As the other posters have written, I can confirm that Mike is trustworthy, hardworking, and ensures customer satisfaction well after the sale. For example, I called Mike about some lights that came on suddenly while out for a drive with my Prius in New Mexico and he went above and beyond. So I purchased a white 2010 Toyota Prius form Michael. I had the car for 14 months. In that 14 months I had NUMEROUS problems with my Prius. Had to have almost every part replaced until I finally decided enough was enough and went to go buy a newer one(2015) from the actual Toyota dealership. While attempting to trade in my car, the dealership informs me that they can’t resell it because the miles had been rolled back by about 50,000 miles. Informing me that the person who sold it to me should have disclosed this information; noted that it’s illegal to roll the miles back, and that the failing transmission is the reason why I had problems with acceleration. I contacted Michael about the issues my car was having 2 months into having the car, he informed me that it was running like that because of “bad gas”. Then never responded to another message or phone call again. I found out later that the problem was actually that he had done shotty patch work on the car so he could pass an inspection without putting any money into it. I would NOT buy a car from here, especially if you need it to be reliable, if you need it to last, or hell, if you even want to be able resell it when you want to upgrade. 1/10. Would not Recommend to a friend.

I had visited his lot while looking at a variety of other options, and after getting a bad deal from a Craigslist purchase, I called him up and he provided support and honest advice for how I could move forward. He was under no obligation to help me out as my transaction had nothing to do with him, yet he did. When I resolved my previous bad deal, I elected to purchase one of his vehicles. He got it ready for me quickly and sold for a fair price. Post sale, I had a few minor issues and he had me bring the car back and made sure all was as it should be. No problems since then. I stopped by Nuvo looking for a Prius. Michael had plenty to choose from. The one that caught my eye had just shown up wasnt ready for sale yet. They got it ready fast and held off putting it on their website for a day while I got it inspected.. I called Auto PI to come look at the car. Michael fixed the small problems and I was able to negotiate a better deal based on some other aspects of the report. Ive had the car for a month and its running great. Ive had to replace things like wiper blades (they get a little dried out sitting in the Texas sun) but otherwise its been great. A fantastic, no pressure buying experience.
