This Meineke was the shop they usually work with for exhaust related stuff.They were professional, knowledgeable, and super courteous. I was very pleased with the manager/owner friendly and professional attitude. The installation of my new Walker soft sound performance mufflers was superb, clean and welded for a complete seal. In addition thé technician tightened the driver side exhaust manifold bolts as they were loose causing a slight leaking sound. The extra attention shown by the technician is evident in the great looks and sound of new exhaust . I had series 40 Flowmasters before which were very loud. I will be using Jim’s Meineke shop for more work on my 1968 Olds 442 convertible, owned for 47 years.

I called Meineke because I had the catalytic convertor stolen from my truck. They were immediately able to tell me how much it would cost and scheduled an appointment for me. The service was very quick (an hour total) and and my truck runs just as good as new!

I had to take my car in because I had an exhaust leak and oil sensor was out . I failed my inspection and so I was referred to other places and those places wasted my time stating they didn’t have parts etc I took it to this place and they were professional and they called me to let me know how much it would be which let me add was the cheapest of all three places I have been before. Brought it in and they had me finished within the same afternoon . Car sounded great and I was glad to have gone to them I will always go to them from now on !

Jim is the best. I was worried about finding a quality mechanic when I moved here a few years ago. Worked with Austin Automotive a couple times and I was not pleased. Went with Meinike after that and have never looked back. Have been here for everything from oil change, inspection, alignment, AC repair, and tire changes. I called Jim midday on a Friday to get my shuddering brakes checked out. He got me in immediately, called me with a diagnosis and estimate within 1.5 hours, and had it fixed and ready to go 1.5 hours after that. Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. Update - brought my car to Jim to get a second opinion on replacing the catalytic converter versus the dealer. He did the repair for 75% less and completed it in just a few hours!

My dad and I were looking for someone to install the catalytic converter for us. As we had little time and we didnt have all the tools, we decided call Meineke. My dad and I called others but they wanted to charge us too much. When my dad called the shop they said to bring it in they would do the repairs.The crew not only installed the converter... I had chosen this mechanic to fix my brakes originally because they accepted my car care credit card. After doing business with them I will definitely be going back for any maintenance or repair because of the excellent customer experience. They allowed time in their schedule for me which was really nice. This plus the amount of time it took to get the job done was faster than promised, the price of the job was very affordable and the courtesy ride offered to me made me want to spread the word that this was a very good experience! I highly recommend them. Also calling ahead is recommended as they can be booked on certain days.

This is the first 5 star review I have written for a mechanic in my life. These guys went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. They inadvertently disrupted a 26 year old oxygen sensor when they were rebuilding the exhaust on my 1994 Land Cruiser. Instead of charging me extra, they replaced both sensors for free AND drove the car to my house so I didnt have to coordinate a ride out there. Truly exceptional customer service!

The service was great, and fast! I was quite surprised how quickly my brakes were fixed up. The price was great too, being much cheaper than other places in the area. My friends went to a different car shop nearby when their car didnt start, and the mechanic took them around a bit, so I was admittedly worried when I needed to get my brakes checked and replaced. But Meineke didnt lead me around by the nose, and I left feeling very happy with the experience.

I love going to this Meineke because Don is so trustworthy and honest. He used to be at a Meineke closer to me, but I will definitely drive the extra way. He was recommended to me years ago, and it is so refreshing to have a mechanic/place of business you can TRUST. There was even a time I had to get something minor fixed, and I asked Don if anything else needed work since I was going on a long trip. He checked it out, and said, “No, everything is working great!” That blew me away because it was a statement I had not heard before from previous mechanics.

Meineke welded a new tailpipe on my truck and fixed my muffler. They gave me lots of options for what I wanted to do with it and worked with my budget. They also gave me an alignment. It looks, sounds and drives great!
