I took my car in back in march. I paid over 2,000.00 for repairs. Here I am now in June taking it back. This time I need 2 more valves replaced. Same kind different area... going to cost me 1573.00. I asked why was this not detected the first time they replaced one! They said they wouldnt know as it didnt throw out a code that I needed these two replaced. Then basically told me they cant help that my bmw x5 is basically all electrical and things go out when you have high mileage. I have a 2013 x5 bmw with under 70,000 miles. So its my fault that I have so many miles and my parts cost 400.00 and the rest of the 1573.00 is labor! Ridiculous!

I want to share what a great experience I had, having my BMW repairs performed at BMW of Austin and working with Josh Montana. Some repairs can never happen at a good time and with the effects of a pandemic, having to worry about repairs can be trying, to say the least. However, Josh was very understanding, guiding me through the process and explaining the options that helped me move forward with what I needed to get my vehicle back on the road in a safe condition. The care and compassion that he showed gave me the reassurance that I needed and truly demonstrated that my car was in good hands. Thanks to Josh and the team, Im back on the road in a car that my family can be safe, driving as we travel on our daily routine. I know that I made a good choice in choosing BMW of Austin for the service to my BMW. I cant thank you enough for all that you do. Thank you, Josh and thank you BMW of Austin.

Is a shame this BMW here in USA. My son left one 528i with 45k miles and the transmission broken, I did follow the tower and we did left the key inside following the insurance company advice (because was one Saturday after 5 p.m). The next Monday, my son did back to there to explain the problem and the keys was missing. The manager said was our fault or we got the keys, but I, personally, did follow the tower and the I saw the keys inside the car. So, they fixed the transmission but never gave another key to my son. So, if one company say to me im lie, this company do not deserve your money. I had one BMW and now I have one Audi . My son are look for new car and will not a BMW. Is so different the service here, is a trash service. Im my country I had BMW and the service is exemplar, perfect ! Or BMW here in USA is a like that or this company have bias because we are immigrant!

My car and I limped into this dealership after I had filled up with contaminated gas at a shell station about 30 miles earlier. My car required immediate attention after the fill up at the Shell station, and these guys diagnosed the problem and had me on my way in a couple of hours. They were completely booked until the following week but were able to diagnose the problem by the fault codes stored in the car. They drained and cleaned the fuel tank and fuel system and had my car running perfectly in two hours. Thanks to them, I could continue my trip to home in Denver that same day. They were a lifesaver that saved my trip on my way back home to Colorado.

This is my go to service center for my BMW because it is near. They do a good job, but sometimes I think they add things to the services list even if they are not needed so soon. Just say what all you want to get done and you will be okay.

Nickel and dime you for everything with unimpressive work. Had a related issue come up after recall work they did and refused to look at it without $140 fee. Recommend going to a local shop instead

Always friendly service! They also have a movie theater, massage chairs, and a snack bar !You will still pay hefty prices😶 but you will do it in comfort 🤗

Eric Dominguez is the best service advisor we have ever worked with. With any other dealer is a pain even to think we need to take our vehicle for repair but with Eric is quite the opposite, always a pleasant experience.

My first (and last) visit to this dealership. They told me that they are really busy and that if I checked my car in for ANY service, even with prior appointment, I would be without my vehicle for a minimum of two days. That just doesnt pass the sniff test for me.
