My fiancée and I went to Texas Auto to browse around and check out our options. Before heading to the lot I called and talked to Ashley and told her about our situation. She was very professional and informative. Not like other dealerships where they tell you “oh well come in and take a look and we can work something out” Ashley was the total OPPOSITE!! When we got to the lot Ashley made it so easy from applying to test driving to finishing the paper work and driving off with our new family car. Once we got approved Ashley had a list of cars that fit in our down payment budget. I was shocked when Ashley was listing newer high end cars that we could afford. Let me say that the cars that fit in our down payment would easily be a $1500-$2000 down payment UPFRONT at other dealerships!! I knew we made a great decision coming here first!! Monthly payments are extremely reasonable and the experience we had with Ashley and the rest of her staff were A1! My fiancée said after we left that Ashley carried the whole dealership on her back and she is doing a great job at it. There’s a reason why Texas Auto on research has such high ratings. We’ve had bad experiences with other dealerships but I 10000% believe we finally found a dealership that we would love coming back to. Thank you so much Texas Auto, Ashley and the rest of her staff!! Would not ever buy another vehicle from them. They don’t do any inspection on the vehicles they sell and the mechanics are incompetent. Bought a vehicle with grinding noise from the front of the vehicle and they never noticed it. Turns out the from outer tie rod boots and front sway bar link boots were all torn. I did the work to replace those and called and finance said to call service to get a quote, service said they need to run diagnostics to get a quote (it’s already fixed duh!) and so neither wanted to obviously give a discount for work they should’ve already done before selling the vehicle. Go to a reputable dealership like mac haik for your vehicle, they at least do the 120 point inspection before the vehicle goes on the lot.

Texas Auto is the BEST!!! my husband and I got our first car with the company back 2016... Today I had some car issues and needed to trade it in, as sad as I was I had no choice, I needed a new car. when I called Mike and told him my situation he immeditally assisted me and I spoke with the manager, they were quick to help me out...The process wasnt long, I test drove two cars we were interested in, both cars rode smooth... We left the lot in a new whip. The staff was nice and willing to help us out in a time of need. Im in a nice upgraded vehicle and happy as ever! Down payment was affordable and my monthly payments just as it was 3 years ago when we got my car with them. I absolutely recommend getting a car from Texas Auto center!!!!!... When they see something wrong with a car they send it to their shop to get fixed!But besides this, I got into a car I wasnt looking at, at first, I then fell in love with my now new car! I have terrible credit ( if any at all) and SOMEHOW got the lowest APR Ive gotten anywhere!!! I was in shock! I highly recommend these guys!
