Do not buy from these people, I bought a car in March 2021 and yesterday the car broke down in the middle of the road, it was leaking oil. Go straight to the dealership, they sell bad cars that have problems. I just bought it few months ago it should not be giving me problems. The service repair center told me that the last person who did an oil change at enterprise messed it up so now the engine is dead and it needs $11000 to be replaced, the manager Hillary doesn’t even care, she is giving me a run around, the service repair service center told me that they told Hillary about the engine being messed up but she never mentioned it to me. If they don’t fix this I am taking them to court!

We purchased a 2017 Buick Encore from them for our second vehicle. We had purchased a vehicle previously through Enterprise Car Sales in Minneapolis, MN and had such a positive experience, we thought wed try again with Enterprise here in Austin. WORST DECISION WE COULD HAVE POSSIBLY MADE.We purchased the vehicle two months ago, since then it has had to have work done twice and has been for the most part, undrivable. Tiffany, the lady servicing our contract and financing paperwork fudged our income numbers and messed up the application process so now we are dealing with multiple banks thinking they serviced our loan. The vehicle had a warranty recall and the AC started failing the moment we left the lot. Now after hardly even being able to drive the vehicle it is having oil leak issues. They clearly did not thoroughly inspect the vehicle before initiating the sale and the service was highly unprofessional from what we experienced in Minnesota. We have had nothing but headaches since purchasing from this dealer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I stopped by here yesterday to talk about a couple of vehicles they have available. They have attractive pricing and a no-haggle philosophy, on cars from their rental Fleet. I felt they treated me with respect, including the fact that I was not ready to make a decision right away. Certainly worth looking into for a late model used car.

Zoya and her colleagues seem to believe that doing one’s job is inconvenient.I called last Friday because my temporary, paper plate was about to expire. The person I spoke with told me to come on in and they would print me a new one. When I did, I was told that this actually wasn’t possible because my physical plates had “already been issued” and mailed out. They tried to rush me out with a COPY of my registration sticker, saying that I probably wouldn’t get pulled over, but that if I did this paper would save me. And bonus, if I just take that paper to the Tax Office, they would give me physical plates right then and there. But, why would I do that when they had already been mailed? The point of using this service is that this process is included in the purchase. “Just give it a few days,” Zoya said. “Your plates should show up.” 😐So, I called the Tax Office, and guess what! The forms either 1. Hadn’t been filed by Enterprise, or 2. Had been filed so recently that they didn’t show up in the system. At this point, I called the office to talk to Zoya, waited on hold for 15 minutes, then realized she wasn’t going to pick up. At the same time, I used my husband’s phone to call Z’s cell phone number. She answered immediately (surprise, surprise) and proceeded to give me the verbal run around after I explained what the tax office told me. She then asked me to call back on the office phone next time because she was on her lunch break. I told her I absolutely did call on the office phone, but was on hold for 15 minutes because whoever answered didn’t tell me she wasn’t even there AND that I would be calling back in 1 hour to see where they were at with my plates.Fast forward 10 minutes, Zoya calls back and her exact words were, “Great news! We have your plates here.”EXCUSE ME?! I had just driven the 20 miles back to my home, only to be told that the whole time I was there my plates were just in the other room?! Zoya told me TO MY FACE MULTIPLE TIMES that they had been mailed. Remember when she said to give it a few days? What she meant was that she was about to mail them, even as I stood in front of her.And here’s the cherry on top. When I drove all the way back to retrieve my plates, ready to let her know how unprofessional this whole thing was, one of her colleagues informed me that she had LEFT for the day. 💀 What a freaking wimp.None of this even includes the difficulty I had purchasing the car originally. If you like your sanity and expect professionalism, DO NOT SHOP HERE. You’d be better off at a dealership or even a junkyard compared to these idiots.
I am totally satisfied w/ my car-buying experience at Enterprise. Tiffany Richardson expedited my purchase throughout the entire process - up to and including the delivery of the vehicle to my home. They called us to come pick the car. When we got there the price went up on the car. Drove 2 hours for nothing. I wouldnt have given any stars but you have to give at least one to post.
I finally decided to replace my 2000 Silverado (I-35 casualty). After a couple of terrible experiences at dealerships here in town I found a 2018 model at Enterprise. I was initially very skeptical about purchasing my car through a rental company- but Zoya and the team were amazing! They answered all my questions clearly and in a timely manner and went above and beyond to give me an incredible sales experience that was lacking at all the dealerships I have been to. The pricing was also fantastic and no-haggle, making the entire process very easy.
We purchased a 2019 dodge caravan from the Austin Texas location. Everything went fine until we signed for the car. Once we signed the purchase order it went down hill. We noticed the back passenger break was squeaking and needed to be looked at, we also noticed we were missing a floor mat which had been in the car before it went to detailing. We asked about both and were told the breaks passed an inspection. I explained to them that it is closing before all the others and that is not good and we just wanted someone to look at it. Mind you this car is under their warranty plus the manufacture warranty. When it can to the floor mat we were told they would get it to us. 2 weeks go by and we didn’t hear anything on the brakes or the floor mat. We emailed the sales woman and she said there was nothing they could do about the missing floor mat. We asked if we could go to another enterprise and get one from them. We were told no they work and operate differently. Not sure how true that is since they are a chain business. I have bought 3 cars and rented multiple cars with enterprise. I have been using them for over 20 years. I will no longer be using them after this. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had.

