My local shop did not want to work on an electrical issue on my c-max and recommended taking it to the dealer. Covert is pretty high volume but efficient. No loaner like I get for my Lexus but the work was quick and no issues so far.

I have nothing but great things to say about Covert Ford. Jake Edmundson took exceptionally great care of me. I bought a truck from the comfort of my home and Jake not only met my expectations, he exceeded them. Toby, the delivery driver, also went above and beyond to keep me informed and delivered the truck right on time.I’m not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from, because that certainly was not my experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to give this dealership my business again.Great job, guys!

I bought a used 2020 Toyota Camry from Covert back in September. Before coming in to check out the car I was notified over the phone that the listed price online was a typo and the car was a higher prices than usual. No worries. I was told the car is going to go in to get detailed for when I arrive. However, coming in to look at the car, the car was not detailed for the interior ( couple spots in the back seat, rear window had a glue all over it, found some used masks in the car and expired groceries in the trunk) which I only found after taking the car off the lot.The car also had the Tire pressure sensor light on and I was told by my sales representative that it just needed some air in the tires and promptly went to go fill the tires. Once taking the car I was told “drive it home and by then the TPMS light will come off, it just needs to refresh”. The light never came off, took it to discount tire to realize that there were no sensors in my wheels at all.When I called back and spoke to Niel who helped with the sale of my car. I was told that “because we lost so much money on the car, we would have to buy the sensors”. I’m not too sure how that’s my issue since I even came in after the price was higher than the listed in the first place. Im now going into November soon with no sensors still since I’ve been getting no answer from Niel or Lee in sales as soon as I mention my name and who I am.Pretty unfortunate, but I won’t be recommending or referring anyone to covert.

They went extra miles to assist me getting financed and installing a hitch for my bike rack. in addition to their “can do” attitude, they have followed up with me to make sure all was well with my new Lincoln. I bought an Infiniti in January from this dealership and all I can say it’s been an epic fail since. There service department is the worse, they can’t keep a manager for the life of them. The cashiers in the service department are rude and need to be replaced! Can’t even ask for an update without one rolling their eyes. Today I had to have them pick up my car, after being serviced Saturday due to unfinished work and now they question all the additional warranties purchased with my vehicle at their dealership at time of purchase. I do not recommend them. Ready for a new car and dealership to handle.

To summarize the Covert Ford experience: You’ll schedule oil changes way in advance and still wait 3 hours, oh you’ll also get the lowest offer possible on appraisals compared to other dealerships and then they won’t negotiate with you when you get a fair offer from someone else! Good riddance!

Called to to schedule a service recall that is a software update to the car. The service rep took the recall number and checked with the service department. Told me that I dont need an appointment and I can come in and get it done in a few hours.I roll into the service department a few days later (with an appointment) and I am told that I need to leave the car for 3-5 days and none of the info that they gave me is correct ( a miss communication). 3-5 days for software service update that does not need any parts!They service staff seems untrained. If you need to schedule a service with them:- Make sure you take the name of the service rep.- Talk to the service manager to ensure the that info that service rep have you is correct.I ended scheduling service with another dealer and it took 2 hours to do the service update.

I’ve never had an experience quite like Covert Ford. I waited about a month or so, just to make sure the entire process was smooth as a baby’s bum. I’m an avid researcher, I always like to look at the details, and I came out of there knowing that I was taken care of from top to bottom. There was a few small stains in the seats, as I purchased used and after pointing them out, by the time I got my car you would feel that it was expertly detailed. Thanks Dawson and Tamarcus for the stressless, smooth process that’s going to make me keep coming back.

Extremely annoying experience here. Im selling my car and checked KB value. Almost immediately got a call from them and set up an appointment. Fine.But then got contacted by a number of different people confirming and re-confirming appointment. Before the appointment after exchanging some textmessages realized they would just low ball me so cancelled appointment, and then got more text messages and phone call. Not organized company and very annoying. I do not recommend doing business with. Waste of my valuable time.

