The staff of AMM went above and beyond. Or maybe their standard of operating and customer service is beyond the scope of most businesses. I remember the staff by name. I don’t think C.W. or Patricia know the impact they made by simply being themselves. The process was painless and patient. The mechanic was more like a magician. My car looked fresh off lot and drove like new. AMM is family

I didnt like it in general. I was surprised by the quick delivery, but the service left something to be desired. Upon delivery, the car window had not been replaced. They performed upon delivery. They left loose screws, tools and parts inside the car. The ceiling appeared post-delivery bubbles that was not at the time of delivery. I am disappointed in this store.

I have been here twice to get repairs for my car, and twice I have had no issues. Customer service on point. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and I feel their prices are reasonable and not as expensive as Caliber Collision.

Wow so thanks to all the staff at AMM I was recommended by Geico and really appreciate all they did. They fixed all the body work fast and got me back my car in 13 days. They even helped me locate my missing parking sticker even tho they didn’t lose it I did. So helpful I will definitely go back if needed and I highly recommend them. Great job y’all 👍 🚙🤓

My Kia Sorento was in an accident and because of COVID-19 they are having a hard time getting parts. I was informed it could take anywhere from two weeks to a month to locate parts. Derek the Service writer had me out in 10 days with Betsy looking brand new. They had to put a national wide hunt for my front passenger head light and I was totally surprised when they called me to come pick her up. Thank you Derek Culver and Amm Collision

Very poor service and communication, failure to do on-time repairs. Ive my van there since 6-14 and they have not called me once on status, failed to complete repairs so far, told me repairs would be complete by 7-4, Im always calling them back, still says waiting on parts, so unprofessional. Waiting on is a radiator fan shroud/blade. They could get a used one to get my van out and when new arrives, swap them, but they would not conclude body job until all parts are in. Dont take your vehicle there for repairs!

Body parts replaced and painted, cleaned and prepped for delivery. We were always informed of status of repair and very courteous and customer service minded.

Took my car here to get a scratch and dent on the door fixed. Offered a competitive estimate which was matched with professional and timely service. The work done on my vehicle was impeccable and the paint was matched perfectly. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this team again in the future.

The repair work is as good as my preferred body shop. ( Geico told me I could not use my preferred shop ). Communication with this shop was lackluster and inconsistent. They are hamstrung because of inadequate staffing on the front end ( apparently they cover well in the actual repair shop ). I feel badly for writing a less than good review, but understand I do not fault the staff at this location. I fault the absentee management for this location that expects 1.5 employees to do an exceptional job with no back up and no support from upstairs. The guys are doing the best they can, but management sucks.

Dropped off my car for an insurance repair and asked for a quote on replacing rocker panel covers. No one ever called with quote, they just installed them and demanded payment. I refused and was told they will remove them but cant put old ones back on so that part of my car is now worse than when I brought it in. Unbelievable..

Was involved in an accident, and the other person that hit me, Insurance was making it hard to get stuff done.Once they got my car they got the right people to help and were so awesome. Never have I had a pleasant experience where they treated you like gold. Would recommend anyone whose needing work done on their car to go to them!!Super grateful for all they’ve done for me.

They said that they would charge me one price and after the work was done they charge me a higher price. I guess you have to give them 1 star

When i decided to get my body work done i stopped by there because is saw that their shop had Geico express. Upon seeing good reviews about them i knew they were the one for the job. Thats when i met Rob and Jay. I explained what i needed and the extras that i wanted to b replaced/ added. They were VERY nice, relatable, quick and were always available when i had questions. They made my situation very easy and i will most definitely return if i or my husband should need them in the future. They made my car look better than the day that it bought it and made it look like the vision that i had in my head. Rob and Jay are GREATLY appreciated and i can not thank them enough!!!!! I wish i could post b4 and after pics on here. Its a HUGE difference.

This place is amazing! Very professional and friendly! They kept in contact with me by giving me updates. They got my car fixed in the original time frame they gave me. They did an amazing job with the repair and they even cleaned the interior of my car!

AMM did an amazing job fixing my 2017 Honda Accord. Rob and CW explained in detail what was going to be done. The front bumper looks good as new as well as the left fender! I love it. They did outstanding with the color match. It took them no more than 3 business days for my vehicle to get fixed. Couldn’t ask for better business.

