Went in to look at a used truck. Talked with a salesman who was knowledgeable and friendly. Took a test drive, came back the next day and bought the truck. The whole encounter was good from the no pressure salesman, to financing and to service, excellent team effort. I would definitely recommend them and will purchase there again.

Best car buying experience I have had!Had to get a new car quickly and without transportation to get a new one. I spoke with Randi and was able to get everything sent over via email and phone. Unlike most dealerships I heard back from Randi the very next day and was able to set a appointment to go in and test drive the vehicle with approved financing options already available.If you have ever bought a car you have probably experienced spending hours at the dealership going over paperwork and options... NOT HERE! I went in and spoke with Randi to verify all information and test drove the vehicle in less than 30 min.I sat down with Brent to finalize financing expecting the hours to just tick by, but he had everything printed up and ready to go. Told her what we wanted and what we wanted for a payment and she delivered, she didnt try to push us up into a vehicle with more options for more money. The day of the signing Randi went over all the features of the vehicle with us making sure we were comfortable with them before we left the lot.Mike gave us a good trade in value for our old vehicle and Danielle in finance was a great to deal with as well. They got us the most money in rebates at the time to help get our payments down to where we wanted so we could make a deal.

Not super personable. They will send a letter and call after a purchase as a generic courtesy for the positive customer service only. As soon as you bring up any concerns they say theyll get back to you and then never do. The total time to complete the purchase was fast, however.

Great service, they saved me money by not just fixing something another had told me was broken, but rather suggested a cheaper alternative to potentially fix same problem. This is a difference of a $1500 repair and what ended up being about $100. Honest, quick and great service.... Im coming back for sure.

Even though I love my new truck, the whole process of buying from this dealer was a disaster. I dealt with a total of 9 different people who had no clue what was going on. They held a check of mine until I could bring them cash, then the check was to be torn up. They cashed it!!! If you purchase here, be prepared to work with multiple people. Edit: this just keeps getting worse. In trying to make up for the awful buying experience they want to give me a 2nd key for the truck which I can buy online for $20 .They arent willing to compromise at all but also wanted to debit my bank account 5 days early!!Steer clear!!

I like me Certified Preowned Ford Escape. The process of purchasing it took 5 hours. My sales person was relatively new to car sales and was unable to share with me much about this car. Experience will come. The shining star though was your head of finance who was extremely experiencer and worked until she got exactly what I was looking for in regards to my loan. She was very personable and worked well with the other staff. Once I purchased the Escape I discovered an air leak around the windshield. Again the sales person’s inexperience was obvious as he tried to satisfy me. Once the service department took over the issue was resolved quickly.

Had my Lincoln repaired after my son created a $3000 boo-boo on the fender. They do great work!

It wasn’t a compulsive decision, for I searched 8 weeks for THE Jeep Wrangler for my daughter and I. I purchased it used in the Twin Cities. They refused to give me a 1000 mile warrantee on the 2013 with 95k Miles. They even failed to fix the check engine light I pointed out to them and they promised to do it. As they handed me the keys, they said- “just have your local dealer take care of it”. Wham bam what a scam. I bought the extended warrantee because I had a very bad feeling.While I waited for emission issue parts, on the 12th day I had my vehicle, I knew something “felt” wrong when I drove the vehicle. Mark didn’t shoo me away. He remembered I had driven a stick shift for years. As busy as they were, they took a look. And Mark told me he wouldn’t let me leave in it. It was a death trap.I always remembered it wasn’t their responsibility. But, you know? Once I walked in the door, I was treated like Jeep was a family. I had a loaner vehicle until I had my wheels back. They took the time to research every option available to cover the cost of replacing the differential, bearings, and all related issues. I would stop in to check progress, and wasn’t made to feel I was a pest. No eye rolls, no sighs, no indication I was a burden.Austin Chrysler Jeep’s Mark G. never minimized the importance of good customer service. With no pretense. Perfectly professional. When I was a drama queen, he was a calm listener. His quiet calmness. Get it right, and be safe. His goal was to cause no worry, no unneeded expense. Salesman Jesus always stood up when I walked in, and compassionately spoke with us. Stephanie (?) never made me feel bad when I was given a ride home.I have no doubt ACJ made a lifelong impression on me. If there is such a thing as good, old fashioned, sincere customer service, I found my new home. Hindsite? I will stay in Austin, and ask ACJ for help seeking the vehicle I want. I trust them like family.

We went looking after a car accident and it took 3 monthes for our car loan to finally got paid off so we stopped looking after about 6 weeks and Heidi just never gave up, she called us out of the blue and got us what we wanted a small SUV I Was never so happy with what we left with, thank you Austin ford and Heidi.