I have bought over 100 cars from this dealership and I am confused how they treat people today. I was bluntly lied to by my salesman and after talking with Kenny Covert, he never called me back as promised. I have bought 3 cars this year from the Coverts.I will never spend another penny with the Coverts and highly suggest Bluebonnet Ford. I talked with Jesse James there and ordered a new F350. They even put it in writing that they will honor X-pricing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You will not over pay at BlueBonnet

I sold my car to Covert Ford back in April for more than what I owed on it. I was assured theyd have the old financing paid off ASAP and the left over amount sent to me via check.Its now end of August - the financing was paid off, but Ive received no check from them. I received no updates from their end, was only told they were working on getting the title and to be patient since the pandemic could delay things. Called for months to get updates (they never called me) and finally called the old financing company to discover Covert Ford hadnt even reached out to them for the title.I called Covert Ford back and demanded something be done. They were apologetic, new person told me they figured out the problem and should have the title issue resolved soon and my check sent out. That was two weeks ago. Ive tried calling again for updates (since they never call me with them) and am only getting the voice mail. When I leave a message, they dont call back. I wouldnt recommend selling your car to them, and if the buying process is only half as bad as the selling process, I wouldnt recommend buying from them either.

Brought my truck in to get 200k service. Get it back and one of my tires is completly bald on the side but they say it was like that. And they dont polish tires and have never heard of polishing tires which doesnt make sense when they explained what polishing was without me saying anything.

I brought my vehicle in for my schedule service and the Service Advisor recommended wiper blades to me noticing the streaks left on my windshield. After the service was complete when getting my keys back I notice now my windshield has a crack going almost half way across the windshield. The Service Advisor did not do a walk around with me prior to the service and we looked at the windshield together when talking about the wipers but states the windshield may have been damaged before hand even though we just looked at it together. It was perfect before and service was done. Highly disappointed.

I called and made an appointment with their service department, explaining everything that I wanted to get done. Upon arrival for my appointment they informed me that they are unable to perform the service that I had set an appointment for. Covert Ford has dropped the ball again. Go to any other Ford dealership except Covert. Zack, the service technician, informed me of Ford’s policy but upon contact the corporate office of Ford I was told otherwise. I contacted Maxwell Ford (great dealership, bought one truck from them) and Mac Haik (also a great dealership, bought 17 trucks from them with my former company) and both informed me they had never heard what Zack had stated. I wish Covert would close do other Ford owners don’t have to experience their horrible service. If you are in North Austin or Furst her up, go to Mac Haik, if you are in central or south, go to Maxwell. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT COVERT!

We bought a Vech from them on June of 2021, worst mistake ever! Actually two vehicles from them. Both Vehicles where on hold for two weeks because they said they do the inspection and review the vehicles after someone buys them. So, we didn’t get our vehicles that same day. I got my plates for one them. On my second Vech they gave me a temporary plate for one month instead of 3 months. I told them but they said once that one expired just to call them and get a new one. It’s been over 3 months and I have not yet gotten my hard plates and they don’t want to give me another paper plate because they said it wasn’t there fault. I won’t recommend them at all! Stay away. Save a headache and BS. If there was a zero star review this one will be it.

Ford has really gone down hill, even more so, since COVID- Nicole service department manager. This is the exact quote from my conversation with the service team manager today. I dropped off my truck 12 days ago for a service that I was told would take 5 days. They didnt even touch my truck until yesterday when they drove it to park it at a local apartment complex that does not have any security. I get NO communication from John our service advisor unless I directly ask questions. This a new F150 with only 3,000 miles on it that was very expensive. Im looking into seeing the Ford and buying a different brand just so I dont have to deal with this service department.

I had to leave a review of the experience I recently had with Covert Ford Lincoln. I have been a Lincoln owner for many years now and I have to say this is the best level of service I’ve received. During a routine maintenance visit I met Service Manager Penny she introduced herself and gave me her card if I should need anything. Well last Friday I was left stranded on the road and I called Penny. She immediately took action and got my Vehicle picked up. Her level of professionalism and care for the customer is like no other. I’ll be telling all my friends and family to come see Penny over at Covert from now on.