I needed to buy my first car but as a recent college grad my credit history wasn’t that long. When I tell you Tiffany was AMAZING, I mean it. She immediately contacted me after I did the chat on the website and was so helpful in answering all of my questions and in having answers to questions I hadn’t even asked yet! She explained the process in an extremely detailed way so I understood what was going on at every step. She literally got me approved the same day AND went even further to get me financing with $0 down and a low interest rate, especially for a first time buyer like me. She also dropped the car off to my home when everything was finalized. When I spoke to an incompetent insurance agent that was trying to get me to come in person during a pandemic and taking too long, she pointed me in the right direction and I was able to get the insurance the same day with a different agent and lower price. She was knowledgeable, personable, professional and made this an amazing experience for me.
In the end i got the car. When a car is transferred there needs to be someway for the customer to see track the car. Saleman said it would be here in approximately a week, after a week the car had not even shipped and i had already paid the transfer fee! Once i got the car, it had been smoked in, now they did replace the filters for free, but i dont like smoke smell in my car.Then it took the company 2 weeks to pay off my trade, i had to call and it seemed had i not called the car would have never been paid off. My payment went theough diring that time and so by waiting they made money off of me. I will still buy cars from there, but i will have to drop my expectations, if i do

I got into a car accident where my car was deemed as a total loss. My auto insurance used enterprise as my rental vehicle company. Once the car was deemed as total lost I had to return the rental and quickly purchase a new vehicle. Enterprise informed me that they sell vehicles and have a large variety at low prices.When we got to the location the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had my kids with me so they were very patient and entertaining to help keep them distracted. Because we did prior research we were able to get the car that we needed quickly.I will say though, when we obtain the car there was still smell of dog and smoke due to the maintenance man forgetting to change the cabin filter. Enterprise was very quick to apologize and fix it.Zoya was my seller and she made everything quick and easy and simple.

Our credit was borderline but, out walks salesman, Steven Murphy(very personable), who took the reigns and before we knew it, the finance person(name escapes me) had us APPROVED!!!! They have good cars and very awesome prices. I brought a used car but when I went ti pick it up. My car wasnt detailed it just seem like they just took it thru the was and vacuum. Was not very happy about that. Than when you go sign your papers they rush you and dont let you read it just because they gave you papers of the same thing. I did not like that at all she just kept rushing me and saying I had a copy I just need your signature. Very unprofessional and irritating! I customer has the right to read the paperword so they can know what the heck I am signing? I dont care how long it takes me to read it. Was not happy.
I have a KIA Optima that had a recall on the engine. While my KIA was in the shop getting repaired I was authorized a loaner vehicle from Enterprise car rental. I was given a 2018 Nissan Rogue, and I literally fell in love with it. When it was time to return the loaner, I expressed to the representative how much I loved that vehicle. She asked me if I wanted to purchase the vehicle, and I told her yes!. The rep put me in touch with the sales dept. I was contacted by one of the sales rep, who found me a vehicle just like the one I had used as a loaner. Since I lived in a different city from where the Enterprise dealership was located, the sales man emailed me the credit application. I filled it out on a Sunday evening, and the next day I was notified that I had been approved. Even then I never stepped foot into the Enterprise Sales Dept. My husband works a crazy schedule which made it impossible for us to meet up with Thomas our sales rep. Thomas and I talked through text messaging, and when it was time for us to take possession on the vehicle, Thomas even brought all the paperwork and the vehicle to us. I would have to say that Thomas and Enterprise made my car buying experience super easy and enjoyable. I would recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone looking to purchase a good used vehicle.

