Took home a 2022 430i coupe on Friday and couldnt be happier. As everyone knows buying any new car has been a challenge this year to say the least. I custom ordered an M3 in March, it was then plagued with the now normal delays, a recall at port, and finally…5 months later…damaged in transport to the dealership. Kristian (our now longtime family friend), was super helpful and invested in my cause the entire time. Him and Deborah worked hard to make everything right in the end, and now I have an absolutely epic car, along with some new friends. The dealership is immaculate and a lovely place to spend some time. Most of the employees are also owners of the brand, and very knowledgeable/passionate about the cars. Despite the many challenges I faced, it’s a great group to work with and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Looking forward to the next purchase in a few years 😁

I went in for a service recently regarding my brakes and oil change, which I had been putting off for about a year, and spoke a man named Alan Solis. He let me know that both services were well overdue and it had affected my car significantly. I was afraid of what the total charges would be since I figured the longer time without maintenance the higher the cost, but Alan was able to put my fears to rest and helped me get it taken care of and found the best prices for me. Incredible experience from start to finish for this first time BMW buyer. I came in to compare the 3 series and x3 and was able to test drive both. My client advisor, Dylan, did a great job walking me through the quirks and features of each model in detail. When I had some initial hesitations with the options for the model on the lot, Dylan offered to work with me to custom order a model from the factory instead. Truly a no-pressure sales environment.After further research and realizing the car I test drove had everything I wanted (and nothing I didn’t), I worked with Laura in Finance to finish the deal. I was due for my 3rd lease with BMW and I’ve been a client with BMW of Austin (North). My sales guy retired and I have never felt so undervalued as a customer since then. This is my first time buying from this dealership. I had to buy a used car after dealing with so many problems with my prior car. Christophe, my sales guy, was very helpful in trying help me find something suitable for me that would help me drive long distances and not have so many issues. I settled on a Toyota Rav4 which was reasonably priced. The process was simple and no pressure to get anything right away. I did come close to making a deal on the same day but the car was not ready (but it was late in the day). They did have the car ready for me on the next day and they really cleaned it up nice, factory spec ready. These guys really know how to treat their customers.

So I had a bad experience with BMW of South Austin. I reviewed them. Basically they sold me a lifetime of oil changes, took 4 hours to perform a 20 minute oil change even though I made an appointment and even though they said 2 hours, which in itself is outrageous for a simple oil change. I will never come back and I reviewed it as little more than a scam. I felt scammed, anyway. Please don’t buy warranty work from these people. They already got paid so you are low on the priority list. This is after me and my wife both bought vehicles here. Now, after the review, they replied and have asked me to call them. I find this funny as they have all of my info and can just as easily call me instead of posting publicly for me to call them. Please, BMW, call me if you want to make it right. Thanks

Christoph was my sales person and was very professional and accommodating. The finance office was very good as well. One thing: When the tire and wheel warranty is offered, do it if your BMW has run flat tires. Nails/screws cant be repaired, the tire will need to be replaced. Learned that the hard way.