This shop worked with me in pricing and timing, I received excellent service and they were able to get my car completed earlier than anticipated. Rob was friendly and understood my concerns and made this issue a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend AMM!

This has got to be the easiest experience with an accident claim I’ve ever had. In less than a week and a half my car was completely finished while the rental Was immediately taken care of!

They do a great job matching paint and doing body work. They can be a little slow to respond but its worth it for the quality of work these guys put out. Ive had body work done on a different vehicle in the past and it came no where close to being as good as AMM. Their paint color matching is pretty much perfect compared to other body shops. Hopefully I dont have to return but if I needed some body or paint work done on my truck these would be the people I trust to do it right.

I’m new Texas and 2 days into my trip someone scrapped my door in a parking garage. Zach was fast and polite. I called and the receptionist was so heartfelt. Everyone was friendly and understanding when they answered all my questions. Thank you zach!

Was referred to this location by my insurance as a place that could do my repairs, as well as a place i could pick up my rental car. Very seamless experience. The people assigned to my claim were friendly, came out and looked at my car, and gave me a run down of what they were going to do. I was thinking this would take a week int he shop, they completed it in 2 days! Picking up my car took a little longer than i thought (15 mins to get my keys back), but when i got my keys they had washed and detailed my car for me. I have 0 complaints . Would recommend and go back for other service.

I am extremely unhappy with my experience at AMM PROCARE. I initially brought my vehicle in for a minor dent for an accident for which I was not at fault and was told to come to this location through a GEICO claim. I was told that the work on my vehicle was going to take two business days. When I called to ask about the progress, I was told that polishing did not remove one of the scratches so they offered an allowance or to keep the car longer to continue working. I allowed them to work on the car. AMM kept my car for a total of 12 days for very minor body work. Upon picking up my car and waiting for over thirty minutes for them to pull the car around, I was informed that my car was no longer starting. I told them I had absolutely no issues with it previously and I had just replaced my battery 8 months prior. They said they needed to replace the alternator. At this point, I agree and its replaced for over $500. I pick up my car two days later and as I leave the parking lot, my car makes a high pitched whining noise while running, with the noise increasingly worse upon acceleration. I call AMM and they suggest I bring the vehicle back. Twenty minutes later, my vehicle will no longer start. I attempt to jump the car on my own with no luck. AMM sends a mechanic to jump the vehicle with no success. He returns to look at my vehicle again and concludes that I have a bad starter. I am extremely disappointed in this entire experience. I leave my car in perfect working condition with AMM for a minor cosmetic issue, and when my vehicle is returned to me, it is no longer drivable even after investing $500 for a new alternator. I spoke to the managers about my disappointment and was basically told that I am on my own and they do not have anything to do with the condition of my car. I wish I never set foot in this place.

These guys to step up and knocked it out the park. I am blown away. Above expectations and beyond their word. That is service with a standard. Highly recommend AMM Collison. Thanks again fellas!!

I went with Geicos recommendation for this repair shop; What a terrible mistake! The collision happened on 2/20/18 and the vehicle was ready for towing to AMM the next day. For some reason the truck sat at the tow yard until 3/1/19. There was extensive damage to front end so repair time was extended. The week of 3/18/19, I receive a call from AMM saying the truck is ready. I show up at 5:30pm to pick it up, pay my deductible and wait until 6:30pm when CW & Rob come with bad news: a radiator hose burst. From their demeanor this seemed well rehearsed from undoubtedly disappointing many other patrons . I asked them why they would have me come pick it up if a field inspection had not been performed to verify the completion of the repair. I also asked why would the parts involved in the worst part of the collision not be replaced. The answer: There was no visible issues and Geico will not pay for it.At this point I had the truck taken to a professional at the Ford dealership, who was quick to identify many more items in need of repair that the clowns at AMM did not find. The main reason they did not find issues, they do not have a hydraulic lift at the shop to look under the vehicles. What kind of professional shop REALLY doesnt have a lift? I will be making sure everyone I know doesnt come to this shop under any circumstances. They dont care about your time or safety and dont deserve your business.

