Had a really bad experience with an hp printer I bought. I had the extended warranty which I didnt have much faith would help but I brought the printer in anyway. Joshua assisted me and literally changed my whole day. He was able to help using the extended warranty and completely fixed my situation. I will be buying more office electronics from here and buying extended warranty for all of it if available (not something I normally do but Josua won my trust). Thanks!
I came here today to pick up a Christmas card print order. It was priced great and everything in my order was perfect! I was even called by the manager of the store to let me know that my order was ready and waiting for me. It was easy to find the area for pick up. I was greeted by a very nice and welcoming man who immediately found my order and had me look over it for verification. The cards were perfect and seems to be of great quality. I previously ordered cards from an online retailer and paid 3x the amount here plus shipping and it was just okay (plus it came super late!). These were eye-popping at a great price that cannot be beat!I was also assisted by what I believe was the manager, a ginger haired younger lady. She saw me waiting for another pick up order, which she helped me to return because I did not need the item anymore. She was able to help me fairly quickly and gave me paper confirmation of the return!I have only been to this place about 3-4 times thus far, but each time that I have, I am always greeted by someone and never experienced anyone rude or unwilling to help. Each employee I saw was also very eager to help any customer who walked into their store.I can definitely recommend this place for any printing needs! I will definitely be ordering more holiday cards from them next year!

Website says they provide notary services. I even called to confirm and when I arrived staples staff said No, they dont provide notary service.
Easy to pick up, very hard to return. Stick with Amazon or Walmart. Staples return policy is 14 for almost everything in the store. I was told 14 days for computers, tablets, smart phones and 30 days for everything else. Attempted to return a monitor after 25 days and was told I couldn’t. A monitor doesn’t have a cpu...comps, tablets and smart phones do. And they wouldn’t extend the return window due to Covid quarantine. Called customer service and the gentlemen overseas said the computer wouldn’t let him press the return button. I’ve bought several items from Staples over the last few months and will no longer be shopping here due to the strict return policy.
General manager on duty was very rude and did not care to be polite. After waiting in line to make 1 single copy. Waited over 8 minutes she said she would not do because she had to create a order and that it was not that fast just to use the machine because it was quicker. I dont understand has customer service just gone out the door. I said i did not want to use the machine i just need a copy she said no and that i had to use the machine. I walked away and she keep arguing with me. I can tell you this I will never go back to this staples. I got my copy done at H.E.B with no fuss. So now staples lost a client and my future business. The Company culture is great customer service I think she needs to be re trained and on top of that she was the assistant Manager.

