Went in to get a simple oil change. Made an appointment the day before & the kind man said it would be 30min max wait. A different man the day of my appointment said Im not quick lube, it will take 45min-1hr. Needless to say, I waited longer than expected. Wont be coming back due to 1)professionalism and 2)lack of consideration of customers time. I moved from South Austin to North, so I needed a new oil change location and this place had great reviews. Theyre majority men because they seem to look at & treat you as less if youre a woman.

I was very impressed and satisfied with the service I received at this location. I contacted these guys in the morning around 8a.m. and they told me to bring it in at noon, so I arrive at noon and get checked in and what not and asked for a general quote of what to expect. I was quoted 700 approx. which was fine with me because I figured it was going to be about that amount anyway because of my brakes. Well after a very short time the mechanic walks up to me and says that my car is totally fine, it just needs the brake pads shaved down to be even and it would fix my issue. He also told me because of that I would now be paying around 350$ instead of the 700.....I was blown away. These guys are awesome, they are honest, and they do a very good job. There are still honest people out there with integrity and I think thats the biggest thing for me. So for as long as I live in Austin Texas these guys will be the only shop my little infinity rolls into. Thanks again guys for being awesome!

Great service, and waiting area. Kevin helped me with my tires and was very nice and got me a great price. Also great place to get your oil changed as they carry BG products. The BG MOA engine oil additive is fantastic. I checked my oil after 7,000 miles and it still looked almost brand new. Pretty amazing stuff, definitely recommend.

Finding someone I can work on it whom I trust is even a bigger problem.Ive now brought my Gal in 3 times for different work. Each time I get the car back very happy. The communication is great. For years I’ve looked for a good mechanic and was very happy I’ve found this place. Last spring I shopped around looking for a transmission flush for my car and found these guys who we’re about a third of the cost of 5 other shops in the area. Not only that but they did an exceptional job as well. I’ve taken my car here a few more times since and they have been just as great as the first. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic that is going to charge you a fair price, not attempt to upsell you and treat your car like their own head on down to All Tune and Lube Total Car Repair.

Called and explained the issue I was experiencing and wasnt met with the most friendly responses (thanks Mark!), but noting the star rating, we decided to give it a try anyway. Got there and noted not a single employee was wearing a mask, even inside their waiting area. Moreover, customers were also inside not wearing a mask, and they werent asked to wear one by staff at any point. If you want an unfriendly and dangerous experience, this is the place for you. Ended up going to Galaxy Automotive instead and had a much better experience.

WARNING!!: Do NOT trust these people! They have no idea what theyre talking about! I went in there to have my transmission looked out because I heard it grinding and rattling. 1. They told me my tires were 11 years old and all 4 needed to be replaced immediately. WRONG! I have them all replaced and found out they werent more than 4 years old. 2. They told me the grinding/rattling was from bad oil and that it needed to be changed and it would fix the problem. WRONG! Replace the oil and was told it was just fine and the rattling/grinding was still there. 3. They told me my transmission was just fine. WRONG! After spending over $500 on new tires and an unnecessary oil change, I have to replace my transmission. 3 Strikes! These people completely lack knowledge in this industry. Im not even a mechanic and I know more than them.Edit: All Tune and Lube Total Car Care replied below that its very easy to find the age of the tire. Yet Discount tire showed me the correct number and confirmed that Total Car Care was WRONG! I already had my transmission replaced and it got rid of the rattle, so again, Total Car Care was WRONG! And when I had my oil changed, they said it was not low, not bad, and didnt need to be changed. SO, Total Car Care was wrong again! Thats several other reputable businesses confirming that Total Car Care was wrong. General speaking, they have no idea what theyre talking about, not even in the response to my review. AVOID THEM! They still dont know what theyre talking about!

I’m amazed how quickly they are able to fit me in when I have a problem. On one occasion, I asked them for a second opinion when the dealership said my car needed work. All Tune checked it out and found nothing wrong. Twice I’ve check with them on pricing compared to another shop’s estimate and All Tune’s price was lower. They seem to do really good work at reasonable prices.

I researched for a great mechanics and this shop had one of the top reviews. After trying them out for a repair I needed I can honestly say they live up to the reviews. The entire staff is honest and friendly! It feels good to be able to trust someone to take care of any car issues if need be. Dont stress, have this team take that problem off your hands!

OMG showed up 30 minutes before they closed guy at the front desk was super nice got me in and out of there in a very short time even started my truck had the air conditioning on and door open for me to drive off. Finding car care in Austin since my Dad died has been rough. From shops that didnt properly reconnect battery cables to ones that forgot to put all the bolts back in causing more rattling and frustration and the one that may not have actually done any of the work they charged me for (even in Austin air a new filter doesnt look that bad after a week), to this one. They actually listened, took the time on a busy day to do a full tune up for less than I expected and the work was superbly done.

