there for car services. The place is very nice and clean and the people who we meet and talk too are very polite and cooperative, but I cant trust the people who work in the car service area in the basement, or some of the people who are in the second floor.
Awesome experience! I recently purchased a 19 Toyota Corolla. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Cozy waiting room! The entire staff is extremely accommodating providing free food and drink, along with massage chairs as you wait. Patrick was our sales guy. He was absolutely amazing! Best service department Ive been to. The service department was incredibly helpful and friendly. Josh went out of his way to do anything in his power to give the best deal possible and get it covered under the warranty. The waiting area is comfortable with great food and snacks and very accommodating staff.Overall great experience.

The service department has been great on my routine service checks. Great service before and after the sale. I couldnt be happier. They are military friendly also. No tricks no gimmicks just good service. I saved up for 4 years for my new truck (Tacoma) and am happy I invested in this Dealership.
I brought sienna in for regular maintenance. Needed tires. Getting ready to drive to Florida that afternoon. They had car ready at 4. Great timing.
Went there to purchase the 2020 Tacoma Limited. But it was leased the same time I was there. In fact, talked at length to the new owner. It was the only one they had. I wanted to buy it he wanted to lease it. All ok. Going to buy a new 2021.
This place is the best. I would refer my family and friends to this dealer for service, maintenance or to buy a new vehicle. The staff are some of the most professional people I have met in any industry. They were honest and told us they could not beat the deal we were getting in Nashville on a Highlander. They were so transparent through the buying process, we drove 30 min out of our way to have the maintenance service done by Jay Wolfe in Baldwin. They got me in earlier than my apt was scheduled and were on time. Most importantly, Brandy (the service associate) quoted me to the dollar what I paid for routine maintenance. They don’t mess around with telling you about things you need or don’t need. Honestly, I was blown away. The place is clean and the employees are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and honest!!
I bought a RAV4 from Jay Wolff Toyota about a year-and-a-half ago, I just want to know if ANYONE else has had this horrible problem. I had to buy two different cell phones and they also put a new radio in my car. I have an Motorola Android phone that constantly goes in and out of Bluetooth, it is very dangerous for me to drive and try to transfer it back off of Bluetooth. No one ever told me until recently that most Android cell phones are not compatible with there Entune Toyota radios. I have spent hundreds of dollars on these cell phones, and they still dont work, as no one told me from Toyota about this until now. Toyota said I need to get another cell phone that is compatible with their radio, and never even once offered to help me out on the price. This will be the third phone then I would have had to buy. I just cant believe Toyota does not inform their customers about this when they buy their car from them. This will be my last Toyota unless they make this right, as it is not my fault and they never informed me of this.
Bought a used Sienna back in June. There was a problem with one of the tires but we bought with the assurance theyd make it right. After two trips to service over four months it was determined the tire was bad. Unfortunately with AWD you cant just replace one tire. Negotiated with sales and service for 4 tire replacement and was happy with the outcome. Stood by their assurance. Appreciate Brad Gilberts help.