Even though I had test driven the same car at another dealership, he was more than happy to take me for another spin and really go into detail about the vehicle. I did the leg work and came prepared with the exact vehicle I wanted to look at and ended up buying from them. Horrible, I was just trying to get a new tire because mine got a sidewall puncture and called numerous times, trying to see if they had the tire or could order it, to get no answers whatsoever, they don’t call you back, you call parts and they put you on hold until it goes to a voicemail, no one calls you back… I ordered finally ordered it at Discount Tire, it will be in today and put on my truck today… my truck has less than 5000 miles on it, I still don’t know weather it should be under warranty, they won’t answer that question either…

Recently I took my truck in for repairs. As can happen almost anywhere, I had some communication and customer service issues during the process which were unpleasant. However, the service manager was extremely attentive to get involved and bent over backwards to make sure I had an excellent experience. Not only that, Heidi in Customer relations was prompt and caring in following up with me to hear me and showed genuine concern. The response from the management team at Covert was stellar! I wish more companies would follow their example.

Worst customer service, they lie about everything you need done. Brad the Service department manager is the worst of them all. This is the second time they lost my key fob. I now have to spend $$ to get a second one done. Heidi was my service advisor shes the worst at returning your calls back, she has the worst communication and doesnt know anything about cars. SHE needs to sit behind a desk. Not only that I never ever had issues with my expedition but now over this past year its going in all the time. weeks at a time because some bull they said needs to be fixed. I now take it to the ford in Georgetown and all is well now.Dont waste your time. Go to Georgetown ford dealership its excellent!!!

Bought a car 2 weeks ago, they still have not sent the paperwork to the bank. The reason I needed the paperwork as soon as possible is because the finance guy sold be an extended warranty sayings that he had the same price as the bank I was going to buy it from. In order for me to get a refund I have to send them my first statement from bank. He charged me over a thousand of what the bank was charging for the warranty. Up to now I still can’t get a hold of the finance person or a manager. I have called over and over. I also hand an issue with the salesman, but one of the managers resolved it for me. It has not been a good experience. I would not go there again nor do I recommend it.

Be aware that Covert ford does not take responsibility for inaccuracies in the listings on their own website. Also, I would advise not taking the word of their sales staff.I purchased a truck that was advertised as having remote engine start. Even confirmed with the salesman before purchase. Turns out the truck doesnt have remote engine start. Covert admitted the listing was inaccurate and that their salesman misrepresented the features of the truck. After speaking with several managers and my salesman, Covert Ford refused to install remote engine start or make any sort of compensation to resolve the issue. They claim that the listings are done by a 3rd party and is not their responsibility.

To bad this doesn’t have negative stars. My husband and I went in this afternoon with an appointment with the VIP internet salesman. We went to look at a truck that we called about yesterday. We were told the truck was at the dealership by the lady on the phone. When we got there, we had to wait 15 minutes to be helped by a salesman. When he showed up, we told him what we were there to look at. The truck wasn’t there but they had one similar we could look at. He was a nice young man, but very green, not much customer interaction experience. Before he allowed us to look at the truck they had he presented a print out of almost $75,000 on a truck w/ a sticker price of $58k. Complete waste of my time on a bad weather day driving an hour to this lying dealership. We left feeling disrespected.

This review is for Katelyn and the amazing staff in the service department. I originally was working with Chris until he unfortunately was out sick for a week. Chris made sure I would be well taken care of on his behalf and did an amazing job with the transition to Katelyn. Katelyn went above and beyond to ensure my truck was well taken care of. She was very attentive and prompt on providing me with the status of my vehicle as it was being repaired, what the deadline was looking like, and made sure I had a loaner vehicle if needed. I was not able to pick my truck up once the work was completed. She informed me it wasnt a problem one single bit and delivered my truck for me! Talk about a 5-star service! Edit: I’m still waiting, a week later now for the phone call described below. The failure of communication and the lack of care for the customer was the reason for the original complaint.I’ve been driving Ford for 10 years, and when I got my car serviced here, it was the worst car service I’ve ever received. I was given a 3-5 day average estimate on how long it would take to do the repairs.10 days later (and only after I called to get a hold of a service manager to check on the status of my car because trying to contact the service technician was like pulling teeth), I was told that the replacement part had not even been ordered, and it would be there the next day. Apparently, my car had just been sitting there up until this point.It was only until two weeks had gone by that I was able to get my car back.Through out the process, I felt like I was the only one who put any importance in my car being repaired.

