I went to Coleman AutoTech based on a friends suggestion after several frustrating encounters with a larger shop. Jarret was amazing! He was able to accurately diagnose my issue and updated me within an hour of dropping off my car. My car was finished by early afternoon and the issue that I had been dealing with for over a year was finally resolved. These guys are total life savers and fixed my car for a fair price. They are super helpful and responsive, do a great job, and go above and beyond to help. They told me about another issue I had with my car while fixing it and told me how to personally fix it if I wanted to save some $$. I don’t know another mechanic in the world who does that. Great shop that I highly recommend.

Short story, these guys are honest and reasonably priced, even when given the chance to make easy money.Long story..My daughter parked our 2003 Toyota Camry in the driveway on a Friday afternoon and told us it wouldnt stay in park. We immediately took the car to the nearest car repair shop that could squeeze us in on that day (a chain, mostly known for tires). I told them the problem, and they said they would let us know once they were done diagnosing the problem, they will definitely get to it that day...Saturday morning, having heard nothing, I called them. The shifter assembly needed to be replaced, but Toyota doesnt open until Monday morning.Monday morning, while I still waited to hear, I called Coleman and spoke with Jarret. I gave him the same description of what was going on and he said he couldnt make a diagnosis over the phone, but they would be glad to look at it. When the other place finally called with the total of $568 to replace the shifter assembly, I called to ask for the cost of doing the same thing. Daniel said that he also couldnt give a price on something that could possibly be repaired instead of replaced. He said I should definitely bring it in to have them look at it.I really wasnt happy with the feeling I was getting from the other place, so I dropped the car off at Coleman at about 1:00 on Monday. Around 3:30, I receive a call that my car is ready to be picked up. What!? I only dropped it for a diagnostic!! The problem was a pen! An ink pen had become lodged in the gear shifter and wouldnt allow the car to stay in park. The cost wound up being $90. I will gladly give them ninety dollars, and bring any of our car problems to them in the future! Thanks, guys 🙂

As a woman its always scary when my car breaks down because Im afraid of getting taken advantage of. I was blown away with how patient and kind these men were. Jarret explained everything wrong with my car and even explained why the other shop mis diagnosed the issue. They got my car back up and running the same day!! Over the last few months, Ive taken my 1997 F150, my 2006 Acura TL and my wifes 2011 GMC Acadia with a combined 700,000 miles between them to Coleman Auto Tech. Each time Jarret takes his time to explain what repairs are necessary and why. As a shadetree mechanic who enjoys doing much of my own maintenance, I appreciate the thorough approach he takes to diagnosing problems and offering insightful solutions. The 97 truck is a project truck and the information that Jarret provided allowed me to make informed decisions about how much time and money to invest in the truck. The strongest recommendation I can offer is that I trust the information that Jarret provides completely. If you need electrical diagnosis done on your vehicle to track down those pesky electrical gremlins, this is the place to go.

Customer service is lacking BIG time, to the point where it ruined my experience for good.Oh, and you can expect to pay a premium on labor. Theyll make sure to do a 1 hour job in 2 to ensure they are well compensated.Try Leonards. Try Lambs. Stay away if you can.

I get my car inspected at Coleman AutoTech because I get fast friendly service. The technicians are very courteous and informed me that I could pay my registration fee at my local HEB and receive my new registration windshield sticker immediately. Saves me having to go online or use snail mail to get my new sticker. Thanks to the guys that work at Coleman Autotech for saving my time and hassle free service!

Great service, fast service, friendly service ... everything you expected from a small business car place. I bought some air filters from another place and they helped me install them with no problems. It was really in and out. The only thing I wish they had was the capability to do tire rotations but oh well.

Literally the best in the business! We have had issues with our Limousines and party buses that the manufacturer could not even fix and Jarret figured out what was wrong and fixed it in a matter of hours.