Kevin was extremely friendly and helpful. I called Kevin after getting a diagnostic with a dealership that I felt was incorrect. Kevin was able to look at my car and fix the problem in less than 24 hours and went out of his way to ensure my comfort and safety. I will be returning for any and all car needs in the future!!

They presented me with a list of the services recommended based on age and mileage of the vehicle, and their inspection. They were never pushy, and obviously know what theyre doing. I highly recommend ATL! I have had my car for almost three years and there had been several times that it just wouldnt start. I would get a jump and even ended up purchasing a new battery but it still wouldnt start some days. I took my car to several shops and spent hundreds on diagnostics that did not identify the actual problem. One night my car just wouldnt start even with a jump. I called ATL to request an appointment for the next day. They were able to work me in with a morning appt. I had my car towed to the shop and let them know what I had been told might be the problem by other shops that I have taken it to. They went ahead and took a look at the things that I mentioned and was able to pin point what was going on. They got my car repaired and I was out same day. I am so relieved to have found them and I am so happy with the service that I received. I will definitely be going to them for all of my car needs in the future.

All tune and lube wasnt the cheapest, but they were (almost) the closest, and they had good reviews.They did a good thorough job, and they honored a competitors coupon. I was so delighted that I brought them my wifes car that same day. They honored the coupon on that one too, even though I didnt ask them to. I didnt think there were businesses like that left around. Ill definitely be back.

I took my 04 Eclipse in today because it was having several issues, and drove away with it running smoother than it has in a long time! I called ahead to see if they were available and they started working on my car no more than 20 minutes later. I talked to Dave (owner), the front desk guy and a mechanic who all were very nice and explained in detail what they had found and how it was fixed. They even offered to give me a ride back home and to the shop when my car was ready. I am very satisfied with the service, personalities of the staff, and the price. I will definitely be taking my car back to them for oil changes and future repairs.

Super quick service and amazing staff. They helped me with my state inspection, even when I had to fax over my insurance card and tried to contain a rambunctious toddler. I just wanted to get my oil changed close to our new home. I checked a chain location and it had horrible reviews. All Tune and Lube was just as close and had excellent reviews. Very friendly, excellent service, will definitely be going back for the next oil change and other car needs. They identified other things that my car needed but were very honest about how urgent those things would be (two things werent urgent). They quoted me a few prices on my front two worn out tires which they suggested wouldnt pass inspection. There was no pressure to buy tires from them or make any immediate decisions. I told my husband it was great, so he took his car in the next week for an oil change. So glad we found it.

Went in for an oil change which took no time to do, asked about the check engine light and was told if I bring it back it would be a free of charge to do diagnoatic as for other shops, they are asking at least $100+. I will never go anywhere other than All Tune. After Firestone screwed up my appointment time, I called the next closest shop, which happened to be All Tune, to see if they could get me in for an oil change since I was going out of town that weekend and couldnt drive that far without getting it done.All Tune got me in on a seconds notice AND they had my oil change completed in about half an hour. On top of that, they were friendly and accommodating and had great prices. Cant thank All Tune enough for everything!

They were able to squeeze my car in between appointments for an emergency battery replacement. The battery had tested bad for my 2013 Ford Escape at Autozone, but Autozone couldnt replace the battery because of the location of the air handler and orientation of the battery. All Tune and Lube was able to take care of me in about an hour between appointments. Love the staff, love the location. This is my preferred place for car maintenance.

This is where I have been getting my oil changes for the past few years since they are close to where I live and mail be a coupon around the time I need an oil change. Over the last year though the service has really gone downhill. My visits all through last year had longer and longer wait times even though I schedule an appointment in their first time slot each time. They will confirm my 7:30am appointment, then when I show up on time, they end up pulling my car into the garage at 8:05 or later. I find this an incredibly rude waste of my time - I can quickly forgive a one-off late start, but not when this happens every time I go here now. They also started adding a $10 labor fee to the price of an oil change that other shops dont do.The part that made me write this review and assign a one-star rating is that happened recently when I went in for an oil change. They did their standard inspection as any shop does and told me my brakes were nearly gone they were so bad, and that they should get replaced right away. I thought that was really odd since braking performance had not gone down and I had no squeaking sound when stopping. I decided to not have the work done leaving with the quote. The following week I brought my car into another shop, McSpaddens, for a brake inspection since All Tune felt really suspicious. McSpaddens asked me what exactly All Tune told me was wrong with my brakes because they didnt see anything wrong. They normally start recommending people think about replacing the brake pads when they get down to 3mm, my car still has 5mm/7mm front/back.I would never recommend anyone go here as they have become (or maybe always have been?) dishonest, trying to get people to pay for unnecessary work.
