Usually buying a car is a long boring process. Well not so much at Sunset. My Salesman Greg was great and so were the finance and the owner, they made it fun, or at least not so boring and not stressful at all. I have had my vehicle for 6 weeks and I still love it and it is running great thanks Greg for everything.

The owners brother lied to our faces. Said they would fix anything that went wrong with the van. They wouldn’t answer the phone when my brother called. They aren’t going to fix the stereo, back up camera or the door that’s filling up with water. Now, we find out they didn’t put the paperwork thru for the license plates and the temp pass expires in 3 days. They lie and cheat.

The sales Rep. was good. I got the deal I asked for. In the contract I was suppose to get the tires that came off my trade-in. I did not get the tires off my trade-in when I drop off my car that morning. I waited from 8am until 4pm to change tires. The tires I got on now are the same name brand, but a different (series) tire. I believe in a handshake and your word in the same as a signature on paper. I received all three and was not honored. Be a retired law enforcement officer, a disabled veteran and senior citizen meant I wouldnt be taken advantage of. Remember, your word is how you build a reputation and relationship with a customer. Your maintenance department need to understand what that is and not go against your word and handshake with a contract signed

Simon was patient with me. Answered my questions, replied in a timely manner via email or text messages. The paperwork was ready when I arrived and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I had asked to have fuel tank filled, but that request was ignored but I dont hold the salesman responsible. Would have been nice to have a full tank. Still need to pick up my 2nd key but all in all pleasant experience. Being a little upside down in my trade, Simon was able to get me the most vs everyone else I talked to. So I do appreciate that.

Anthony and John are great to work with! I originally went to take a look at a Lexus RX but was sold when I had chance to look it. But I saw an Acura MDX which I liked even better, which Anthony worked with me over several days to get a deal done (by email & texting). While waiting for my flight out of town for SB weekend, he made me an offer that I gladly accepted. When I returned home a few days later I signed the papers to get my MDX! Then John (finance guru) got me great financing terms that night, however he said he would talk to some of the other banks the next morning since it was late in the evening. So the next day when I returned to drop off my deposit, he said the credit union offered me a better financing deal than the bank last night. It was a much lower interest rate and lower payments, which the first offer was pretty good in itself!There was none of the typical car sales shell game where they try to beat you down over several hours to make a deal. Sunset Cars does NOT play that kind of game! I mostly texted Anthony with what kind of deal I was looking for and I told him what kind of financing I would like to get. Which Anthony and John exceeded my expectations in both aspects.And the MDX is in great condition and runs smoothly. Be careful while buying with sunset cars,if you can have a mechanic to check the car before closing the deal,I bought a car with them and within no time I started having mechanical issue,they refused to take the car back and John was extremely rude.

I have to say this was probably one of the quickest and the least painful car buying experiences I’ve had. And when you have kids that’s kind of a huge deal! More so because I had my children and 2 dogs with me and they were very patient! It was really pretty quick and they were really respectful. Probably one of the biggest things I appreciated was not being rushed and pushed into a car I wasn’t sure of. To be honest when I first looked at the car it was the exact car I wanted but I wanted to look at a couple so I actually looked at my car and then went somewhere else and looked at another one and usually you’d have salesmen obnoxiously calling and asking when your coming back and just trying to get a car sold. I was not at all impressed with the other car so I went back for the one I really liked and like I said they made it an easy painless experience. I don’t review things almost ever so the fact that I’m writing this review should speak volumes! Thanks guys!!

Great place to buy a car! process was fast and easy going, I called and spoke to a salesman- Javier I told him a little about my credit and how much down I am working with, he advised me to fill a application online so I did, and right away he called me once they received it and gave me several options of vehicles they had on the lot that they could work with, but because it was late in the evening hours and the banks were closed he was going to submit one of the Vehicle’s I was interested in and contact me the next day. Javier called me the next Day like he said he would at work and said they could get me in The vehicle I wanted, long story short I ended up in another vehicle I liked BMW 335xi AWD Twin Turbo That I am truly happy with! John in the Finance department was also great to work with easy going. The same night I had something go wrong with the rear passenger window, I took my car to them the next day and they fixed it the next following day right away with no hassle! I most definitely Was pleased with the service and experience here, and the staff here is chill and they make you feel comfortable, This place is where you need to get your next vehicle if your looking for a smooth transition in financing your next vehicle.

Bought my son’s first car at Sunset Cars of Auburn with Anthony and Simon. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions. Showed me the Carfax and were able to fix a tire pressure sensor light that I noticed during the test drive with no issue. Even delivered the car to my home in Snoqualmie.