The staff at Enterprise car Sales was knowledgeable, friendly and had exactly the truck we was looking for at half the price of a national car lot chain. Low mileage, low price and truck still has factory warranty along with Enterprise warranty including gap insurance. I highly recommend Enterprise for your next vehicle purchase. We are going back to get another truck from Enterprise by midsummer.

I bought a 2018 Nissan Rouge SL Nov. of 2019, yesterday vehicle battery died and i had AAA road side assistance checked the battery and battery was old and need replacement. I got a new battery from Costco for $106.00Unfortunately, battery is NOT under one year warranty. I think Enterprise should pay more attention to pre-sale inspection !! Cant believe battery died less than a year old after i bought the car !!!

They got her in a beautiful, technologically advanced, beautiful vehicle for $20K when the new ones we were looking at we $40-$50K ... This would be a 5-star rating, were it not for the fact that the auto did not contain an Owner/Operation Manual. We requested it. By email. By phone. Over a 3-week period, we have requested one, and have not received an answer on when we might be receiving this item, It is necessary to have in order to program this vehicle properly, among other uses. Disappointed that our request is being ignored. Sale is final, who cares? The one other item that still bothers me is that the rental car that was returned by the same person who delivered our new purchase, was used on a toll road on the trip back to the Enterprise in Austin. Our account was charged for that. We received no heads-up on the charge and only noticed in a regular online inspection of our account.

Great Sales People. Low Integrity.I bought a 2017 Hyundai from Enterprise back in May 2019. In the beginning their customer service was amazing, they seemed to have a good sense of integrity, honesty, and willingness to be there for the customer. Few days after I bought the car, engine light came on the dashboard. Concerned and nervous, I called and spoke with a representative that sold me the car. She told me it could be the gas cap, but Ive never heard of a gas cap causing the engine light to come on. Thankfully, I was recommended to take it to a mechanic and turned out it was a couple of fuses that needed replace. Enterprise covered it which I was happy about.Now, fast forward to few days ago. Car was running fine all morning as I was doing errands but then suddenly it would not turn over. Kept clicking and clacking dead in the HEB parking lot. Thankfully, a guy helped jump start my car and I was good to go. No issues the rest of the day. Couple day later went to head out to work but car would not start again. Had AAA come and jump start my car and the guy mentioned possible bad battery.Called Enterprise as I have not had this car for a year and now my battery is having issues holding charges. Spoke with Hillary and expressed my concern and asked about the worry free year warranty they advertised and was told when I bought the car. She told me that theyre not responsible, and that there is no year warranty, and that the battery is on me to deal with as they have high standards when selling cars and vigorously test the batteries before selling. I was told to have it checked by a mechanic and if I still want to I can call them back.So, got it checked by a mechanic, and he confirmed it was a bad cell. Additionally, he mentioned that the battery installed is not the manufactured battery it would have came with but a cheap knock off brand that he has never heard of in the 15 years of working on cars saying that Enterprise probably changed the battery for a cheap one before selling it. Frustrated I called enterprise, and spoke with another rep, and I went over everything and would like to speak to a manager to get assistance. I was told they would take care of me, and that they would leave a note for the manager to get back to me as she is in a meeting.Waited an hour and no call as it was close to closing time, so I called and got a guy. Did not mention once about car trouble but that I called an hour ago but manager never called back. I was INSTANTLY transferred to the manager. Spoke with her about if she got the note and she said she is now just looking at it. Anyhow, I received a poor half baked response of sympathy and that there is a year warranty (unlike Hillary mentioned), but that they do not cover wear and tear which the battery falls under. She said she would contact the mechanic who did the battery test and see if it was replaced before selling followed by going over the rehearsed vigorously tested script. She mentioned getting back to me with the maintenance paperwork but never has and I am left with a car that may not start which I rely to work.I use to recommend people here as initially I was happy with their service, but now I see they take advantage of the lack of lemon laws in Texas for used car dealership and throw their customers under the bus when being held accountable for lack of transparency and false advertisement. I would understand if the car was old, or that I was harsh on the battery, but installing a cheap knock of brand that a 15 year mechanic never heard of without a sticker indicating the manufactured date and installation. Also, I still have yet to receive copies of the maintenance this car has received under Enterprise despite my initial request back in May and now.
After dealing with an older car with issues, I was so excited to be able to find a newer hybrid at a price that was affordable. My 2014 Ford C-Max has been perfect, and so was my buying experience at Enterprise. They worked diligently to find a bank that would help with my not-so-great credit and make sure the payments were good for me.Edward was quick to respond, friendly, and understanding. Mandy, the manager, was super friendly and knowledgeable of the process and how to get what we needed. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle with these folks!
For a late model used car with relatively low mileage, I found a great selection at Enterprise Car Sales, and one that fit my specs and need. The Salesman, Sam Scott was extremely helpful in finding what I was looking for and in no way was the usual pushy type salesman you might expect. In fact, he acted as a real consultant trying t help me what I was looking for. And did so successfully. All in all a fine car buying experience.

