I had some issues with this place in getting my open face. When I got it it kept popping off, then ended up cracking. It was poor quality..very thin and poor fitment. After going back n forth with several issues over the phone. I must say the owner really did me right. He is the best!! Customer service is horrible at the store, you never get called back on info like they say they would, but thank goodness for him. Open face is REAL, had it tested by a local jeweler just to make sure. Its way better quality, and fits perfect!! Although I had issues, I will go back.

Came all the way from Columbus, GA & got that 6 piece 10k for $390. Add an extra $100 for same day service. I got there about 2:20 & they were done right at closing. They had to lock me in the store lol. The grill looks nice but the cuts could have been better.

I traveled to this place all star weekend got fitted for my fangs paid for same day, was not ready before they closed I had to get it mailed it didnt fit so I called told them they let me come back and get fitted again said it will be ready was not ready got it mailed again still doesnt fit.. I ordered a ring all star weekend also have yet to receive it and I cant get anyone to answer the phone when I call to talk to someone continue to get Voice mail. WASTE MONEY

Best place to buy my grills they fit perfect every time I’ve gotten 3 sets and will continue to drive all the way to Atlanta to get them custom made last set gas to be mailed to me and everything came exactly when they said they would. I normally don’t do reviews but I have to s/o this place!!!!!

This is the worse place to go very unprofessional my friend went there to get a grill the girl only got one impression called the next day before they were about to close to say that we had to drive all the way back to Atlanta and by the way we’re from Alabama to do his remold again that she messed up on her end no apologies no discount no nothing we went back they told us he would receive it Thurs it is now sat so I called she said the girl didn’t overnight like she was supposed to still no apology and I can’t ever speak to the manager to save you the hassle go somewhere else this place is not even worth it

Dont, I repeat, Do Not Go there for permanent gold grill. Chains and rings are okay. But permanent grill is a no no. I went there to get 12 and 9 popped out the next day. They chipped off some of my tooth when I went to get them redone. And didnt offer anything but a Im sorry. I told them to call Ceddy about chipping some of my tooth off and they said they cant reach him.smh. Sad. I would have took it to a legal matter but thats not my style. Hopefully theyll get better.

I went and got my grill done here a week ago. I paid 160 for 6 bottom yellow gold. I still have not received my grill. It was supposed to be sent the next day. I still have no grill. I will never do business here again. I drove 4 hours and didnt receive my grill in a timely manner. Ive been told 3 different stories about my grill since purchase but no evidence of it coming until i got a tracking number today because they JUST sent it off after calling from Feb.01 til this afternoon.

Came up here with my own grill that was broken 8 solid golds. I asked them to repair the golds and asked them to add two extra teeth to make it a solid ten for my bottom. Paid for my ten at the top started calling then received the run around for about a week. When I paid for an overnight fee of my golds to be delivered the next day. Received my golds just for the top not the bottom. No response from the owner tried calling on instagram and personal cell phones. This business is beyond dis functional and no one here has any knowledge of the when I was to receive my package or how long it was going to take. These people run a business of everyone having amnesia and theyre incompetent of doing their job it’s outrageous this is terrible. I was told I would receive my overnight fee and have yet to receive that.

The only reason im giving at least a two star is because the ladies at the counter are super nice. but i paid $700 for a name plate, for it to come in a whole week late, just for it to be WRONG. completely wrong. so now, im forced to wait another TWO WEEKS for them to remake my name plate, that ive already waited 2.5 weeks for, and paid in full. im going out of town this weekend and got the necklace as a surprise for someone else who wont even get it now, until who knows the next time i see them.

I came from Florida to come get my grill done. Reading & listening is fundamental!!! Although I got a lower karat grill, I keep up my grill like I paid bands for it. They say not to smoke & eat in the lower karat so I don’t and haven’t had any problems. The grill fits great & the team was helpful and honest. They were busy when I came in but they got me in and out quick. I came in right at the same day cut off time & still got my time the same night. Drove 4 hours to get a PERMANENT grill. After throughly following the instructions 1 tooth came out 2 hours otw back home. Another whileni was eating. Another 1 just now while I was flossing. How many teeth i can get for $600

Went in here for 6 top gold, simple slugs. $180 for cheap 8k gold, which will tarnish while in your mouth within an hour or two, eventually turning black. 10k gold for six teeth starts around $300, while most reputable online molders charge around $200 for 10k, including molding.High price aside, when I got my set from them the right front tooth had a sizable hole in it, all the way through. It was right on the front of the set, no way a jeweler could miss it. Cant believe the molder didnt fix this before sending them into the store. After waiting in midtown traffic for an hour to get down there I had to give them back, and come back the next day, which meant another 2hr round trip.The second time I recieved my set the hole had been fixed, but with a darker rose colored gold, so now you can see the darker dot on the tooth. Also the line coming from between the teeth do not connect to the bottom, making the teeth look like a solid piece of gold, and not individual teeth.In all, I wouldnt get any more work here. Low quality gold for 10k prices. Craftsmanship is off as well.

It is the worst service Ive ever gotten being a tourist. I went to get grillz for my birthday and ordered six bottoms, six hours later They only made 4. I was frustrated because they wanted me to come back and it was my last day in Atlanta. I told them to send it and I will send the 4 back. One week goes by they forget my order when I saw them take down my information. I call and they show they had them and would send them that Monday. Heres Friday. No grillz in the mail or no answer when I call. Next trip Im going to my asian connection on Peachtree Ave.