He answered all my questions and showed me several vehicles to make sure I got in the vehicle that I really liked AND at the right price. I never felt rushed and he helped me for hours. Once I got the SUV I really loved, he even came in on his day off to make sure the final step in my buying process went smooth and that the SUV had everything done that it needed to. I called the next week on three same car & was told to.come. look at it. so we drove 30 minutes to test drive when we arrive they told us someone was making a deal on the car already. then tried to force to finance out of our budget. We brought a 2018 Honda Odyssey from them on 1/30/21 and still have not received our license plate and registration sticker. This is the second time they had to issue a temporary license plate (the first one expires on 3/23/21), and the current one expired on 4/23/21. Contact my sales rep Manny and their general sales manager Carlos and still have not heard back from them with any resolution. Now I have a vehicle sitting in my garage that is not drivable due to an expired license plate!! Beware, I will report this to the DMV!!!

I just left the new car showroom an hour ago & I told myself I had to make it a point to honor this man there named Travis.He met me at the door with a genuine greeting, not the sales predator greeting. He asked me if I had been helped already, being I bought my truck there 2 months ago & only needed a new temp tag bc my plates are not in STILL! I said yes Sir I have. Well, he proceeded to ask how he could help me anyways & this true gentleman spent the next 20 minutes of his valuable car selling Tim to finish helping me. I kind of felt guilty but he stayed altruistic.If you need a Ford or used car, I highly recommend Travis. He gave me his cell phone number & told me to follow up with him Monday. I really wished everyone did their jobs like this, I was not only impressed but inspired; I recommend requesting Travis (with the beard) if you need anything at Covert Ford, stand up individual in my honest opinion!

Made appointment for service. Told the work might take over the weekend. Monday comes, no word. Finally get someone on the phone. They need to take it apart and take photos to get the part. Thursday, no word. Finally get someone on the phone. The part is on back-order. Monday, no word. Forget it, were coming to get the car. Tuesday we show up for the car. 30 minutes later, no car. I start getting stern and insistent. 10 minutes later, finally people take this seriously and the car shows up. No work has been done. None. All the service paperwork shows no work whatsoever has been even tried.

I will say when the review was brought to their attention, there have been two superstars at the dealership I would like to shout and express my gratitude to them. Thank you Will Taylor (Finance) and Barry Beard (Service Manager). Both of these gentleman went above and beyond to rectify my issue. I will say there is still some things that need to be tweaked but I feel wholeheartedly with Will and Barry leading the way things will get better.

Terrible service. Would give zero stars if I could. I dropped my car off at noon Monday of which I made an appointment. Was told my car would be ready in a day or two, my issue was merely a wiper issue. They never once reached out to me, I called on Wednesday to check up and they still hadnt worked on it but told me they should start later that day or tomorrow. On Friday at noon I still hadnt heard from them so I called and was told it would be two weeks. Two weeks to look at wipers that werent working properly. I told them Im taking my car elsewhere and the person I spoke to hung up on me. Im never getting my car serviced here. And they totally soured me on getting a Ford in the future. I went up the road and the wipers were fixed in less than two hours and they didnt charge $150 dollars just to look at it either. Ill go elsewhere and I wont get another Ford while Im at it.