Absolutely worthless. Ordered business cards for a 24 hour print on a Thursday. Received an email staying they would be ready by Saturday. Went in on Monday evening to pickup the order and was informed that the soonest they could be ready was sometime on Tuesday. Its great when a business offers 24 hour turnaround service but cant even deliver after four days.
I use the self-service copiers with monotonous regularity, and applaud them for keeping the machines maintained. They use higher quality paper than Office Max, and print quality is great.Three complaints: (1) They need a third machine, waiting sucks. (2) You have to get one of the drones to activate the copier if youre paying cash. (3) Change the blades on the paper cutters, guys!Oh, and they need to stay open later.But $.12/copy is a good price. Office Max is closer, but Ill stick with Staples.
Went in. Was greeted twice. Waited 2 minutes for my turn. Joyful informative clerk in the copy center gave me excellent service. She counted my change back from my purchase and gentle put it in my hand as she thanked me for shopping at Staples.
Hey I often use his print shop and today I was there between 1:30 and 2:30 pm to get some button art printed, they were very busy but the gentleman there ( I sadly forgot his name ) was really helpful despite this!! I really appreciate that!!!
The staff at this location was outstanding! Even though I was only there for a few pages from the print center, I was happily greeted by 3 different individuals before I even made it to that department. Very clean and professional appearance from the store front with plenty of parking. A++
Worst Staples ever.AVOID this STAPLES for any reason!The only kind manager is the lady which I do not see anymore. All the male managers are lazy and rude. Even the employees treated me better than the managers.If you happen to meet the manager in the register, you should pray that he will accept your 110% valid coupon without reading the details. Otherwise they will try anything to stop you using the coupons with any reason that they can find.They will NOT even scan the coupon because they know it will work.They even lied to me to make sure I dont use my rewards to buy a free after easy rebate items by saying that it will invalidate the rebate although I know and everybody know that it always work that way.First time I see people saving their corporate money. I guess their performance is related to the revenue that the store generates.Hope they dont fire the sweet lady at the register that usually works on Sunday afternoon.
I went for their printing services, needing some color copies made. Their computers and copy machines are easy to use, but six dollars later, after selecting the color option, I still got black and white pages. The Printing Services associate was very nice and helped me get new pages, in color, but they still charged me for a double order to fix their mistake.
Long wait for cards i already paid for.....not happy with off center phone number on card. They offered to fix but i didnt want to waste any more of my tim time!
Excellent quality control and quality assurance at the print shop. Needed some coloring books printed up for my wedding a few months ago and the manager had it ready a few hours later. I went a second time a week later and had the same great service.
Sent a same-day business card order at 2:05pm. The cutoff is 2:00pm. Called the store to see if they could squeeze me in because I had a deadline. They would not accept an order that arrived 5min past 2:00pm. Totally lazy and would not recommend their services for business customers.
I want to express my frustration with your company and the service it offers. I live close to a staples and wanted to have a simple project done, I wanted a color print of a photo printed on large paper so that I could do a cardboard cut out project. I have to say this was the beginning of a very frustrating experience with your team members.First, I placed my order online and was called by store to tell me photo was not right size in right format. I asked if they could save it in right size if I emailed it to them - nope. I asked if I could come in and someone could just help me in person and I was told to do that there would be a $20 charge just for their help which at this point had been lackluster at best and I was not about to pay $20 for a copy that should cost less than $5. Angel, the guy working at the Barbara Jordon center told me the only way to get help was to call the 800 number, so I did and was on hold for over 10 minutes but finally got order #2 placed with the help of your online reps. Then later that night Angel called back again and was just as unhelpful. Telling me my project was going to look bad, he knew what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it but could not do it for me, instead he wanted me to call back customer service - nope not doing it. I told him to cancel the order and that I’d go to FedEx Kinkos today - they are much more helpful and service oriented.So this morning, as I sit here with my 2 kids searching for the closest Kinkos I became angry that a place of business in this economy that is literally down the street is so incompetent to help me with the simplest of things and now this has turned into a real pain that is honestly not worth it. Then I became more angry as there is no email address online to email anyone for support, it is just an 800 number and chat none of which are available to me right now due to the hour of day. This is unacceptable in this age of technology - to literally not get ANY help from anyone in your company without jumping through hoops.I would be shocked if you were still in business in 5 years with this type of customer service. You cannot do anything to get me to come back there and I will tell everyone I know to avoid at all costs but thought you might want to check in with the staff at Barbara Jordon location in Austin to see if you could get someone that is willing to help customers.Good luck in your future
Staff was unfriendly and return policy is antiquated. I just wanted to return something to upgrade it after just 21 days, but they held strong to the 14 day return policy and wouldnt even give me store credit. Like I said, I was actually going to spend more money for something nicer. Never will buy from them again, will tell all those not to shop with Staples, ever!
I am by no means a usual office supply shopper. Staples has always been my go-to place when I needed something I couldnt pick up at Target or another usual place I shop. Whenever Ive visited this location, Ive been very impressed by the friendliness and knowledge the staff shares with customers. The store is always clean and well stocked as well.

Clueless employees. Had no idea what a sheet protector was. Could not process a credit card manually or with a bad chip reader. Totally uninterested in knowing their entire wall of tabbed dividers was worthless for use with any product on their entire wall of sheet protectors. Manager flat doesnt give a hoot about the store, the products, or the customers. Inferior products (bent, rumpled, crushed, mismanufactured) issues are found AFTER you get them home and open the package. I usually shop at Office Depot / Office max. I will never shop at Staples again.
Good, they had what I wanted in stock.. The bad, they dont know their own store policies. They have banners in store saying they will price match plus an additional 10%. The FAQ on their website clearly states this as well . I bought my item asked for the additional 10% off the price match and they said thats only if they dont have the item in stock ( a different promo which is $10) . I didnt want to argue over what is efftivley tax (4 bucks) but I drove to a staples vs Amazon or Best buy for that extra 10%. Kind of annoying
Went for a quick print job. Took 5 minutes. Then had to wait almost 30 minutes for the manager to tell people that the registers are down. They had one register even open besides the print shop. Both were tied up with customers that had a bunch of questions. Not one employee told anyone that there was a wait. The manager, Ivon, was avoiding the customers as much as possible. Even though this was frustrating Ill have to go back for my print job and I guess Ill schedule an hour to process it this time. Unacceptable in my book.
Well, I guess its ok, if you enjoy employee disdain and happily paying by the minute to print some documents.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff assisted me in finding what I was looking for that they did have (adhesive putty), and giving me suggestions as to where to find what they didnt have (CO2 electronics duster)
I went in to print 3 pages and the computers are so slow I spent more on computer usage than I did for the copy. So frustrating. I will definitely use the library next time. The computers are much faster sadly at the public library.
Nice and clean place. But the staff takes some time to get my poster. And the system is a bit messy. After I pick up my poster, I received the email saying that my poster is ready for pickup.

