I had work done on my rear suv hatch, and everyone was wonderful to work with. The work was done well within the estimated time, they helped schedule a rental car, kept me updated on times, and returned my car washed and cleaned outside and inside (which was unexpected). Would gladly work with them again and refer others to them.

These guys go over and above expectations. The whole process was seamless, from getting a rental car, keeping us informed on the progress, finishing within the allotted time frame, to detailing our truck inside and out before returning it to us. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a great, ( and honest),body shop.

I busted my side mirror off my new vehicle (whoops) and I couldnt have gotten it fixed at a better place. Communication with these guys was great and prompt. At first they didnt think the mirror would come in for a month, but Scott managed to get it in less than two weeks. My mirror was replaced in a day and looks good as new. Plus they cleaned the inside and outside of my vehicle! If I ever need anything fixed again, I would definitely choose Collision Specialists again.

This is my second time using CSI and I’m impressed more each time I see them.Super friendly and professional folks that go out of their way to be helpful. They take pride in their business and you can tell.The inside of the building is really nice and has comfy seating to sit and relax. There is even a cool area for the kids to play.I was in a crash and needed a rental bc the repairs would take a few days. I had never had to use a rental for this so I was unsure how that worked or if I had to to organize it all but…nope they too care of setting up rental service. Which definitely took the stress off of me.They kept me up to date on the status of repairs and were right on track with their estimated completion time.I even had an important question pop up on a Sunday and Scott got back to me immediately w a solution. Saved the day!!We are very lucky to have such a professional and dedicated business serving Austin and the surrounding area.Highly recommend CSI they made my life easy during an otherwise stressful time.

Im so glad I brought my suv here!They took care of everything. The people were very nice and helpful.The estimate was quick and painless. They scheduled to fix my car when it was convenient for me. It was done earlier than expected too. They took care of the car rental also. No hassle with the insurance either, they took care of all that too. They were very good at keeping me updated also. I got my car back cleaned inside and out! It looks bran new! They even organized the trunk space! (It was very messy) Im so impressed with how they cleaned the inside of my suv!!! I couldnt be happier with the job they have done 😊

CSI worked seamlessly with my insurance (State Farm) and got my vehicle in and out quickly. The communication was excellent and the quality of work was fantastic. They even coordinated a rental and handled insurance billing for that as well. Could not have been easier.

My poor little car was hit and had extensive damage.My car was finished in a reasonable amount of time, and communication with them was wonderful with updates keeping me in the loop every step, and everything is as it was before the damage was done, which I think is the best outcome of all.I will definitely use their services again if needed.

Had a deep scratch through my fender and door and a small door ding repaired to look good as new. Very impressed.

Took the vehicle in on Thursday to have the front end of our 2019 Jeep repaired, was returned on mMonday as promised. They made all arrangements for a rental and were exceptionally profession and attentive to details in completing the work.

The only thing that they forgot to do was put my window vent back on over the passenger side door window but they promised to take care of me at my convenience

First went in for estimate,said would call me 3 weeks later called them said they lost our number. Got fixed was hail damage but they forgot a spot they showed us. Have been trying to get ahold of them no return call. The work they did was good except when put my roof liner back in had dirty fingers prints from front to back I had to clean up, didnt see till we were home.

Everything about my experience at this shop was top notch. The staff and workmen were knowledgeable and polite. They took time to explain everything clearly. The parts they needed to order were there on time. They had a rental car ready for us when we dropped off our vehicle. The work was completed earlier than expected. They called when the work was done and stayed later than usual just so we could pick up our vehicle. The work was beautifully done and the paint job was perfect. Absolutely everything was red carpet treatment. I recommend this shop to everyone.

I was super impressed. I recieved fast and great service. Scott texted me almost everyday with updates. He handled all the insurance hassle. Even had a rental car waiting for me, which I could return right there to them. Doesnt get any easier than that. I had a question and scott got down on his hands and knee is the parking lot on a 20 degree day to investigate. Also they cleaned my car inside and out, that was a nice treat! Awesome service!! I dont normally take the time to write a review, however, Csi Collision made the repair of my car the least stressful thing about having an accident. Work was completed on time and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. I highly recommend their service.

After a rear-end accident with significant damage, Nissan reported this shop as the only one in their database as being in their Certified Collision Repair Network that was the closest to me in Rochester so I immediately reached out. Mark quickly responded and by the next day, I had my Rogue immediately towed there even when they were closed! Their communication from start to finish was the best and my car was done in no time. They even took care of the rental return. My wife picked up the car three days later (they were even nice enough to stay after closing to wait) and reported back to me that they were super friendly and the shop was immaculate. This is the best collision repair experience weve ever had with zero stress. I definitely recommend Mark and his team to help you with your collision repair needs!
