Cleanest used inventory lot I’ve seen. The one star reviews must be from people that don’t respect business and tried to low ball the sellers or just don’t know much about vehicles. I purchased a very nice Audi A6 from Pat and Jeff about 2 weeks ago after a lot of car searching and at this point could say anything about my experience with them. Great guys and smooth process. Hard to find good people nowadays and straight shooters. These gentlemen know what they are doing and what they are selling. I would buy through them again without hesitation.

Buddy wanted to buy a vehicle here and they would not sell him because he tried to buy cash at asking price. Definitely a shady place to do business with. If you dont finance or buy a warranty or arent a local they wont sell to you. Be careful with your private information

Tried/ wanted to buy a car from these guys but be aware, no trade in they will NOT SELL to you, you don’t finance with them they WONT sell to you, you don’t buy an extended warranty from them they’ll not sell to you. You’re from out of state they’ll not sell to you. If you offer to buy the car at full price with a check they’ll not sell the car to you.Definitely find another spot to spend your dollars at.

Pat made our whole time there so pleasant. From the time we approached the car we wanted he had the keys and off we went. Great cars for a great price I could of never found the car I wanted at that price I got with them near home. Definitely worth the drive. Pat had everything ready for us when we arrived so we were out with the new car after about an hour and a half!!!! Great experience at Supreme! Coming from working at a dealership myself, the knowledge of how the process works comes in handy. Regardless of whether or not you know the business I can guarantee Pat will treat you right, which is what led me to do everything in house from trade to purchase. Been driving the car for a month, had a chance to look it over and all is great! Pat is an honest up-front guy and I wont hesitate to send potential buyers to Supreme Motors!

Disappointed. I am looking for a white BMW 4 series. And he has a pretty nice one on his website. So, I decided to come down and look, and the car doesnt have a nice service history, on the phone his said, we checked all the things on the vehicle and it is good to go. And I ask my friend who already changed couple sport cars. He said, make sure they have a maintenance list. So, I didnt ask on the phone because I think they can make one before I come. I want to ask when I stand front of him. And I did, thats the most disappointing thing, he either doesnt have a maintenance list or put the report on the Carfax. And he said we have ten years business, and we wont cheat on you. But thats not a customer want to hear. Show me the evidence please. Either oil and filter change or the part you changed. I am not a car expert.And he also said I can do the paperwork and said all the things check, but I actually not. So, I dont have the things, we do it by ourself. No customer will feel comfortable on this, I believe.

I drove a few hours to my appointment today. I like that they only schedule people an hour apart for our safety. So important during these times. I arrived and both owners had customers, but I was greeted and felt welcomed. I used the restroom( I honestly never have high hopes for restrooms at car lots or auto body shops), but the building was tastefully decorated and very clean. Restroom was clean and smells good. They even had a wonderful smelling essential oil Diffuser going in the lobby.(I love holistic healing smells).My appointment was with Jeff and he was very excited to tell me all of the details of the car over the phone and took his time telling me the ins and outs of the luxurious Audi Q7 and this particular one that he had on his lot. I didnt really get the car salesman Vibe at all as he didnt pry into any of my personal information or try to get my phone number to call me back or my email to harass me with whatever deals he had going.That was refreshing. When we began talking he told me about his company and where they had came from and the Integrity behind every car that they purchased there and then he reminded me of the details of the Audi and offered me the keys and all of the time I needed to look over the car. After briefly looking at my license and getting my information he let me and my boyfriend take it for a test drive for as long as we wanted and we did just that. This car who are the 10 out of 10 and I decided right away that I wanted it. We had driven a long ways and were hungry and when we returned we asked if we might go get lunch and come back later. He recommended a wonderful place to get some wagyu beef tacos and they didnt disappoint. She didnt give us any pressure at all and even offered to give us a full tank of gas for our long drive up there, $500 off of the car because we were just as friendly as he was. I dont think Ive ever had anyone offer to gives me a discount without me begging for it.. we were really impressed with his demeanor. Side note, talking to him is like talking to one of your cousins thats really excited about starting their new business. He had a lot of excitement and you could definitely tell he was proud of his business that he started from the ground up. Overall my experience was wonderful and I gave this company 5 out of 5 based on my own personal experience and Im looking forward to doing business again in the future. One more side note, I have been extremely patient looking for the exact Audi Q7 with the color combination and the right package for 11 months now. Ive only been looking in my local area so I was nervous to shop farther away but Im so glad that I did. The price point was excellent and around $8,000 less than what I had been looking for.

