This is my favorite jewelry store of all times always have good deals and unique stuff
I ordered a ring and patiently waited two weeks for it to come back only to have it be incorrect. I was told if the ring was incorrect before leaving the store with my initial purchase that they would do all they could to make sure I was satisfied. However, when I I went to pick up my ring and altered the associate that it was incorrect I was told everyone makes mistakes and all they could do was resend it to the jeweler and have me wait another week for pick up. I requested a full refund due to the inconvenience but that was denied. Per the associate all the other work requested was correct therefore she could only refund what was not completed. I did not pay a deposit for the work but the entire cost therefore I expected what I paid for to be done. Yet I was called to pickup a ring that was incorrect. It’s terrible that this company does not provide options to help customers when they are erroneous beyond what they want to do and not what is best for the customer at the time.

I went in to get my 20 year old engagement ring inspected and they caught that the diamond had chipped. I had the jewelry protection plan and got it inspected regularly, so they replaced the diamond for free.
They knew just what to do to repair my wedding set, and the price was good.

I love this company. All of my jewelry has come from them over the last 7 or 8 years. They have good quality pieces and the insurance makes it easy if something gets broken or damaged.
Would be a 5 but the great representative I had, called a gentleman over, who I presume was the manager. This guy was knowledgeable, but seemed to be very desperate for a sale. I prefer the no hagle approach. Probably go to another location.
The shopping experience was truly a great one! On the rare occasion that I go to a jewelry store, I want top tier customer service! Mrs. Singleton was an exemplary example of what customer service should be! I will definitely return to this specific location to see her, she was fantastic! When I wanted to surprise my wife with a new upgraded wedding set for our anniversary, I was lost but Mrs. Sanquita Singleton saved my life. Her knowledge professionalism was second to none. I was in your Cumberland Atlanta Store today and wanted to complimentan employee name David.David is very knowledgeable,courteous and Helpful.I highly recommend you ask for him.
Horrible. It doesn’t even deserve one star. I went in December to get rings for my wedding, mine fit perfectly while my husband wanted something they didn’t have in display. We made a custom order while my husband went to get something from the car because I asked if I could have his ring engraved. The entire process was rushed even tho we purchased a similar ring for him to wear at the wedding and we’d return it as soon as his custom made ring was done. Custom rings should only take 6-8 weeks to make and they may take more if the ring is complicated. There was nothing complicated about our order and we were very descriptive when we asked for what we wanted. But of course how can you do what we wanted when you didn’t even take down notes. Anyways. We are an Army Family so we got stationed in Alaska IN MARCH. Still we tried to get ahold of the person who sold us the ring and there was always an excuse and they would lie about leaving messages and would almost never answer the phone. Fast forward to May, we “received” the ring that was sent to the store in Alaska and it doesn’t have anything engraved and it’s the wrong size. Not only that but it’s completely scratched on the inside and dirty. Thankfully the people at the Kay Jewelers here helped us out with our ring so that we are happy with the product which we were paying for since December and is still not in our possession. Yes. We are STILL waiting and CONTINUING TO PAY for something WE DONT EVEN HAVE. This store is completely unprofessional and irresponsible and did not own up to what they did and did not even let us return the ring saying that they couldn’t because it was “engraved”. I’m glad the Kay Jewelers here care about helping people and aren’t trying to take your money in exchange for low quality products. I wouldn’t recommend the Kay Jewelers at this location to anyone. Also we did call corporate and they were no help, they told us that we had to fix things with the store. I don’t think I’ll ever be purchasing anything else from Kay Jewelers.
I am so happy I decided to walk in. I was greeted pleasantly as soon as I came in by San. From there, she took her time catering to me and making sure I left happy. I loved her energy and realness. Come see San and she will make sure you are taken care of. Dont worry about your situation because she makes it possible. The other jewelers going to have to step it up bc she got it all covered.
This store has the worst customer service ever! I was cut off every time I tried to explain my situation. The representative talked all over me. She then said that to get the store location to just call her. At this point I have no idea whether my ring has been shipped or not.
In consideration looking for a gold bracelet for my girlfriend, this store has been marvelous and San has been exceptional when i was lost looking for the right bracelet and she knows her product like the back of her hand! Definitely coming back, possibly for a wedding ring!