Excellent customer service. My salesmen- Steve Murphy-listened to what what type of vehicle I was interested in and my price range. I drove several cars before choosing the 2018 Nissan Sentra. My car looks brand new with 37000 miles on it and I paid 13500 for it. Having done my homework I knew this was a fantastic price. The finance office was a few doors down from Steves office which is very convenient. Other services offered by Enterprise are on site. No running around. This is important to me because I hate the heavy traffic in Austin. No haggling over price and absolutely no pressure from sales or finance . I will highly recommend Enterprise Auto Sales located in Austin TX to any and everyone. The staff at Enterprise are cross trained. I had some questions after I got the car home in Waco Tx and the person that answers the phone was knowledgeable and able to address all of my questions. After a traumatic car accident, I went searching for a car that was affordable, and most of all safe. I was hesitant to even get in a vehicle but the team at Enterprise Car Sales made it easy. They were quick, kind and understanding. They took their time with me and werent pushy or sale-sy at all. I left the lot to continue looking but never found a better deal than what was offered to me at Enterprise Car Sales so I came right back. They even took my rental for me and I was able to drive off the lot with my 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid within an hour! Very impressed! My previous car was also a prior Enterprise rental and I had the best experience with it. I expect this time around to be same!

The sales person found the type vehicle for which I was looking to purchase, brought it into Austin, and sold it to me. I received an excellent value for the vehicle I traded in for the new one. Went to Enterprise on South Congress in Austin, Texas recently and met with JD Holeman.JD greeted me as I came in and helped me to look for a car.Unfortunately most of the cars they had available are higher mileage and more expensive than most car dealerships.That being said, JD was very easy to work with and made my visit pleasant and worthwhile.Even though I did not purchase a vehicle from Enterprise I would feel comfortable in dealing with JD in general anytime.JD was a straight forward and helpful individual.Thanks JD!

As a first time car buyer, I cant believe how smooth the buying experience was here. I met with Frank, who went above and beyond to find me exactly what i was looking for in a vehicle and made sure that it was at a price point that I could afford. When i thought about going with something cheaper, there was no pressure and he helped me weigh the pros and cons. A few days after purchasing i noticed some small cosmetic defects and made a call and Frank was able to get me in immediately to have things addressed. If i ever need another vehicle, this will be the first place ill shop. A+ service all the way.
We had heard that Enterprise sales was the way to go when looking to purchase a used vehicle but did not think of it at first. Because we had our van totaled and were using a rental from enterprise the rental agent notified the sales office.While in a dealership looking at another van I received a call from Tom at enterprise sales. Since I was not really interested in the dealership we were in I took the call and excused myself. I was so glad I did!Tom was polite, offered options they had there at better mileage and prices than any dealership. We had a great experience all around and like our purchase.
My parents and I came here yesterday to look at cars. My mother went inside to talk to a salesman while my father and I walked around looking at some of the cars on the lot. We were approached by a VERY sweet man named Edward Chandler. We was very knowledgeable, very kind, and very patient. We told him our price range and he instantly knew off the top of his head the cars on the lot that would match our needs. He didnt try and push us to look at higher priced cars and didnt rush us as we looked around. After a few different test drives, I found a car that I liked and we went inside to run numbers. He showed us MANY different payment options and didnt hover around us while we talked things over. Not ONCE did we feel pressured to buy the car OR to chose a payment plan that was going to be too much.In the end, we ended up buying the car that I had liked out of all the ones I test drove. Its a Hyundai so it didnt come with a spare tire. After getting the car detailed and putting a full tank of gas in it, he pulled the car around with a big green bow on it and told us he had given us a spare tire and a jack.I would HIGHLY recommend stopping here before going to look anywhere else if you are in the market for a vehicle and talking with Edward.THANKS EDWARD FOR ALL YOUR GREAT HELP!