I got a 2014 Honda Civic with 60K miles for 10K and I am satisfied. It is priced so aggressively and I feel very lucky to have come acrossed it. She is a BEAUTY! Made sure I drove it before writing this review. Also, the whole deal of buying a car was so easy. Theyre DIRECT TO THE POINT! At the same time, they listen/talk/treat to their customers LIKE HUMAN BEINGS. Theyre transparent about the cons about the car before I bought it, like the dent on front. I still am constant communication with one of the owners and they answer my questions ASAP, thus I feel like I am always supported.

Disappointed!The people who work in there just trying to make money out of you!!!In the beginning they treated us very nice and once we decided to go with them to buy a car, during the process we provided all documentation needed after we refused all their extra coverage and insurance as this is optional and I don’t feel like i need them! Suddenly their attitude change and we could tell they don’t seem willing to sell the car to us! We had to get an answer from bank they never got back to us we had to call them and they literally said they are not making any money with us!Just waist of time sitting hours in their office to end up with nothing!!!!(As I can’t comment the owner response:That is so not true, you got nothing else to say)

The owner is full of himself and his business like many other reviews complain about. I cant speak for his cars as his attitude was unfortunately a deal-breaker for me.I was looking for a make and model with very specific options that Supreme Motors had in their lot. I checked the history report and all the photos posted. I noticed that there were no photos of the steering wheel, instrument cluster and center console while his other posts have those areas covered. Decided to call and thats where it all went down hill. The guy was so hard to talk to because he doesnt stop talking about how great his cars are and how his business is the best in the whole state etc. Then when I asked for a couple of pics of the above mentioned, he declined. his reasoning was that I didnt sound serious enough that I will buy his car. He wanted me to show finances and pay him $100 to send a walk-around video. Again, all I wanted was a couple of pics but he insisted I should pay him $100! His whole business is revolved around milking the most amount of money from the ideal customer.Im happy to report that I have picked-up a better deal and a cleaner car elsewhere while this guys car is still for sale at the time of this review.If you can deal with this type of behavior go ahead but I would STRONGLY recommend taking your money somewhere you will be treated as a customer.

Came here a little indecisive about what I wanted. I was blunt and told them I just started looking at cars, and they helped me out immediately. Pat was very honest and straight forward with it, he didn’t try to set me low and make me work for a reasonable price . He even allowed me to test drive a few vehicles, so that I could have a good idea of what I was looking for. Just purchased a beautiful 2015 BMW 528i in great condition with low miles. Pat was very honest and upfront about the car and the whole process. Dont buy a car here. Bought a car that looked good on the outside but had thousands of dollars of repairs within a month. Shady business and be wary of all the 5 star reviews the owner offers free oil changes for a 5 star rating. I know because the owner offered this to me. Save yourself the headaches and dont shop here.Edit 4/16/2021:In response to the dealerships comment Ill let the potential customers know what was wrong with my car. First, when I picked up the car the speakers were blown - $400 fix at audi. Then later that month I found out the car they sold me had a completely cracked motor mount which I did reach out about and they said they could have thier guy fix it for a fraction of the price. Obviously when something sounds too good to be true it is. I went with my better judgement and ended up bringing it to a well respected shop which cost me $1500 - you dont want to cheap out on something as critical as an engine mount. Then there was vibration at around 45 mph which I thought would just be a tired balancing issue but little did I know they sold me a car with 3 different types tires on it. 2 tires from factory, one new summer tire but different than the factory model, then an all season tire. When I reached out about it they wanted to make more money off me by trading in my tires and buying new ones from them which should have had the same type of tires from the start. 3k worth of issues with the car within a month or two. Im sure some of their cars are good but they DO sell cars with issues then try to make more money off you. Look through the other comments and youll see the same things.

