I purchased a vehicle from here 2 years ago before they started having issues with their financing floorplan. I got the car I wanted even though I was lowballed on both my trades, and left the deal feeling like I had gotten the short end of the stick.With all that said, 2 years in I am still happy with my purchase. Sorry to read about all the customers who are getting scammed in the past few months. I wont go back if they reopen.

As others have stated this dealership appears to be in financial trouble. I was interested in purchasing a Mercedes they have listed on their website and multiple other auto sale platforms. I sent an inquiry and didt receive a call back until a week later. This was red flag one. I was really interested in the vehicle so I proceeded to discuss the vehicle condition and price with the salesman Riley Hibl. After about a day or two of back and forth messages we came to terms on a price for the vehicle.I explained to Riley that I lived in the Dallas area and wouldnt be able to come see the vehicle before purchasing and would like to have the car inspected. I also expressed my concerns about some of the other recent reviews left concerning buyers not receiving their title and registration for vehicles they have purchased. Riley explained that DMV was having a backlog due to COVID-19 and I shouldnt be concerned as the issue has been resolved now. He stated this was the owners personal vehicle and their would be no title issues. The carfax show the car in dealer inventory and never had been titled in texas. So this was in fact a car part of the dealerships inventory. Red Flag TwoI proceeded to have the car inspected. The inspection came back clean and I got approval for financing thru my credit union. I still had some reservations based on recent reviews on funding the loan to the dealership and possibly never getting the title. I wanted a transaction where as soon I as handed over the check I would receive the title. I spoke with Riley about this and he then explained that the dealership was in fact having financial issues with their bank floor plan and getting titles. He stated this vehicle was the owners wife personal car and had a loan separate from the floor plan so there wouldnt be any issues. I asked him to let me know who that lien holder was and provide a copy of the payoff so I could contact that bank directly to determine if they did in fact have the title.This is when Riley started to back away from the deal. They have no interest in providing any proof of who actually held the title to the vehicle they were selling. He then stated they had another buyer and were looking to close the deal with that buyer. This is after I already have a check in hand and have had the car inspected at my own cost. I assumed he was acting in good faith but it doesnt appear they were.I would proceed with extreme caution before purchasing a car from these guys as they are going out of business apparently and you wont have much recourse once you have handed your cash to them.

Went to see an test drive a Miata they had for sale but it was nowhere to be found. I guess we did not meet their standards for their clientele. Luckly we found a better deal at another place and purchased It cash that same day. Luck was on our side that day.

Called these guys around 3 to find out if they still had the vehicle I wanted. Got there about an hour later test drove the Jeep, signed everything and drove off the lot by 6:30. Awesome customer service from both Josè and Riley! They made sure I was comfortable while they looked for the best offer. Great inventory, reasonably priced and a very warm atmosphere.. This dealer was fantastic to deal with. I searched for my diesel For awhile and they had the one I wanted at a fair price. Low miles, perfect condition and optioned the way I wanted. Pleasant staff, and cool setup. Went to check out a Porsche Panamera they had a good deal on but was sold 2 or so days prior. Either way their other inventory was appealing and reasonably priced. And the staff was pleasant and not to pressing, definitely the most pleasant dealership experience Ive had.

I recently bought my Range Rover from 360 exotics and it was a great experience. Jose worked with me over the phone throughout the day because I live in Houston. We got the deal where I needed to be and Jose and Joe waited after hours for me to arrive. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Karly helped get my rate to where I needed to be. It was an overall great experience and I love my new vehicle.

