I am not usually one to write reviews, but after my experience at this location, I knew that it needed to be recognized. I was having an issue with my phone, it wouldnt stay on for more than 2 minutes, so needless to say I was already pretty frustrated walking in. I was greeted by Raen, Lexis and Kaia, and let me say, they were absolutely a pleasure to talk to. They were knowledgeable, honest, and extremely helpful. I had never been to a Verizon Express, but I came in on my lunch break and was out within 30 minutes with a new phone! The process was great, but the 3 amazing women working today were really what made the experience great. They deserve all the recognition they can get, because lets be honest, going in to get a new phone isnt always the most fun. So thank you again, Raen, Lexis and Kaia!! :)

I came to this store today to pick up a phone that I ordered as an upgrade. I was able to pick the phone up here, which made everything so much quicker. I didn’t need to check in and wait in line. This store is setup for quick transactions, like my online order, or to be used as a hub to make payments. I personally enjoyed the energy of the staff. Everyone was energetic, helpful, charming. My experience was wonderful!

Hands down the best customer service experience Ive ever had at a Verizon store. Much smaller physically than a standard Verizon store, I was greeted warmly upon walking in by three friendly reps who were all ready to help. I came in to upgrade my phone and was walking out with my new phone in less than 15 minutes. This is a phone-buying experience from the future, go see these guys!

Raen, Ari, and Adrian were all super helpful to get me set up with a new iPhone after my old one broke. It took less than 15 minutes to get me all squared away. Great experience and highly recommend coming here.

Came in for some earphones and Lucas and Ari were complete dreams. super patient and attentive as I wasn’t sure what I wanted. I’m going to be upgrading my phone soon and will def be coming here as I know I will receive the best service! 5 stars all the way!

My husband and I went to this location after going to a few other locations in north Austin looking for the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra after his previous phone stopped working. We were not aware prior to going to Verizon that Samsung has a shortage. Raen, Savannah, and Reid were very helpful to getting us the new phone that they had in stock. Helped us set it up and put the screen protector on. They were very engaging and very helpful in getting us set up for the plan.

I got in a bind while traveling through Austin before leaving for an international destination and was in desperate need of a new mobile. I can’t say enough about the whole team (Khalil, Raen, Brooke, Jesse)...they killed it! If you need ANYTHING Verizon related while in Austin go see these folks. GOOD PEOPLE.

My wife and I placed same day pickup orders on a Saturday and not only were they ready for pickup when the store opened, but the staff was super friendly and pickup was fast and seamless. We would definitely recommend this express location!!