I would avoid using this pace completely. They can not get work done in a timely manor or even order the right parts. My 4 day repair has taken 3 weeks! On top of that they kept saying in would be ready the next day, but when that day comes something new has come up and they charge it to the next day. This happened 4 times! For being a preferred auto shop for Geico you would think they would do good work but apparently both company’s fail to take care of their customers. I’m now out $200 in travel expenses because AMM can’t get their s**t together and Geico does not check in on the repair progress. Do not use this place period.

I got hit last week and was so confused on the claim process so I went to ProCare amm and met Robert. He was so kind and did a full walk around my poor Toyota and explained every thing into detail. I found out Geico works out of their office to. Robert thank you for being so kind and understanding. I want everyone to come to amm for their car problems and talk to Robert. He made my very bad situation a very pleasant experience. I know where to come when I have any more car accidents

I googled for a body shop and AMM popped up first so I gave this shop a chance. I don’t have insurance so I was hoping these guys would understand and help with the cost of the car. Hanna answered all my questions and welcomed me in right away. Robert walked out and looked at my car and he gave me a break down on the costs for my car for a great cost. Lifetime warranty on the work and great customer service? People write bad reviews out of anger so I’m giving these guys two thumbs up and 5 stars. Can’t wait to come back so they can get started! Thanks Robert!

We took our car to AMM to have 2 things done: a rear bumper repaired and a scrape and dent that ran along the passengers side fixed. They did the dent and scrape repair all right. But would you believe the bumper repair ended up taking 14 WEEKS and had to be redone by another body shop? When we picked the car up, the two pieces on the end of the bumper cover that anchor it to the car werent installed. Oh, we should have caught that, they said and fixed it. When we got home, we realized they hadnt installed the rubberized bumper protector that runs along the top of the bumper, so back we went. But the real problem is that they do not have the expertise to handle modern driver assist technology that uses sensors in the rear bumper. When we took the car in, all that technology was working--rear cross traffic alert, lane change assist, and lane departure alert. When we picked it up, none of it worked. AMM couldnt fix it and suggested we take the car to our dealer. After trying a couple possible solutions, the dealer said either the paint was too think on the bumper or there was an issue with the after-market bumper itself. They recommended we have Continental Collision install a new factory bumper. GEICO agreed to cover it, but having to do the same repair twice means the whole thing cost them a lot more than it should have. Plus for us, 14 weeks of hassle, and its likely our insurance rates will go up, too. Why GEICO paired up with AMM is beyond me. Weve had insurance with thm for years and the body shops where their adjustors are based have always been great. But wed never go back to AMM.

Story of the month. It’s been on heck of a month. First an unlicensed driver without insurance of course because that’s the way the story goes makes an illegal turn into upcoming traffic and collided with me. My insurance is Geico and great so far until there partnered shop AMM Collision off 1812 Rutland Drive Austin, TX supposedly confirmed my vehicle was 100% done. Well turns out they are sloppy with finishing quality workmanship my car is over heating and my ac unit is not working. Funny thing when I turned it in it was working. I just don’t understand how a certified technician and supervising management could overlook this! Currently I’m stuck in Wimberely, TX and waiting for my tow truck to tow me all the way home. These are unacceptable business practices. If you are with Geico and get repairs please avoid this location at all costs! Get the work done somewhere else! I am going ensure they attempt to resolve this and have it operational. Helping other consumers have to speak truth.

If I could give this shop a straight zero rating I would.However, I would like to say thank you for those at the shop who know what customer service is and doing the right thing. Those people are Hannah & Cody.Outside of the mentioned names above they managed to turn a 6 day job into 45+, damaged parts not repaired, broke multiple deadlines, offered to cover rental car and then Derek O. (Area Manager??) backed out of his agreement and AMMs. He even used my Geico policy to foot his part of the bill while trying to leave me responsible for the remaining. He has returned ZERO phone calls or emails relating to the matter and continues to hide behind his desk to discus his shops/teams lack of accountability and dropping ball.As a newly opened shop in the area my mind is blown away on how terrible AMM Collision center is and I hope the owners seriously look into these matters that have still yet to be resolved.In short, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR REPAIRS PERIOD.