My wife and I recently purchased a used SUV from Supreme Motors, Kent WA. Spoke with both Jeff and Pat. We had been shopping for a while for a SUV so we knew the vehicle and price we wanted to pay. My previous 3 cars were all bought direct through the owner as me not having too much experience or confidence in private lots. Being time for a new car and having some money set aside I figured Id put some more money into a car with less miles that would last me for years to come. Found a couple cars on craigslist I liked and realized they came from Supreme Motors so I thought I might as well stop in and check out what they had. Absolutely glad I did. Met with Jeff who very quickly made it clear that he has a passion for his job and not just in it for a quick turn around and a couple more bucks in his pocket. After test driving a couple cars I ended up getting the A6 3.0 Supercharged and IM IN LOVE WITH IT! The entire transaction was honest, I had full flexibility in test-driving it and it was all seamless. I don’t know where this place got the good reviews that they got but I’ve come here to buy a car and I have never felt so uncomfortable, this dealership is the least professional and the environment is so hostile. They don’t even let you test drive their vehicle if you are “checking it out for the first time”Yes they have good prices, I’ll give them that but Customer service goes a long way and I would much rather take my money elsewhere. This would be the last place I’d buy a car from.

I flew in from Seattle to buy a c5 corvette. The car was as advertised And am loving my purchase. He does take a hard line on his pricing And I did pay top $ for a top shelf car and to get cars in this condition. You will have to pay for them.Dar

First off, Jeff and Pat are awesome! I purchased a 2017 Audi A4 from Supreme Motors about a month ago and was very nervous going into the whole process because it was my first time purchasing a car on my own. I HATED going to the big dealerships because of how pushy and obnoxious the people I dealt with were but here was different. I wasn’t pressured, nor did I feel like I was being talked at or that these guys were just trying to make a sale. These guys made me feel like family from the start! I had been shopping for an Audi diesel for a long time and of course looking for a fair price. I recently purchased a 2011 BMW X5 3.5SI from Supreme. I looked all over for a used, sporty X5 in great condition and they had by far THE BEST SELECTION of awesomeness late model used sporty, loaded, and luxurious cars. I was looking for 1 in good condition and they had 6!!!Doing business with these guys was great! No pressure sales, they love cars, they love people, and most of all connecting people to the right car for them. They also have a great System for ensuring only quality vehicles are on their lot.Next time I have to buy a car, I’m going here first. That wont be for a while because i really like the X5 and I expect it will last.

Horrible experience. Owner was disrespectful and seemed to lack all self-awareness of how he was coming across and how to treat customers. We’ve been talking about it for a week, about how absolutely ridiculous it was. In other news, I reviewed their professional website and saw no less than seven grammatical and spelling errors on his bio. Obviously not dealing with very intelligent or self-aware people.

Bought my ‘15 Audi Q5 from here and had a great experience. No pushy sales tactics or b.s. and I worked with both Pat and Jeff. Both owners were on top of everything whenever I had questions. They kept their word on things they promised to fix or verify for me and that went a long way. I highly recommend buying your next pre owned vehicle from supreme motors. After shopping around for three months for a luxury vehicle I found one at supreme motors. But just finding the car wasnt enough, I would not purchase a pre owned vehicle from just anyone. So I very cautiously went to supreme motors to find out more about the owners. After spending several hours with them I discovered that there name and how they treat the public takes first priority. The dilligance that they put in to finding quality vehicles is top shelf. Its been a couple months since my purchase and I couldnt be happier. I will continue to do business with again and can confidently recommend anyone I know to them.

Dealer passion for my son was not true after purchase of Infinity G35.There clearly was a lack of transparent on this car oil leaks from bottom of engine.These issues started within the 2 weeks with the car.This was my sons First Car Purchase very excited moment for him.The owner has a very smooth and compassionate way of gaining trust from his customers.Once my son made them aware of his problems all the passionate customer appeal was out the window.Buyers Beware of this dealership.(Good Faith Customer Care is the key), not just verbal words to get quick sale.

Fortunately, it was nothing other than not closing my gas cap properly so an O2 sensor went off and I didnt have to pay anything but the sales tax for the diagnosis which was $17.21.I highly recommend Pat & Jeff with Supreme Motors for any of your vehicle purchases.
