Veronica simply ignored me in the electronics department after I had been standing there, waiting to be helped. No Hey, let me get someone to help you. Nothing. Just finished helping her friend, (I assume) turned around and walked away. John however, saw the need for help on my face from across the electronics department and helped me immediately and with enthusiasm. Thank you John.

STORE WAS VERY CLEAN, THE AISLES ARE ALL LABELED MAKES IT EASY TO FIND YOUR NEEDS, STORE IS VERY WELL STOCKED, PRICING IS ON THE SHELVES DISPLAYING COST, CASHIER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND GOT BAGS FOR MY PURCHASES.

I received fast friendly service by one of the associates and the pick up process was simple and easy. I had been searching everywhere for a venom toy and found one with Target. I was super happy and so glad that the pick up order was within the 2 hours as mentioned on the website.

The store is huge with great selections! We got excellent customer service from Dewey. He was able to assist us from the moment we asked for help up until we are at the cash register (while helping other customers at the same time, it was a very busy Saturday ). A+ on customer service!

Woman who worked customer service today was amazing I’ve never seen anyone work so hard before she needs a raise ASAP! She was very kind and helpful and was taking out curb side orders while handling customer service the line got a tiny long but she handled it so quickly and did such an amazing job props to her!! Great location but they NEVER answer the phones in any department.

Target is pretty expensive. I guess 4 3v Lithium Batteries should cost $17 because they are so easily accessible for people to steal... because I just bought 6 from somewhere else for $7.50.

Had 2 employees harass me from the at&t center within the store within 20 minutes. so pathetically persistent and absolutely relentless when I explained I already was a customer of their service and then proceeded to ask very personal information. If you’re a female trying to get your groceries and gift shopping, just go to another location all together. I ended up having to call a friend to feel safe just shopping here. Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve had... ever.I think I’m done shopping at Target quite frankly.

The customer service was a complete nightmare. I waited about 30 minute before I was even greeted as several associates walked past me. The young man who finally did speak to me would not accept my email confirmation he required. I provided my Id, he made me feel as if my verification was less significant as if I was unable to order with target. He walked away returning after another 15 to 20 min wait. I walked to my car and began to unload my packages of water. To find that several bottles had leaking holes in the sides of the bottles. I would hate to think that he or someone else intentionally put small wholes in them. I tried to bring them back in but they were out of water and unwilling to accommodate me. I actually wanted to share this experience due the extremely poor experience.

Your basic Target. Everything you generally need at generally good prices. Our cashier did go above and beyond and helped us take advantage of some special promotions and discounts available through the mobile app because of what we purchased. She also did an amazing job of bagging products based on product type and similarity!

Freakishly slow checkout service. The same can be said for the customer service too. Employees prefer to just hang out in the store than to actually do some work or help customers.

Like all target stores, pretty nice inside and this one is no exception. People here are always friendly also, and I like the layout. The only problem with this one is the outside and the parking lot. It doesn’t look that nice from the outside, wish they would do something to update it. After being to the target in Pflugerville, I’m spoiled.

Super frustrating experience today. While shopping with kids, at store, which we went to ONLY because certain items were not available online for shipping (e.g. 3 pack lol cyber Monday deal), and online said to go to store. In store, the manager refused to price match target.com, which left my daughter without enough money to purchase what she wanted (her allowance). All in all a really terrible customer experience...makes me question where I will shop rest of holiday season. Store manager was Lisa, not very customer oriented at all. Would avoid East Austin Target.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the nicest young lady at customer service, Selena. While I was there picking up an online order I watched her help multiple people - myself included. She handled everything and everyone efficiently and respectfully very hard to come by during COVID-19 times. Thank you Selena and her manager - I can’t remember the managers name but she was beyond kind and helpful as well. I’m so glad this is my new target because of these two amazing ladies!

I went to the capital plaza store on 2/22/2018. I went to mens clothing department. I got help from a staff member name Mary. She was very friendly and professional. She made my visit very easy. She made me feel welcome. Even though they didnt have the merchandise I wanted, she did everything she could to get it for me. Including looking on line for me. I asked if she could find something else that they had right now besides the item I wanted. She found something I was satisfied with and I was HAPPY with it and bought it. If everyone was like her, Target would be the richest store in America. This is the store to go to. My visit was pleasant and I am a very satisfied customer. I will definitely return to this store.

