I stopped by just to check out options and ended up buying a car the same day. Jeff and Marcus were great and made the process easy to work with. Thank you!!The only downside so far is they charge $4.95 to make an online or over the phone payment.Update a month later: making payments has been a nightmare. The only two ways to make a payment without an extra fee is either to mail it in or pay at local store. Well I was given the wrong mailing address and had two checks floating out there until we figured out the problem. I had to stop payment on checks and hurry to make a payment because by this time it was severely late.Update 6 months later: trying to make the payment without getting charged the $4.95 fee is a terrible issue. Idk why but they never seem to receive checks I mail. Yes I have verified the address again and again.The car?? So far $1000 in repairs.

Update: My tires were worn. The light for tire pressure came on after 4 days of driving. I spoke to the manager about this who sent me to NTB to get them checked and he confirmed that all 4 tires were worn yet they wanted me to pay half the price to get new tires and they would pay the other half. Umm... No. I started going through a hard time due to the recent events. When I spoke to management in billing he was basically giving me no options and pretty much quiet through the whole conversation with no empathy at all. Spoke to him Tuesday my car was towed away Wednesday. Car buying experience was great but after that whatever goes on with the car or what youre going through once you drive off that lot, all on you. Good luck on car searching guys....

If I could give it zero stars I would. I think the person who sold me my 2015 Kia Optima was Jeff. He told me the car does not have a key fob but told me he would get me one. Then the manager came back and told me the car comes how it comes. And then when I left the dealership they didnt give me a full tank of gas it was at half. Then the car smelled like they sprayed a full can of fragrance in it and then smoked 2 packs of cigarettes with the windows up. $15,000 for a 2015 Kia Optima with 87k miles on it. My payments where $500 a month. I let them repo the car and went to another place and got a much better car on a much better deal. Will NEVER go to this place again

I can’t even put in words how amazing Marcus was! I called him letting him know my situation (bad credit, repo, and little down). He was enthusiastic from the very beginning! He had me fill out an online application which only took maybe 5 minutes. Called me back within a few hours, asked a few questions and another 30 minutes later I was APPROVED same day! I lived an hour away so couldn’t come down til a few days later but don’t regret a thing! I’m not gonna lie, I have a 444 credit score and only had $1200 down, but Marcus did it! He got me approved for a 2017 Kia Forte with no problems at all!!!! I drove down here, and the paper work was all ready. I spent no more then a total of 20 minutes in the dealership and I was driving off the lot in my new car!!!!
