Not one car lining the street views were for sale at all, wanted to ask about another car on the lot and the lady said its not for sale either, so if the cars arent for sale why are they a car lot? Worst customer service ever!!!

I was also sold a bad car that only lasted a month...before needing a new engine..I purchased the car in January of 2021...the car had a little over 140000 miles on it not bad for the year it was...I literally just got the hard plates this week...smh..Yes granted this is a used car dealership however I feel the dealer was not upfront about the car when purchased...when asked has the car been in an accident they said NO....it was clean however when I added it to my insurance...the first thing that pops up is an accident...i made them aware of this...the car was making a strange sound I asked what it was..I was told it was because it hadnt been started in a while...and he replaced the battery...the noise continued and then the car began to shut off on me completely while driving so I decided to take it in and get it checked out by my mechanic and thats when I found out the engine was no good...I called and asked if they could help fix it or even switch cars considering i had only had it for about a month and only drove it to and from work considering what needed to be done to it...he told me no it wasnt his responsibility asked if I had a warranty knowing they did not sell with warranty or even offer extended warranty...but all in the same breath Ivan says oh i only knew it needed lifters replaced never once mentioned this during purchase of car when i asked about the odd sound...blaming it on not being started in a while smh...all in all this is a learning experience but also a tough hit for a single mother like myself just trying to make ends meet...if you are buying from a used dealer please take someone who knows about cars or get it checked out BEFORE signing anything because people arent as honest as you hope they will be....

DO NOT BUY A CAR FEOM THEM WITHOUT AN UNBIAS 3rd PARTY MECHANICS CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH. My wife made the mistake of taking them at their word on the condition of the car. I understand used cars are sold ‘as is’ but the 1st week the sunroof was leaking water, the battery needed changing and they told us it had a new timing chain and water pump, BUT, 2 months after purchase, the timing chain broke and seized up the engine!! The owner did nothing but defend himself on the phone, zero accountability and my wife is out 5k.We’re alright, we’ll bounce back!:) but it’s must be sad and unfortunate to have their Karma~

They sold me a bad car . How you gonna sell something as it is and don’t make sure it’s in good condition and then head the mind to sell it for 7000 I got a car from them only for 3 months now and not once in those 3 months that I didn’t have a problem with the car and at this point the car is no longer driving .I’m so so upset with myself for going to them with my business. I won’t not recommend this dealership to anyone take your money somewhere else.

Car was possibly a vary good deal IF they make good and tow it back and fix ignition. On Thursday.