Ive never really been a huge Target fan, but this store is totally normal and fine, the bathrooms are also always clean, which is surprising considering the foot traffic this place gets from an otherwise less than perfect area of Austin. Im more of a grocery shopper, and the produce section here is very minimal, but if youre looking for things & stuff this is the place to find what youre looking for.

Ive been shopping at Target for a long time and the company continues to get better based on what Ive seen as I have been shopping. The staff are really nice, helpful, and sweet. They really know how to make this company grow and move forward. Target will always be my favorite store to shop at for a long time and the Expect More, Pay Less slogan will always give me great things to look forward to as a Target customer.

Been shopping on line and picking up in store s lot more lately. There is this tall Latino guy that works Guest Services and is always there when I go to pick up my orders. This guy is efficient and provides great customer service. Move him up or give him a raise!!!!!

I really enjoy Targets home supplies section. Sometimes you can find really cool stuff like stag lamps and t-rex salt shakers. They have a good selection, and a variety of food as well. Not to mention, the staff is friendly and efficient. I dont always shop here, but its always a pleasure.

We got in a line with a cashier checking somebody out and were told the line was closed. We had two items, one of which was a bottle of wine so figured it would be easier to bypass self-checkout since we had to show ID. After being sent to another line, that same checkout lane serviced multiple other customers while we waited in another line for a very slow, young cashier. Lots of staff standing around chatting while register lines backed up. If all staff just idling were deployed to registers they could easily expedite the checkout process and improve customer experience. Poor customer service experience to say the least, when what should have been a 2 minute checkout became over 10 minutes.

Words can’t explain how much I love target. Also, this target is dog friendly so it’s nice to go to Target with your dog to shop around. The places is well organized and clean. All the workers know where everything is if you can’t find what you are looking for. I love their self check out lane.

The online option for quick and easy pickup at the store is really nice, although I was notified that an item was out of stock after completing my order. This was fine except when I went into the store I went to see if there was another option and there was the exact item I was told was out of stock. 5 of them ~

Location and the new changes in the store make it appear cleaner and more organized. The staff is friendly and helpful and has even went into the back to look to see if there was any more of an item when there wasnt anymore on the shelves.

Store is usually clean, well stocked. The employees are very friendly & usually very helpful when needed. Only part im NOT happy with is the Cafe. they are never stocked with food or they are out of stock on everything! & if the cashier needs to make something that is not under the heat lamp she makes an ugly face like youre seriously going to make me make you something I use to stop there all the time for lunch Shop & Eat but now I just go to shop.

I wish I could add the pictures I took! After all a picture is worth a thousand words!This location is the nastiest Target store my family has ever been to! My husband and I couldn’t believe the condition, we’ve been to many different Targets in many different cities and states. This is not the Target standard at all, at best it was an old ran down K-Mart quality! Clothes all over the floor in every department we went to (women’s, girls, and boys), and just thrown over the racks, not much was hanging straight at all. The bathroom was really disgusting, there was toilet paper all over the floor in almost every stall and one toilet, no exaggeration, had a huge wad of toilet paper just laying on top of the seat and streaming down to the floor! Who knows what it was stuck to and covering up!!They also had a food court and the floor was filthy with trash and food all over. The floor in the entry way had bits of trash and dirt all in the carpet and the tile was dirty like it hadn’t been swept in a while.The staff that we dealt with were very nice and friendly.Hire some help for that store or delegate better at the very least!To clarify this was at night time....

This target is always so gross. It desperately needs a cleaning, especially in the fitting rooms. There are piles of dust, dirt, and hair in every corner. And this is when the store was basically empty Thursday at 9:30 PM. It’s like this every single time I go, so I decided to finally post about it. It’s always super hot too.

This Target has great selections and is usually pretty clean. The folks here are hit or miss as far as helpfulness. Its pretty large and does have groceries which not all targets do. The location is pretty convenient being right off of 35.

Quick and easy pickup and it was a clean store. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Dont bother with this location. Its junk. I always drive to the one on Research to avoid having to deal with this one.