After my car was totaled in an accident, I was worried if I could qualify for another car. I dont have great credit and I didnt have much for a down payment. The guys here were great and went above and beyond to ease my mind. They got me financed for the car I wanted and got me a better interest rate than I had on my previous vehicle. The price was great and in great condition. I am really enjoying my new car. I will definitely recommend them and will be back when I am ready for another car.

Never buy a car from here! I’ve bought two 2019 Nissan Altima SL from this branch and each one had issues prior to them selling it to me. The first Nissan Altima I bought in December 2019. The windshield was replaced and not done properly. I got in the car and there was cuts visible on my dashboard from the windshield being replaced. I call enterprise up and they fix it only because the shop who repaired it gave them a lifetime warranty. So immediately after buying the car I had to get the windshield fix. Thank goodness I didn’t have to buy for that but I would have had to if the company who fixed it first didn’t have a lifetime warranty.Now its March 2020 I buy another one and two months later with less than 1000 miles put on that car from me, my check engine light comes on. I’m very concerned. I’ve never had a check engine light come in a car, I had my Camry for 10 years and never had a light come on, I also bought that car a year old but from an actual Toyota dealer. It was literally the first day of 2020 where it’s 95 plus and I turn on my air full blast, I have leather seats. I’m not even in the car for an hour before it comes on. I take it to O’Reilly and it’s an Active air grille shutter code. I call Enterprise and they tell me it’s under the warranty of the manufacturer so they should fix it. I take it to Nissan and it’s not covered. The Nissan dealer calls enterprise and enterprise says it’s not covered under their warranty either. With parts and labor it will cost me 517.36 to fix. I’ve had the car for less than two months. I call Enterprise and request a manager. I speak with a guy who says they are wrapping up a meeting and I will receive a callback in about 20-30 minutes. no one calls me back. After two hours pass I callback and placed on hold for 30 minutes. The person that sold me both cars calls me back wanting to know what happened I tell her and immediately she is like that’s why you should have purchased an extended warranty. Tells me they are extremely busy but it’s a pandemic so i don’t know how busy the really are and that she will leave my information with the manager again. I never received a phone call back. They aren’t concerned that all I did was turn on the air full blast for the first time which is something they should have done during the inspection before selling it to anybody and now I had to pay my first car payment and fix the car all within the same month. Never buy from here. They sale lemons, don’t complete thorough inspections and have no regards for their customers at all. You are better off going someone else, which is what I will do from here on out.
We went in to get two vehicles and walked away with only one dangerous vehicle after the deliberate mistreatment of the staff. From the blatant disregard for what was clearly being communicated to the sales rep, Estee, to the abusive treatment from the so called manager, it was the worst sales experience we have ever had. We were flat out lied to about the quality and safety of the vehicle we purchased. Additionally, it was not communicated to us that other documentation would have to be provided to Enterprise for the sale to be completed. And when we did not immediately respond, harassing text messages and voicemails were sent by not one, not two, not three, but FOUR different employees from Enterprise. The worst of these messages from the manager.The one and only thing that Enterprise agreed upfront to take care of became a nightmare to try to get resolved. We were turned away after we were called to get the part installed and it was actually ignorantly encouraged to install the part on our own. Upon arriving for the appointment that we were forced to make, we discovered that was too much for Estee to handle, and that she had not correctly scheduled us.We were told the vehicle had passed all inspections and been certified without any open recalls. Yet, the Dodge dealership that took 2 months to get us in, because Enterprise insisted we go to a dealership as it was under factory warranty, found that to be false. The vehicle is still not safe, and being pregnant and subjected to the risk that the vehicle poses, is negligent and criminal. We are not happy with the experience we had or the vehicle itself. If we had been able to have the vehicle evaluated and serviced within their buyback guarantee time, we would have done so. It is obvious we were no longer customers in Enterprises eyes once we had driven off the lot. After the horrific treatment we received from the staff and manager we do not wish to continue with any sort of business with Enterprise. What kind of establishment, especially one in customer service, allows managers to yell at their customers and leave threatening messages? The manager promised to make it right and make it up to us, but instead did no such thing. He had the audacity to refuse to apologize and kept belittling us. We would much rather part ways and give the vehicle back instead of enduring another moment of deception and harassment from Enterprise.
Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Zoya was wonderful & made me feel comfortable and welcomed. No pressure or stress of buying a vehicle. Zoya’s manager was also wonderful & extremely helpful on getting me into a vehicle. I definitely recommend experiencing buying a vehicle from Enterprise, you won’t be disappointed!

