Had a battery replacement for my laptop a few months ago and everything seemed fine. The battery has now very suddenly failed and when I took it in again, they said I would have to order a new battery out of pocket because their warranty is only 90 days. They offered me a discount of $80, which is exactly how much I paid the first time around. Very disappointed, and I will be replacing my battery with a business that will have much more realistic warranties and better quality service.Edit: it was $80 the first time because I paid for expedited shipping and then didnt get the part until a week later. If the charge port was indeed the issue, I would have gladly fixed that the first time around when I visited the store. But no one said so when I went in for a consultation and thus I figured it was purely a battery issue as this laptop is a few years old and likely needed a replacement. I would have also been open to hearing how to fix that problem earlier, even if it would cost more. But instead I was given another quote on replacing the battery which has proven to not be sustainable from my previous experience.

Brandon was very professional and was able to help with my broken screen on my phone. He gave me solid quotes and a reasonable time for him to fix it. He even fixed it faster as he saw I was also pressed for time. I forgot to ask for my phone’s case, so if you take your phone with your case make sure you ask for it back as they have to take it off and might also forget to place back on your phone. Great place though!

Brandon went above and beyond what was necessary to fix my phone. I really needed a same day repair, and dropped it off at 11am hoping to get it by my quoted time 6pm. At my pickup time, I received a call saying there is a part that needed to be picked up from another location before the repair was to be completed. Instead of putting it off until the next day, Brandon stayed after hours to ensure the repair was completed that night, and I left the store with a like-new phone. 10/10 service would recommend!!!

I took my children’s Nintendo Switch here to get repaired. They told me it would be done in one or two weeks they just needed to get a part. A month later I still hadn’t from them so I called and they apologized for not communicating and said the part was lost in the mail but a new one was coming. I called again to check a few weeks later. They said they would call back. I never got my Switch back.

Rather disappointed, I drove from Corpus to Austin for a Pixel screen and battery repair. First they arrived a few minutes late to open. Not a big deal to me as I get stuff happens. I was quoted a price of 200 to repair. After getting a return call a few hours later I find out they quoted me price for wrong Pixel and the lowest price they could repair it was 300. The catch is now the screen was completely shattered. The price to buy a new phone is 200.00. I would have kept my phone as a backup had I been given the accurate information to begin with. Sadly this trip was not as I hoped. Hope others have better experiences.Not sure how to reply to Owners reply.I was not sure what phone I had and the curly haired man ( maybe Zachary) took my phone and pulled up the serial # from settings. He said then he was sorry he couldnt give me a printed copy of my repairs because the screens had arrived but not be entered as received in the system. So I think your point is I stated I had one thing and actually had something different which is not the case. The call to me later in the day wouldnt have been made with a sincere apology if the employee hadnt had made a mistake as he stated. It is what it is.

I cant say enough good about this place. I called them while out of town to get information on replacing a cracked back on my phone. All of my questions were answered professionally and I took the phone in because I felt it was good choice to make the repair after talking with them.While there I asked about an old IPhone 6 I use as a out of country phone. I had a screen replaced a few months back and the phone didnt seem to respond well on the touch screen ever since. They replaced the touch screen and I also had a new battery put in as it showed a bad battery while screening the phone. The phone is really operating at a much higher level, and the price was reasonable. They are an authorized IPhone repair place and I was told some of the screws were missing from the last screen replacement I had done at a random downtown kiosk.Thanks for getting me hooked up and ready to head out with a decent phone on my next trip to Costa Rica!

