Great service. Appointments were booked out a couple weeks in advance, but I was leaving town the day after my appointment and needed my car ready as soon as I came back. Steve at Elco was great at keeping me in the loop while I was out of town. Initially it seemed like a part would need to be ordered, so he came up with a temporary solution that would have my car ready when I needed it. In the end, they were able to fix my issue without ordering a part at all. Communication was great, Steve was empathetic to my scheduling needs, and they were able to resolve my issue without a lengthy wait or extra expense.

Got my first oil change & tire rotation. Took less than an hour. Waiting room is nice and comfortable to work from. Wifi works great and although theres a screen that tells you when your car is ready, an employee will come grab you too which I appreciated because I wasnt paying attention to the screen. I had to reschedule twice and they were very nice and understanding about it. Elco is the best!
I only stopped in to get quotes and I walked out in a brand new suv My sales person Branden and Finance person were both awesome from beginning to end they answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything !!! Upon purchasing my vehicle I noted 4 issues with the vehicle. 1 which was taken care of easily, chrome chip on start button.The 2nd/3rd issue, my dash being discolored and a minor scratch on dash above instrument panel. The minor scratch is barely visible and not a huge issue but the discolored dash is. All these issues were mentioned to my salesperson and he said the issues can be dealt with at my 1st service appointment.Ive dealt with multiple people including my salesperson who claims he doesnt remember me mentioning the dash, why would I buy something clearly damaged without a way to get it addressed.Issue 4 is when I purchased the vehicle they did not have the floor mats. They said they would order them and ship them to my house. They never mentioned they were back ordered til I called a month after purchase to find out where they were.Will never be buying from this dealership again and if I could get out of this contract and buy from another dealership I would.
I have purchased countless vehicles over my lifetime from numerous dealerships. My recent purchase was my 6th vehicle from Elco Chevrolette. The reason I dont even consider going to another dealership is due to the quality of the People who I have worked with in the Sales and Service areas both on the Chevrolet side as well as the Cadillac side. Everyone is so knowledgeable, professional and personable. Tremendous experience. And my 6th, wont be my last.
My salesman, Murray, was professional and energetic from start to finish. He made my car buying experience very comfortable. His follow-up was great but he gave me space to make my final decision to purchase.
My new car is broken. The check engine light will not stay off. I have taken the car back 3 times and it is still not fixed. Elco Chevrolet has had my car for 2 weeks and still does not know how to fix it. The service rep that I spoke with over the phone deflected the blame to GM tech support and recommended that I make some calls. This responsibility should not fall on me, the customer. I purchased a very expensive new car and am completely unsatisfied. This situation needs to be fixed immediately by whatever means are necessary.

Service advisor Eric went out if his way to help get a gm transmission approved thru my extended warranty when the extended warranty company wanted to put in an aftermarket transmission but it would not have been available for a month. He also helped get me a loaner car when there weren’t many available.
Tim met me at my SUV as soon as I entered the garage. It was a humor morning greeting leave us both with a smile on our faces! I asked if there was a coupon for a tire rotation in addition to the oil change, filter and lube. There was one on the web which he applied to my order/bill! My vehicle was ready within a minute of when he promised! Cant be that for service! Two thumbs up for Tims professionalism, customer service and sense of humor!

I paid higher than what I was quoted. When I looked at what they checked on my car nothing added up. I’m not even sure the work was done right. Happens every time I come here. The only reason I gave it a great rating is because my check light engine is off. The only reason I came here was because it was the only shop that had the earliest appointment. Other shops were booked out for weeks.

Very poor dealership. Lacks customer service. Took nearly 6 weeks to obtain paperwork for licensure, after several visits to the dealer paperwork was still incorrect. LIED to about rebates and Schedule F rebate. Love Chevy but this dealer should be out of business.

My Salesman was Murray Newton. He was nice to deal with and I never felt like I was high pressured. The only thing that bothered me was that they did the Premium Package and Resistall without asking me if I wanted it. I have bought a lot of vehicles in the past and I was always asked before anything extra was done.
Josh was super patient and answered all our questions. He even let us compare models to get an idea on what we were and were not getting. I had called up and asked about a vehicle they had. They helped me with all my questions. We set a time to meet. I was a little early and they had the truck cleaned up and ready for me to test drive! Ryan Spence help with the paper work, and even ordered a missing piece for me no questions asked. My husband called and made me a appointment like he usually does. I went in at my scheduled appointment time and waited 3 1/2 hours just for a oil change and tire rotation. I asked the service guy why the wait was so long he then apologized and said I didn’t know you had a appointment. The communication was horrible that should’ve been communicated when he came out and received my keys. The guy then stated the reception who scheduled my appointment put it under my husband name and not mines and the car is in my name.

The only issue we had was my wifes 2017 chevy sonic washer fluid wasnt coming out of the passenger side nozzle. The car was in for an oil change. I already knew what the issue was but she took it to Elco before I fixed it. I had he ask while she was there if the technician could simply reconnect the hose that came loose which requires taking one clip loose and literally 2 seconds worth of work. He told my wife it would be 100-150 dollars to diagnose the issue saying that the hose could be plugged up somewhere. Had he simply ran the fluid he would have seen there was no way it was plugged up like he recommended was the issue. The fluid was running down the hood as you spray the nozzle. I fixed it when she got home it took 45 seconds to lift the hood, take a clip loose and reconnect the hose. How does Elco Chevrolet expect someone to keep coming back when they are trying to take advantage of my wife by saying they will charge over 100 dollars to spray the fluid and see where the liquid comes out at. plus that wouldnt have been to fix the issue. He said it would be that much labor to diagnose the issue. Elco please either train your technicians and service advisors or we will not be back, and will be purchasing our vehicle from a reputable dealer.