This place is super convenient for me on my weekly drives. I love the availability of items from seasonal to regular to on sale. The staff here is so awesome and friendly. I didnt rate it a 5 star just because of parking and the other stores around it.

The store is completely disorganized. Every time I go into it, it is uncomfortably warm and the parking lot is a madhouse. Today there was a child screaming for about 30 minutes straight across the store and it seemed that, no matter how many associates I walked past as I got closer to the screaming, no one was concerned. In addition, this store is always out of the items I need or want, even if they arent the more popular items sold at Target. And if theyre out of it once, theyre out of it always.

Wasnt to happy with my visit to this target. I was standing in line for at least 15 mins in the tech department and a sales associate NAMED JONATHAN ignored me and helped apparently his FRIEND.

I love that my phone pinged into Target notification as I drove up and found the employee walking to my vehicle. I didnt have to wait at all.

The toilet paper in these restrooms is divine! It seems to be the best compromise between value and comfort. It is two-ply and quilted and softer than most public restroom toilet paper Ive put on my butt. For a public restroom, this experience was better than most.

I went to this store to return failed backpack i bought 2 weeks ago. i did not have a receipt but they were able to pull out the receipt from the credit card purchase record. they said this item did not come from their store. i insisted it did, i am 100% sure. then i asked to speak to the manager. a woman shows up and says the same thing. she also says if it was on discontinue or discount, i will need the receipt to return it. i was unaware it was discounted or discontinued and how would a customer to know this? then a real store manager comes says the same thing. i say to her, on the day i bought this pack, i bought another one, the paw patrolone, does the computer record show that? then another person shows up and do the computer search with the label thats on the pack and says it is their product and she was able to find it easily.it does not feel good to be so openly insinuated / accused oflying...... then....i ask this manager what the names of the other two employees were and she says they dont give out names. well..... they were wearing name badges....

We came to buy a phone. It’s 15 minutes after 6. We got there and ask one of the tech salesman, Randy. I think. He said they closed at 6. So my husband said “I guess that count toward their sale goal”, I work in retail, those story about goal is my endless story. The guy look at us and said “I don’t care! not my problem!”. Walking out after checked out other items, met Randy again, my husband asks him if other stores close at 6. He answer “I don’t know. You can ask customer service” and just go on with his “I don’t even care” attitude. It is rude. So sorry that this amazing store has an employee like this that ruin the rating for the store.

I always have a good experience at Target

Am updating my post about this Target. It is not too bad. But I am leaving 2 stars because one day, I went in with my dog, as everyone there does, to grab a few cleaners. An employee than followed me to tell me that dogs weren’t allowed. When I told her that dogs have always been in here,and I’ve seen them personally, she told me to “keep him away from the food” because “a customer said something”. I wasn’t anywhere near the food. If you know the layout of Target, you know where the cleaners are in regards to the food. But alas, I am easy to target and another customer next to me said, “people need to mind their own damn business”. And she was right. Anyway, I do like it here except for that, but it really bummed be out to be singled out like that for no reason. Embarrassing even.

Courteous service - nobody at the desk when i arrived (it was late) but as soon as someone saw me they came right over and helped. the transaction went smoothly after that.

Love the staff in the womens clothing section/dressing room! So sweet and friendly. They keep the womens section really organized. Great location!

Seems like they always have more people in some departments working the earlier day time then in the late afternoons when it gets very busy. I feel for the employees because I know its difficult to close a store, especially being short handed. When I shop here in the day I see a lot of employees chatting more then working but at night I see a lot of busy understaffed workers.This might not help but thought I could do something to help.

This is in a scary neighborhood. This Target has no pharmacy and the food selection is very limited. The store clerks have no idea where anything is, and will get angry if you ask them anything. The lighting of the store is dark and adds to the scary atmosphere. The floors are dirty. If you like paying Target prices for a Wal-Mart atmosphere, then it could make for an interesting cultural experience.

It was the regular Target, nothing unusual or fancy about it. What surprised me as an Out of Towner was the fact that I had to pay for shopping bags after my daughter and I spent a total of $80. Other than that, the workers were friendly and helpful