They were quick to help me get a new car and made sure it was affordable. I would absolutely go back again, and I would totally recommend them for anyone who needs a new car.

Drove over an hour, and the information they gave me to be able to trade in my car and get a car with them was very disappointing. I definitely understand they needed to see my car to get what they value it for in a trade in, however, the amount of as so low I would have to come up with over $7000 myself just to trade it in. I have given them the make and model with mileage and what i owed before i got there, so i feel like they could have at least known what their max amount to give for my vehicle would be before i drove over and hour with 2 toddlers to only be in there about 30 minutes because the trade in wouldnt work out, very disappointing. Also, I have been in contact with one sales associate, who also set up the appointment with me to meet with him directly, however once I got there, he tells me he is working with another customer so needs to see if he can help me or if someone else will, a few minutes later he says someone else will help me, so it was like starting from the beginning to go over everything I had already discussed over about a week and a half with the original sales associate, so I was not impressed by this either.

From the time I arrived until the time I was approved for the purchase of the vehicle and drove off with it. my grandson was involved in an accident that was not his fault and ended up totaling my vehicle. i was issued a loaner vehicle from the Enterprise rental in Temple Texas. While I was there an employee named Cat advised me of the car sales in Austin Texas. I contacted them and purchased a 2014 F 150. After getting in a serious car accident and having my car totaled, I was TERRIFIED of the whole process of getting a new car. The guy who helped me with my rental suggested I check out Enterprise Car Sales. I was hesitant because my credit is not the greatest and I was afraid of getting the run around. I went in and spoke with Tom Z. immediately I knew I was in the right place. He was awesome. He went above and beyond what I expect in a car salesman and made me feel so comfortable. He took my credit and situation into consideration and made the whole experience feel wayyy to easy, I kept waiting for the catch, yet it never came. Mandy the financial consultant also gave me some very helpful advice to help boost my credit. I can say that I’m 100% satisfied with Enterprise Car Sales. I was in my new car within two days, even before the rental was due back and they even took the rental from me so I didn’t have to return it! I would recommend this place ANY DAY.
What a pleasant surprise! Enterprise Car Sales is not at all like your typical dealership - thank goodness. We found a couple of cars online that we were interested in and I went over to preview them, as this car was for my college-age daughter. Estee was my salesperson and she was great. She understood that I had very specific things in mind with size, mileage, make/model, etc. We found the two cars I wanted to see and Estee was very knowledgeable about both vehicles. We ended up going back the next day and bought one of the vehicles. No haggle on price, nothing to up sell, just great service. The car was detailed very nicely and they even put on a big red bow so my daughter could get her social media pictures. I would definitely go back to Enterprise Car Sales.

The whole car buying experience was pretty good its been over 4 months since we purchased our truck from Enterprise Car Sales I noticed a leak after this big rain we had my whole passenger side floorboard was full of water windows up doors closed I called them up I have warranty on the truck but they are pretty adamant about it being my responsibility to find the leak I really thought that there worry-free ownership was what they were saying but its not so now I have to pay somebody to find out why when it rains my passenger floorboard fills up with water Ill have to pay somebody to shampoo and dry the carpet so it doesnt get moldy in there I probably will not endorse or recommend anybody buying vehicles from these people although prices are fair enough to get you on a hook their customer service after the fact is crappy and un American

I really loved this place when I bought the car . But after a broken seatbelt and being put in a rental literally one day after buying it I am now trying to get my license plates before my temp expire in three days. This business has been a headache. I had to ask if my plates were in they don’t call you like they say . Two weeks have passed still no plates and no phone call saying they were returned . All info didn’t list my apartment number so my loan details never came either and when I called to inform them they just brushed me off and said if they were returned I’d get a phone call. Bulls***
