DONT GO HERE!! They sold me a car with an Intake Manifold Gasket leak. Car drove smooth, no issues there. I knew the body had some minor dents and scratches. I could deal with that. Foggy headlights and no dome light. Small issues that I could easily fix. Turns out there was also a leak somewhere around the trunk because the spare tire area had inches of water in it which caused the carpet in the trunk to grow mold. There was even a cigarette butt and a crumpled paper bag behind the side carpeting in the trunk. Absolute rip off. STAY AWAY!

Loved our experience with Verdant! We drove over 3 hours for a specific car we were interested in. Had been to a few dealers in Portland prior and didnt enjoy how pushy they were. Verdant was personal, friendly, and professional. Would recommend to any of my friends and family.

The jury is still deliberating so well see in the near future. But to assist in achieving understanding theyre not too bad, Ill be going back tomorrow to discuss a car. So they arent too bad.(Updated 1/16/2021) We were supposed to return to discuss purchasing a car however we change our minds. The comment jury deliberating is referencing continuous thought and debating on what was seen while visiting your establishment. Hopefully that made it clearer.

Have to give a shout out to the owner here! Im here visiting my family after moving to another state and my toddler is potty training. We had made a third stop at McDonalds across the street to try and use the bathroom and of course we had been denied at the other two stops and mcdonalds has the lobby closed. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I live out of state so I depended on the condition of the vehicle, from one of their sales people, as pictures do not show the true condition, which happened in my case.after I received the vehicle, it had deep faded paint, in various parts of the vehicle, there was a large tear on the passenger side seat, the tires were mismatched, and not in the condition as was informed to me.i had asked through text, and over the phone the condition, tires, interior, which I was informed all in great shape, no tears, tires were in great shape, body, paint great.i contacted them immediately, and at first I was informed it all happened in transport, then they would not respond. I did go through the BBB,and there will be a mark on the business but they would not assist in any type of solution.i will have to seek assistance elsewhere with this dealership. these communications have all been copied and remained in text form.

When we first appeared on the lot we were immediately greeted by Steve who is a mechanic for the company. He made sure that we weren’t out wondering alone and did his best getting us keys and info to vehicles liked.As soon as the owner Lam was available he sat us down and helped us get a great idea of what we could do as far as payments. No pressure and both he and Steve were very personable and sweet.Then Ozzie was the final gentleman we sat down with. He gave us an amazing deal on a trade in for our vehicle and hooked us up with our now new car!We had an overall good experience and would feel comfortable recommending to our friends and family!