I took my Pixel 3a XL to get looked at for a covered-by-warranty issue with the charging port. Expected it was the USB charging board that needed to be replaced because chargers that are currently working with other phones of the same model are not working with my phone. Was told that my phone had nothing wrong with it, just needed to have the pins in the USB-C cleaned as the port was dirty, phone was returned with a full charge and was sent on my way with speculation about my charger being the issue. Bought a fresh official google USB-C charging cable and brought it home with me to test the theory, phone wont charge with that cable, nor the original out-of-box charging cable. Phone eventually charges with a USB->USB-C cable borrowed from an external hard drive on my PC, but the cable has become useless after letting it charge my phone while I slept.Note: both my original USB-C cable and the one I purchased yesterday work perfectly fine with other devices as of the time I am writing this message.So I didnt get the repair I expected, the issue is still persisting, and Im down a USB->USB-C cable, and I have to find the time to go back to this place to get the repair I initially was expecting. I get that my appointment was on New Years Eve, but why are appointments allowed to be scheduled on December 31st if Ill basically be told hey we dont want to spend time with this issue today so well clean it and have you go without your phone for a week since the only days we can do the repair isnt one of the days you are off of work.

This is for the location on 15th and San Antonio - the downtown location (I cant speak for other locations): I could only got to this store for dire repair for my lap top when everything was locked down bc they were only ones open. I was a little skeptical at first because I usually go to this more local store but their service turned out to be even more helpful, more professional, more generous, with quicker turn around than the store I usually go to. And their prices were slightly lower. Very awesome customer and technical service - already been back twice.

In times of covid, they had what seems like a safe protocol in place to get repairs done. Just be sure to call ahead of time or once you get there as they keep their door locked to minimize for traffic, and they will come out to retrieve your phone. The guy working there was able to let me know that my phone was still under warranty which I didnt know but since the price was reasonable enough for my repair I opted to have him just go ahead and do the repair without it (gunked up port was the issue). Since it was a simple fix, he was able to do it on the spot while I waited outside and now I have no more charging issues. 10/10 would recommend

Showed up at 10 for my 10:00 appointment that I made 2 days prior. Been waiting outside for 30 minutes and the store is still closed. Cant call the store because the issue is with my SIM card, but no one is in there anyway. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Tldr; definitely take your phone to get fixed here. Brandon was super helpful and professional. He fixed my phone same day, going above and beyond by doing some extra troubleshooting. They have great covid procedures so you feel safe through the process. Just call from your car when you get there and they will come to your car to create a work order and assess your phone.

He was able to identify a problem and tried his best to get the replacement part from Google(which obviously was denied as Google is not a customer centric company).Brendan is highly knowledgeable about potential electronics related issues and can also provide unbiased advice on your next phone/laptop purchase.For any electronics repairs, you should give this shop a try.

One of the lenses was broken on my iPhone 11 Pro. They are open during the pandemic, you drop your device off at the curb. Lens was repaired within a few hours and much less expensive than what would be charged at Apple. Highly recommend.

I was impressed with the speed and quality of the repair. I have never cracked a phone screen before so I didn’t know what to expect. It was fixed by uBreakiFix the same day. I can’t tell any difference between the replacement and a new phone. Thanks!UPDATE:It seems that the non-Apple replacement screen have different polarization properties than the original screens. The replacement screen is completely black when wearing polarizer sunglasses. The work around is very annoying and that is you can only use the phone in portrait mode. I am considering having Apple replace the screen and just eat the cost of 2 replacements as a learning lesson.UPDATE 2: (dropped rating from 5 stars to 3 stars)I schedule my phone to have the screen replaced again, this time by Apple. The front facing camera and proximity sensor (which prevents your ear from clicking the screen while on a call) are also bad. I checked with Apple and they said the Apple screen replacement includes ensuring these sensors are calibrated for the replacement screen. Next time Ill just go to Apple, I guess this is an example of you get what you pay for and I didnt know enough about what needed to be serviced. If you just need a screen and dont really care about things like the screen being visible when wearing polarized sunglasses, just this replacement would be just fine. But if you are not an expert at diagnosing electronics, you might just get what you asked for which and that can be very different from what you actually want. 3 stars because I asked for a screen replacement and thats what I got but I didnt get a screen with the same features as the original (and I didnt know this at the time of purchase).
