At first the dealer place was great you know that they were flexible with the payments if you were late but when it came to a little miscommunication over payment date they send this third-party repo that scratch my whole right side bumpers do rims (front and back)And in trying to resolve the matter I called the people that they supposedly paid $125 (that I have to pay back )to repo the vehicle and they just ended up getting loud with me and said that I can do whatever I feel like as in as it means that I can’t find them and I go back to the dealership and ask for more information and they say that the phone number and the person of Julia Naveja was all they could give meSo no help from them eitherPictures of the damage I got left with over miscommunication on paydateOver $250 in repairsDO NOT GET A CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Experience. It was my first car, so it’s in my dads name. Long story short, they sold us a car for double of the price of the actual car with the highest interest rate. Our fault cause we didn’t do our research but they took advantage of us. In the first month, I had problems with the car which they fixed. Now, I did “insurance claim” to get everything fix from the outside, nobody hasn’t replied to me even when I keep asking. I told them that I wanted a confirmation number but didn’t get anything. Sadly, I lost my keys this week, and I called them to see if they have the copy. Could you believe they say yes but they can’t give it to me? Yes, I’m still paying a small car! Almost done with this nightmare. I still have to pay 3,000 nothing compare to the amount of money I already pay, but still they cannot give me the key. I offered to pay cash, and not, they won’t give a discount or lower the interest.This experience has made me say many times, I’ll never get a car from any dealer.Stay away from this place !

First off the sales team is great Kim is very sweet an I give them the a e for excellent when it comes to that however after that it goes down heal from there first off the people at that payment center is rude as hell an I want to tell you all about my experience I have had my car for about 6 months by the way never been late however when I make a payment my car still get cut off an they dont have no consideration for that when youre missing work an stuck somewhere for their mistake I have recently switched jobs an have been maybe six days late due to me not getting paid on the day on my contract I called to speak with my acct manager an I was out on a call with Michelle who constantly called me a liar an threatened me over 10 times on the phone while Im at work an that is not how u treat a customer who has been speaking highly an bringing them customers even my referrals was a little upset about how she called their phones bottom line is she needs to be handled I will write on every review website until she gets some kind of treatment for how rude an poorly I was treated

This place is horrible. I hate I had to give them 1 star. The sales people are nice especially Kim, but the cars are way too priced for their condition. The only thing is that they will give anyone a car. If you have the down payment they will give you a car. Now on to the payment center staff. They are terrible. Theyre so freaking rude and heartless b******. They dont care if youre out with your family or where you are or if youre one day late and have communicated with them on numerous occasions, they will still come and get your car. Dont let the sales people suck you into getting a car because you dont deal with them anymore, you will have to deal with the rude heartless girls at the payment center. If youre out driving and you see this place, drive away as fast as you can and go somewhere else.

Before I pulled off the lot, my brake light was not working. Drove it home, steering wheel rattled the whole time, brakes squealed, no air conditioner, serpentine belt was no good. All of this was noticed within 24 hours. Took it back to have it fixed, they gave me a loaner. As I drove off with the loaner, I was 2 inching away from ramming into another car at a red light because there were no brakes on the loaner. Took it right back, they switched it out with a luxury car. ha,Fast forward, I go pick up my fixed car, as I was driving out of there lot once again, my car cuts completely off. All the same issues continued expect the air conditioning was fixed. Other than that, every problem consisted. My payment was due on a Saturday, they came and towed my car that Friday night around 11 at night. The owner (T.C) was nonchalant about it and told me he wouldnt be able to help until Monday and kept promising to call back. Never heard from them again. I still have the keys to the vehicle to this day. This was a few months ago. $1000 down payment down the drain. If I could give them no stars, I would. Stay away from them. Majority of their cars have 90,000 plus miles on them. Not worth it. Plus, all the cars stink. ALL OF THEM! RUN AND RUN FAST!