Wont ever come back, and wouldnt suggest them. I went to several retail jewlers today and this one by far was the worst. The jewler new less about the items she was trying to sell than I did doing a couple hours of research before coming in and when I told her exactly what I wanted she looked at me as if I couldnt afford it and told me they dont sell diamonds like that here because quality between VS1 and IF arent that big of a difference. I thanked her for her time and left promptly. I wouldnt even purchase such an expensive product from someone who knows nothing about their products, is so off-putting and someone who is judging me from the second I walked in. Between my visits to all stores, I see why the online retailers state the retail stores arent even in competition. Lower quality merchandise and untrained staff backed by a warranty process that I only see complaints about online. No thanks.
DONT BUY ANY DIAMONDS FROM HERE!!! My fiance bought my engagement ring from here April 2017, the center diamond has fallen out 2xs in 2 different rings. The 2nd ring is now out for repairs, at this point I just want my fiance s money back but, Kay instead wants to give me the same defected ring and tell me just to wear it & see if the diamond falls out again. That is the CRAZIEST thing I have ever heard we have owned the ring for 6 months but I have only worn it for 3 months & I am getting married in 4 months & have no ring or repair date & Kay could care less.. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST RIP OFF!!

San Recently helped me with the purchase of my ENGAGEMENT RING :0 !!! I was soooo nervous and couldnt decide on a ring for my now wife. After a couple of days and plenty of talks on the phone, I sent her my 3 best options and she was so excited about one in particular. She told me that one, was THE ONE! Well needless to say, I took her advice and my WIFE LOVED IT!!!! San KNOWS RINGS and she KNOWS women!!! Lol.The propasal went perfect and my wife loves her ring a year later. What a win! This has been one of the WORST customer services experiences I have had in my life, and I am really not exaggerating. I went to Kay Jewelers at Cumberland Mall in Georgia, address 1148 Cumberland Mall SESte. 1376Atlanta, GA 30339. My Fiance and I went to pick out our wedding bands. We ended up purchasing three bands, and proceeded to get my two bands, and his band sized, along with a deep cleaning of my engagement ring. I was promised my engagement ring cleaning was going to be done by September 18th, my two wedding bands would be done on September 23rd, and my Fiances wedding band was going to be done October 15th because they had to customer make a new ring because they couldnt go down in size. When September 18th came, I had to call several ties, only to be told my engagement ring wasnt going to be completed. I had to keep telling the customer service person, Dee, that I was promised to get my ring back, as it was my bridal shower weekend and I needed it for the party. They complied, reluctantly.When I went to pick up my engagement ring, I was given all 4 rings back. I was very confused, especially because my fiances ring was suppose to take another two weeks but we had it. It turns out, they never took the ring down to his size, so on September 23rd he went back and got resized. The paperwork reflected that we would get his ring back on October 15th.On September 29th, I received a call from Dee saying that this ring was a customer order and that because they cannot size the ring down, they have to send it back and make a new one. At this point, I was very frustrated, this was the third time something happened but I decided to let it go. The new pickup date was October 20th.I picked up his ring on October 20th, thinking this time would be the last but this was the WORST time. They sized the ring at a size 6. My fiance is a 32 year old man who is 58. I told the attendant there is no way that this was correct. I was infuriated at yet another error. Not only was she completely and utterly unhelpful, she was also rude and completely unprofessional.I cannot express fully my outrage that it is now going to be going on 2 months when all we wanted was to size this down. My wedding is 2 weeks away and my future husband doesnt even have his wedding band that I paid for in full already.STAY AWAY - STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

KAY JEWLERS is a rip off. My husband and I had an account for over six years and they closed it for no reason. I called the customer service in home office they are all clueless as to how the fair credit reporting act requires them to handle themselves as an credit granting entity. We will never purchased any other jewelry from K jewelers ever. Plus we filing a complaint with the fair credit reporting agency.

DO NOT TRUST KAYS. THEY SELL LOW QUALITY DIAMONDS...THEY SOLD ME A DIAMOND THAT WAS RATED TWO LEVELS HIGHER THAN IT REALLY WAS....I WAS CHARGED 8,000 for a ring that was worth only 1,000....DONT GET CAUGHT UP IN THEIR JEWELRY SCAM!!!
I had the worst over the phone experience, i asked the lady about getting a Diamond fixed and she got a little attitude for no reason and once i said okay thank you ill drop it off later today he just hung up, no way in hell am i dropping it off now
