My experience at this store was horrible. I came here to return an item that I had bought and no longer wanted. An employee by the name of Wendy came over to assist. I gave her the items and stated that I would like to return them. She then asked for my receipt so I showed her my e-receipt that I was sent from Zales and she proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t use it because it was not a receipt. She asked for my phone number and said the transaction was no pulling up. Then told me that she would have to find another way to look up the transaction because I didn’t have a barcode. I informed Wendy that the receipt did indeed have a bar code at the bottom. Wendy appeared irritated with me for some reason. She asked to see the e-receipt again and after scanning the bar code (which she was insisting I didn’t have) she was able to pull up the transaction. Wendy asked to see my card and said the refund had been placed on the card. I informed Wendy that my receipt states that I paid a portion in cash and a portion on my card and that should be the manner in which I was to be refunded. She rudely cut me off and said that my e-receipt didn’t state that. Again, I showed her the e-receipt to validate what I was telling her. She proceed to wave her eyeglasses in my face and say “I know what I saw and there’s nothing I can do, everything is going back on your card”. For one, there was no reason for her to raise her voice. Two, she absolutely should not for any reason start waving her glasses in my face. Three, she never read the e-receipt because she said that she needed a paper receipt for the return. It looks to me that Wendy has a very bad attitude and clearly was not in the mood to deal with any customers today. She is unprofessional, rude, careless, aggressive, lacked understanding, has a terrible attitude and customer service clearly does not mean anything to her because she definitely failed to provide that.
A LIFETIME warranty is NOT a LIFETIME warranty if a company voids the lifetime portion when said company fails in repairing something that they insured causing need for replacement.Shop on Amazon, it’s cheaper for just as good of quality and the company won’t lie and claim a “lifetime” warranty.

My partner and I stopped by Zales and all the other jewelry stores in the mall to browse wedding bands. Out of all our visits, Moshell provided the best customer service. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us a few options, instead of telling us we had low-tier preferences (like another jeweler nearby). She even cleaned my engagement ring so I could see its brilliance next to the bands I was trying on.The only complaint I have is that the lighting from the display makes it challenging to take photos of the rings in true colors. You have to shift away from the light for colors to capture well.All in all- good selection, standard prices, and great customer service experience.
Sharon is the sweetest and most knowledgeable associate I have ever met at a Zales store. She turned our terrible day into a beautiful one. My husband and I lost his ring that morning. I was tearful and he was unhappy about it but more upset that I was taking it so badly. Sharon helped us to pick out the exact replica and even called our NY store to verify a few things. She is the absolute best! Thank you Sharon for being a beautiful person. PS: You give the best hugs! You are appreciated.

I went into the Zales store at Cumberland Mall on September 10th and I had a wonderful experience. I went in to exchange my ring that I wasnt totally pleased with after having a HORRIBLE experience at the Zales store at Arbor Place Mall about 2 weeks prior to. The sales rep Ebony was so pleasant and helpful. She worked with me and made sure that I left out of the store completely satisfied. Thank you Ebony for your help and your wonderful customer service.
Tiffany is a horrible sales associate. I purchased a ring from this location after being assured by Tiffany that the ring could be resized. Shortly after I leave the store, I receive a voicemail from her stating that she just found out that the ring couldnt be resized. I called her back wanting to know what other options I had and not only was she rude, but she hung up on me without good reason. I called back several times and still no answer. After calling several times, she finally answers and does not bother to apologize. She kept defending herself and how she wasnt aware that the ring couldnt be resized. Its her job to ensure this prior to assuring me that this could be done, especially since she knew I was on a time crunch and needed the ring ASAP. Her attitude and behavior was completely unacceptable and she should be fired.
The store manager Sharon is awesome!! She changed a bad situation into a very positive experience for me and I am grateful. She is kind and professional and will get the job done!
Normally I love Zales. I have bought both of my Bridal Sets from Zales but today I walked into a Zales store in the Atlanta Area and had a horrible experience with Representative there. I was very shocked because the I always deal with the Manager at this particular store and I love her Customer Service skills. Her name is Ms. Sharon and I always request her. There are some other reps that are very nice and helpful too like Ms. Tiffani. I have two horrible encounters with a Rep name David at this particular store. i have been to several Zales stores and I have never had the awful service with any of the Reps like I had with this particular store. As soon as I walked in and began to explain my situation with a ring that I purchased, he immediately began to be negative, he wasnt helpful at all and he was very snappy with a bad attitude. I purchased an extra band to go with my new Bridal Set (that I am in love with from Zales) and within 2 days a diamond fell out, I began to read the reviews for the band online and the reviews were horrible. The ring was a poor quality ring and some custmer said after the repairs anoher diamond fell out. I knew immediately that I didnt want to keep the band, so I called customer service and they told me to go into the nearest store and they would be able to assist me. I went into the store and met with this Rep David for the first time and he was not helpful. He immediately begin to tell me what he could not do and I need to go back to the Zales I purchased the ring from and come back tomorrow when the Manager is here. I told him the drive is not convient for me and I come when I able because this is the location that I love because they are usually helpful, but everyone still was except for this guy.So, I came back today when I was able and once again the Manager wasnt on and David or Dave ( not sure about his exact name ) was the only Rep available and once again he was very rude and negative and not willing to help. Even the other 2 female Reps were just telling to try and assist and be helpful and listen to the Customer and he snapped and Ms. Tiffani and told her not to talk to him that way. Another Rep clocked in and told him to just call the Zales location where the ring was purchased and they can easily give you what you need to assist the customer bet he didnt want to once again he told me once again to come back when the Manager is in and Im not an Employee so I dont know hhe Manager schedule and Idont understand why Employees are working at a store by themselves if they are not able to help a customer without a Manager. I am very upset as a customer and I have been a Zales Customer since 2013 but after these experience at my favorite locations, I think its finally time to choose another Jeweler. I recommend all my friends and they have purchased from this store to but the one that has recently purchased her bridal set from her because I referred her was on the phone was me and witnessed the whole thing and the bad customer service. I never really write bad reviews but after this experience I just had too. To all Zales customers if you can avoid this particular location please do and if you cant then just avoid the Rep David. Ive never been treated this way at any store or customer service establishment and I dont want anyone else to feel theme way I felt then I left this store today.