This place has a fundamental misunderstanding of how appointments work. After waiting to drop off my girlfriends car because the service advisor was nowhere to be found, I was informed that it would be 3-4 days to perform the recall repair and 3 weeks before they could even start to diagnose a check-engine light. I then asked if I could just bring the car back in 3 weeks when a spot was finally open, and they told me that I would have to leave it there for the entire time. Absolutely puzzling. There was also no mention of a loaner car. Needless to say, I canceled the appointment and wont be back. As a side note, the service center looks incredibly outdated and is more reminiscent of a New Jersey toll booth than a modern car dealership.

My family has bought over 20 cars from the covert companies and my 2020 f250 platinum superduty was the worst experience and continues to be. From sales to service thus Ford dealership is the worst. Over the last year since my purchase, I have had to spend hours upon hours getting the to return messages or have any knowledge of the products they are selling. Truly horrible dealership!!!

FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! Francisco, Bert and Chris were awesome to work with. Francisco is a great sales professional. Hes a straight shooter and his follow up is impeccable. Chris heads up Finance. He secured a great rate for me and didnt push products on me that I didnt need. Bert stepped in after the original car I purchased had a recall. That car had about 1200 miles on it and I bought it for a discount. No worries he said. Im going to put you in a brand new car at the same price. So this whole thing took a couple weeks because of the ice/snow storm. So what did they do? They made my first payment for me! And the best part is I didnt ask them to do anything. If you want to be treated well and make a great deal, ask for Cisco. Hes a guy you can trust. Bert and Chris are guys you can trust too. The Covert dealership on 183 CARES! This is rather unexpected in the car business these days. AWESOME experience!

The worst experience with customer service I have ever had. I had a transmission issue and brought it to them under the impression that it would be handled under the recall due to problems with the Transmission Control Module. I called two days later to check if they could provide a loaner for me since I was told it would be two weeks before it would even be looked at. I left numerous messages because no one answers their phones apparently no matter what time of the day you call them. Also no one ever called me back. So I ended up getting a rental vehicle, keep in mind this whole week I am calling three or four times a day trying to get in contact with someone to know an exact date my vehicle will be ready. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK!!!!!! So finally once I got a day off to go up to this terrible dealership, they tell me that my car will not be covered under the recall because it was over the mileage that it covers. So I told the manager you have had my car a whole week and I had to come up here to find that out when you could have called me on the second or third day to tell me that!! But had the audacity to tell me they fixed everything else that was under recall that I didnt even know about. So here I am with money put into a rental that could have gone to my car getting fixed and they had no intentions reimbursing me, not even the Ford Corporation. I was so furious and just super exhausted by this whole situation that I couldnt even go into work for two days because I was just that frustrated. I literally just got my car back and now the screen for the radio doesnt work and now I am having to go back there to try and get this fixed due to them messing up something else. I am so irritated and Im dreading the experience because they are going to do everything in their power to not help me one bit. I hope they close down because they are just ripping people off!!!!SINCERELY, A FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY CUSTOMER!

BEWARE SCAM!Extremely unfortunate to end up going to covert Ford Austin to purchase my vehicle. From the start I was promised the crack in the windshield would be repaired - wasn’t.Promised the brakes would be repaired upon purchase - wasn’t.4 months later and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TAGS!!I was even told to come back in and resign my terms with finance because my files “slipped through the cracks” well, where are they??Nobody returns your phone calls, and sends you in circles until the point that you just hang up (I’m certain this is intentional)The employees that I had the “pleasure of working with” were German and Chris in financing, and Casey in the used car department. 4 months later, 10 unreturned calls and voicemails, and 5 trips to the dealership - NOTHING. If you want poor service, this is your spot!So thanks again guys, as I leave the dealership for the 5th time as I write this- STILL driving around with expired temp tags, and unfulfilled promises STILL not able to talk to anyone who could help me.I was going to have my wife come buy her new car here but I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I visited the store as a walk in and was greeted with a warm welcome by Ian Harris. I Explained what I was looking for and he took me and showed me a few trucks. I settled on the truck I specifically wanted and all the numbers fell in place with the help of The GSM Carlos. I’m a car salesman myself and they treated me with respect and did not waste any time in any area of the process!