I have personally never had a problem with this staples. The print shop equipment can get pretty frustrating but the employees who helped me there have always been extremely nice and patient.
I do all my small batch copying here. Self service machines are easy to operate.
I went to Staples to buy Business Cards and I made a $25 mistake with the type of paper that I wanted to print on and the employee Aurora caught the mistake and saved me the money. Thank you so much for your help...I need all the help I can get. Lol
They do not carry ASTRO parche or brights. Only their store brand. Other than that, good store.
Had to make a return, clerk was nice enough but the manager was rude about the return even though I had the receipt and card I paid with, she glared at me like I did something wrong for simply returning what I ended up not needing for a project. 4 stars because the store was clean, clerk was nice, and they have a little of everything but not a lot of anything in particular.

Placed an order for 500 business cards on April 5th. Went into the store mid afternoon on April 6th and was told they werent ready and I would emailed when they were and to check my email. The staff was extremely rude. Per the confirmation email, they were garaunteed to be finished and ready for pickup no later than 7:30 p.m. April 6th. It is April 7th and I still have no business cards, no email stating they are done and the time garauntee has been broken.I will be reaching out to customer service for a more formal complaint as it appears I have literally paid for nothing.

Pretty much every single time I come here I need to wait until over 1 hour for a simple print. They seem to be always understaffed in the printing area. On top of that one of the employees at the printing area was I credibly rude and incapable of printing or laminating any job I needed. He paomiseed timelines that he didnt meet and didnt called back any of the times he said he would. Im so frustrated this is the only store of this nature we have near mueller.
The print shop is GARBAGE. Either there is no manager doing Quality Assurance or they just dont care. Tried to pick up my banner today that I ordered two days ago, well they where able to telephone me to tell me it was ready, but unable to look at what they had done and see that it was completely wrong. Their printers ran out of ink part way through the process and they just left it! Didnt reprint at all, just handed it to me like it was what I ordered.No one in the print shop as ANY sense of Quality Control. The manager must be nonexistent, an idiot, or both.If you want something printed, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Dont ever shop Staples. So it is not one location, it is Staples as a whole. Staples in Temple,Tx sent wrong lap top, they sold me the touch screen version of this model but sent me a regular one. I never had touch screen. I am very busy and didnt even attempt to use the touch screen. A couple of weeks went by and I began to customize my lap top when I realized that it was not a touch screen. When I took it to the store they tell me two weeks is the exchange policy. Nothing they can do. Of course, they didnt know who they were dealing with. Then when it was being exchanged, they insisted on needing the booklet. Well, I took care of that. Turns out they dont need the booklet that bad. Now new one may have hardware issues. Went to Austin location. Left that day to back up and return. Cutting it close to closing. Called at 6:50 to make sure they were not closing 5 minutes early or something. The voice greeting said they were already closed. I turned around and went home. I went back the next day. They need the box that it came with. Well, it is in Temple,Tx IF I even still had it. This location doesnt care. I called the store in Temple, Tx to explain to the manager at Staples on Barbara Jordon so he can explain the history of my ordeal as I already did to the Austin manager. Austin location still didnt care. My father had to drive to Austin from Temple to bring me the box. I hate Staples and do not trust them.
Ordsred business cards from Staples off Barbara Jordan. Pre ordered online and drove from Pflugerville to pick up the cards. Made the mistake of leaving the store and headed back home. The cards were wrong. Called store and they advised they would fix them. Drove back and they tried to fix them and they were still wrong the second time. The third time they were correct, I asked to speak with a mgr. The associate went to the back and came back saying theyd give me 10% off. I asked to speak with mgr and they said she was in the back. (REALLY?!) Mgr came to the front and I had to debate with her for almost 10 minutes on why I needed a refund. She reluctantly gave me a refund. Will not go back there again! Terrible service and I spent over 2 hrs for a simple service.

I had kind of a sketchy experience here. Theres just a very weird vibe at this location, and lets just say I developed credit card issues after shopping here.
I tried to print out something, sent the email to staples@printme, but they never got my email even though I emailed them 2 times. I had to use their computer and obviously paid more.
It routinely takes the copy center twenty minutes to process my order and Im not trying to do anything crazy, just print twenty color pages or something like that. Dont come here if youre under any kind of deadline!
Twice I’ve gone to their website to do the “same day printing” business cards and both times they have been out of paper. No call no email to let me know. When I called to check on my order they told me they were out of paper and that it’ll be weeks before I can get them.
I have shopped their several times and the staff has always been very helpful and knowledgable regarding which tablet would best suit my needs. their technical department has also helped me install programs.

Good prices but the supplies were a bit scattered and the displays were running low which meant you had to go back to the isles to find whay you needed, then head back to the displays and repeat over again.
Terrible customer service, the manager refused to assist me with a return and told me go ahead and complain to our corporate office. I did, and surprise.... they never contacted me back. If I was in the dying business of office supplies Id be trying to fight for every customer possible, apparently theyre not.
I use this store for nearly all my printing and binding, and I also come here to turn in ink cartridges. The quality of work from the print center is excellent, and the staff are always great!
