Having a phishing scam trying to steal my information. According to the warranty dept my number and the rest of the numbers are recycled. So. if a telemarketer or phishing scams from previous owner there is nothing to do except change the phone number. Easier said than done and it costs 15.00 to do so. This was my first cricket phone I bought. Should be new number. Nope have to deal with the neighbors trash all due to recycling the number. Poor customer service skills.

Trying to get a phone number that stops these sales calls,247calls in 3 days! Out rageous! If you are getting bombarded with these hangup on u,sell u calls . Im going to try getting a private number were when I call someone my phone # wont show up on their phone! Because just changing it doesnt work. Also please notice alot of these insane calls come from the first 3 #sOf your phone #! Crazy! Good luck! The lady here on rooggie & Manor is rude .......none smile.must hate her job.

I walked in on October 17 around 10:30 am, and a female representative greeted me as soon as I stepped in the store. She proceeded to ask what can we do for you today from across the store. Her tone was loud and insincere. She repeated her question in the same tone before I could approach the counter. When I explained I needed to change my pay date I was unable to finish my centence when she said you half to call customer service with a sloth like smile radiating from her mouth and double chin. She gave the impression she had no desire to assist me in any way. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any wireless retailer. The other representative did not bother to even make eye contact. I would advise anyone reading this to never step foot in that place filled with incompetence. #prayforcricket

This store sucks. I waited for 10 minutes in line and no one said anything to me the whole time. One employee helping customers another taking out the trash and looking at their phone. Never going back.