Purchased a vehicle on March 30 and its been a complete nightmare! Save yourself some stress and purchase elsewhere. From the owner Chris Lebeouf to finance guy Riley Hebl (that took our trade in veh the next day and wrecked it and gave our insurance info to the responding officers and tried to get us leaving the dealership without signing paperwork, appeared to be on some sort of substance) and our salesman Seth (who COMPLETELY has ignored all our calls), they have given us the run-around on our title. I recommended a friend to shop here before I knew all this and when my friend showed up there was an 18 wheeler loading up all the vehicles. The guy that was taking the vehicles told my friend that Chris @ 360 Exotics didnt even have our title nor other titles to vehicles that they were attempting to sell! Bunch of cons and liars! Seriously, choose elsewhere!Also I like to add that they failed to answer our calls and the voicemail to the business is completely full. We had to drive there today on 7-20-20 to only be given the run around again and blatantly tell us lies. Our review on Facebook can no longer be viewed either which is why Im writing a review here. I’m a very picky client, I know that car’s seller consider me a pain in the a..... I start looking cars at 360 Exotic few months ago and It took some time to me to understand that this guys are really ethic sellers, transparent about everything and never pushing. I was looking for a Maserati ghibli and I found and bought a beautiful Mercedes Benz GLA for my wife. The car looked spectacular and I had it inspected by my specialist and it was really in perfect shape as it looked. I loved negotiating with Clay because he was patient, very patient really, and negotiated with me fairly and we found a good agreement. I love doing business with people like this who want to get your trust before getting your business. Clay definitely got my trust and I have no doubt that this will be the first of many cars.

The staff is very friendly and efficient from the second you walk in the door. I was greated with a smile and quickly helped. Great dealership to work with, Jose was very professional and worked with me to correct a minor mishap. Long story short, an after market tuner fell and broke, however, Jose and 360 took care of it and replaced it, at no cost to me, they even over nighted it back to me. 360 Exotics was tentative, but not overwhelming like other dealerships. I’m very happy with my purchase and I would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

Just a heads up for everyone reading, these guys are in trouble! Apparently they sold a bunch of cars they did not hold title to. They owe their finance company a bunch of money and have sold cars that they have not paid for so it leaves the buyers without title having to clean up their mess. I am one of those buyers and, in over 4 months, have not received title. All their old contact numbers and emails have been blocked. They have totally disappeared. Bad situation, for them and the last couple months of clients!

Awesome place! James and the rest of the staff were incredible. I bought an older jeep and they still gave me the royal treatment. They were honest, upfront, and never pressured me to buy. A friend of mine has purchased 2 vehicles from 360 exotics both of which they did not have in inventory at the time. On both purchases Mario and Chris of 360 Exotics went out and found exactly what my friend was looking for and they saved him money as well. He said it was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience he has ever had. So I was very confident and knew that if I called Mario and Chris and asked them if they could help me find a black on black Trailblazer SS that I was in good hands. These are pretty hard to find in decent condition without 200k miles on them so I knew it would be a challenge for them. So you can imagine my surprise when Mario called me 5 days later and told me they had located one with under 150k miles in amazing condition for the age and miles. They emailed me all the information, gave me a price that I couldnt believe and 8 days after that initial phone call I was in their amazing showroom picking up the exact Trailblazer I asked them to find. These guys deal with a lot of high end luxury cars. It says a lot about a company that goes out of their way and treats every customer as if they are spending 250k on the car they are buying. My car was under 15k and I say this because Mario treated me like I was buying the Lamborghini thats on the showroom floor.

This dealership is in so much trouble. They sold us a car with a fake car fax. Our Range Rover had an accident on it when told it was a clean car fax. So disappointed how dishonest this dealership is... do not buy a car from this people.

Had a car I told them I would buy, no question about it. They ran my credit, approved me, I said send me deposit instructions, didnt hear from them for 48 hours, and they then sold it to someone else. I understand only the deposit confirms the sale, but it is not ethical to sell a car to another buyer after hurting my credit rating unless I was not approved or I backed out - which according to the salesman neither was the case. I hope you can sleep at night screwing with people that way... I couldnt.