Excellent service.My girlfriend and I went in to Elco to just look at some vehicles. We were in the market to buy one but wasnt sure what we wanted. Mark Williamson asked us a few questions to find out what some key things were that we wanted. Mark showed us all the vehicles he had in our spectrum and didnt try to sell us on any of them. Every vehicle was very nice, clean, and well maintained. My girlfriend ended up buying a Jeep from him and she absolutely loves it.All the staff was nice, the paperwork process was a breeze, and even the accessories we added on at the end were a great price.Mark didnt try to sell us a car, he let us buy one from him and thats why we will continue going go to Elco Chevrolet
I was there to have my air conditioner repaired. I was told that the part that was needed would have to be shipped from Memphis, TN. It would take about 5 business days for the part to arrive and for them to install it. So they set me up in a rental vehicle and I left my car there. They will call me when its ready.
Jim was wonderful, sending me photos along the process and explaining what needed to be done. The estimate was accurate and other members of the team showed me exactly what was done as well as some general maintenance information to prevent the issue from occurring again. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. Im so happy to have a trusted service department nearby!

Top notch Dealership! Traveled from KC to view a car. They had it fueled and ready when I got there. Price was great and service was amazing!
Check in was timely and confusing. There was no communication to make the experience smoth. There were a lot of employees standing around and no one to check me in or to show me were to go. I was treated like a number because I was there for a free oil change. The customer service was lacking during this visit.
There was a very rude woman at the service desk, she was very loud and obnoxious. That was probably the worst part of my service!

This was my first service with Elco. I just bought my vehicle a couple of months ago. I had worked with the same service rep for 5+ years at the GMC dealership down the street. I was hesitant to go in and start the process over.The service technician, Tim, was absolutely wonderful. I was impressed with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail. I appreciated all of his help.

You would not give a fair price for my trade. I was told to sell my trade elsewhere. Because “Elco wasn’t going to play the crazy market price game”. I sold my trade to a competitor got what was fair. Then ELCO was lucky NO other car dealer within a 120 mile radius had a truck that met our requirements. I checked for a week and a half. I did not want to give my business to your dealership after it was made clear ELCO does not seek to be fair. They seek to use the inflated market cost to line their pockets but wont use the same standard to make a fair deal to a REPEAT customer.

I had a great experience buying my car from Josh! However, the second time I got the oil changed WITH an appointment, it took 1.5 hours. I was frustrated I missed work to wait on my car. Next time I’ll have someone drop me off.
Paint is peeling off my tailgate (2021 suburban) I was told the tailgate would be removed and repainted. It was not. The work order states: sand, prep, paint. Was not done. The gentleman who checked us out agreed. We were lied to by the manager, and by the original service advisor. To add to the insult of our intelligence, we had to accept a 2021 Trailblazer as my family vehicle. We have 4 children, plus us, that’s 6. Three of us are at the minimum 6ft. tall. This was a smack in the face. Elco will never see another dime from anyone I know, or see. GM themselves are bordering the same treatment.
I was provided the worst customer service experience ever. I told the representative about a noise that I heard my vehicle making and also informed him that I wanted to get other services as well but to give me a call to discuss pricing before performing the work. He never called me at all. I had to call the dealership 3 times just to get an update on my vehicle. Right before the dealership was closing I called and was informed no services were performed on my vehicle and to come pick up my vehicle before they close in 45 minutes and I stay 30 minutes away from the dealership. I have never been treated this way. The worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. I cant believe my experience with Elco. I also asked for the manager to give me a call and no one has reached out to me. Total disbelief and was disrespected by everyone at Elco Chevrolet

They fixed an oil sensor on my 2014 Silverado truck ($2,600) and gave it back after 3 days without a working air conditioner (previously worked perfect, not one issue EVER) They checked it out and said the truck coincidentally cracked an air line while Elco had it….charged me an additional $480 on top of them trying to return the wrong truck to me and then arguing that I didn’t know which truck was mine for about 10 minutes. Absolutely horrible experience and will never do business there again. I was happy to pay for repairs, even an extra $400 for sway bar link replacements they found….the AC charge was plainly cruel and they originally quoted $650 but I had to throw a fit just to knock it down to $480. ‘It’s a known issue with these trucks’ was their excuse for denying responsibility. Poor business practices. They told me they moved the compressor only…as if the AC lines are magically wireless and don’t connect to anything else. I looked up the work and they had to take apart/move many major engine components in the way…that’s entirely why I took it somewhere instead of trying to fix it myself!!!Edit: Drew was kind and accommodating given the circumstances. He was cool.
Staff Friendly and calling me everyday to make sure I knew every process on what was going on with my truck that was in the bodyshop. After it was all done they left it like brand new!!!
I had a great experience leasing a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer. My sales person was Stephen Klefisch. He was genuine and helpful throughout the experience. I walked in at 6PM on a Monday and walked out at 9PM with the Trailblazer - Stephen and a couple others were nice enough to stay open late to finish the deal (I wasn’t aware of when they closed so that was my bad).I look forward to working with them over the next few years that I have my lease.