I recently purchased a vehicle from 360 Exotics. It wasnt an exotic car, but rather MY DREAM TRUCK, a 2018 Nissan Frontier. Very poor service via email, might be better in person. I was interested in a vehicle and asked some specific questions, as I was not at the location for another week. The sales person Jose Reyna sent me a basic answer and never followed up on any of my other questions. I later received a How did we do from Clay Thomas, General Sales Manager. I took the time to fill out my concerns hoping to help them improve, as they have nice vehicles. Never received a response, only other junk email. Disappointing... when I did go to Austin never visited this dealer as I received little to no attention

Would be 0 stars! Sent in my application on Thursday last week and told them I would be there Friday to test drive and sign. Seth lets me know that the underwriter from the bank that approved me had to leave in an emergency and I could pick up the car Saturday morning. On Saturday I get told I cant pick up the car since the underwriter had not signed my paperwork and he wouldnt be back in until Monday. I consider myself a patient and understanding woman. So when he explained the underwriters wife had miscarried I was ok to wait until Monday. So I rented a car for the weekend and for work on Monday. When Monday comes I get the runaround from Seth so i show to test drive the car and he states Im approved he just needs the signature and the bank will send the paperwork. As Im returning my rental I let him know Im not satisfied with how things are going. He tells me I dont need to be loyal to him I could go somewhere else. Really? After pulling my credit and approving me you then say the bank thinks my job is made up. So I jump in an Uber and head to another dealership. On my way he calls me and says he got it all squared away with the bank and that the car is detailed and ready for me to pick up. He stated he would pick me up on Tuesday morning since I had spent unnecessary money on the rental and Uber trips. Tuesday morning comes and I never hear from him. I call and get sent to voicemail and get a text that he cant talk. I ask to get an eta on when I can pick up the car. He says he doesnt know. I thank him for wasting my time and money and head to the dealership who thankfully still had the car I wanted. As Im working with the new sales guy Seth has the audacity to send me text and ask if we could go on a trip! Not even responding to my text that Im going elsewhere. Never will I ever go anywhere near this place or recommend it. If you need a vehicle go to DAVID MCDAVID ACURA Adam, Andrew and Dorian will take good care of you!!!

Horrible customer service from Seth. How can you trust a salesman when they lie twice in a 24 hour span, says he forgot once because of beer. Either sales tactics, deceit, or disrespect, I wouldnt trust this kid for as far as I could throw him.

I purchased a 2010 GTR from 360 exotics. The advertisement stated the car was completely ran through and had extensive maintenance completed. Upon receiving the car the backing plate on the rotors was scraping, the fuel tank could only be filled half way due to the fore fuel system being installed improperly and the car was blowing blue smoke upon deceleration (burning oil). The advertisement stated the car had a HKS 1000 turbo kit and the local gtr shop in Scottsdale found it to have a greddy turbo kit. The ad also stated it had tial blow off valves when they were hks, and said it was tuned with ecutek when in fact it was tuned with Cobb. The compression test came back at 120 when it should be between 150 to 160 indicating the motor needed a rebuild. The car was making no where near the 1000 wheel horsepower Chris claimed. (the car made 660 whp at the local shop, and Chris claimed it made 1000 wheel horsepower prior to leaving his shop even though the turbo kit clearly states it is only capable of 1000 crank horsepower). The quote to rebuild the motor and install a new turbo kit was 23,000. The car was advertised as the body being in excellent condition. The car arrived at night and upon inspection the next day the paint was in terrible shape and needed an extensive amount of detailing. I told Chris i would give the car back no foul done however he refused. Steer yourself far away from this shady dealership.

I recently had an outstanding experience with 360. I purchased a highly tuned top quality example of a Nissan GTR. If you are in the market for any high end luxury or sports car that is either mint or near mint I suggest you give them a call. Dont expect the lowest price here. They dont carry that kind of car... Instead you can expect exceptional quality cars and service at a fair price. No pressure sales and they went above and beyond for me. I feel I got way more than I paid for so thank you Chris and team. You will be seeing me again or anyone I know in the market for an incredible machine.
