In my time of need I decided to pawn some jewelry to get the extra cash i needed for a few months. After shopping around to several pawn brokers (who treated me dismissively and offered a small loan amount with interest rates from 20-30%). To say the least i was discouraged. The last place i tried was REGAL CAPITAL LENDERS. I didnt think they would be any different but i was wrong!! They gave me a MORE than i thought i could get for my items, a VERY REASONABLE INTEREST RATE (about 10%!!), and their customer service was EXCELLENT. This will be the only place i go if i am ever in the need for a short-term loan, and i plan yo tell everyone i know!! I wanted to get a loan on my Cannon 5D Mark IV with 4 lenses. Every other place I went had no idea how to value these items and gave me ridiculous quotes. Regal not only knew the quality of my items and offered me amazing quote, they also worked with me on the interest rate!!!!!! No other store even entertained the thought of a lower rate when I asked them. Thank you Regal Capital, you bailed me out of a serious jam!

Told me over the phone they couldnt tell me how much they would offer for my piano. Even though I adequately provided all details necessary. They said we have to test it before we can make an offer. I drive there. All they do is make me a low ball offer. They asked me does it work. And then went and looked up a price. These people are simply baiting you into spending your time so that you can feel more obliged to take their ridiculous offers. Steer clear. Plenty of better places to work with.

My mother recently bought me a ring for my birthday. I really needed some extra cash, so I took it to Regal Capital Lenders. They examined the ring and gave me a very fair price. I pawned it and got a loan to help me with the bills. After I paid off the loan, they returned the ring to me in the same condition it was in when I gave it to them. I put a down payment on a piece of jewelry a couple years ago. Decided a week or so later that I did not want to make the purchase. Theyve offered a credit instead of a refund. I was ok with that due to them having nice pieces of jewelry. Well, after over 2 years they claim they STILL do not have anything worth purchasing. Mind you this is thousands of dollars. Im demanding my money back or I will pursue filling a claim.

Let me first say that these folks are not very open and straight forward and can be very critical of the items you bring them, and find a way to not give you a loan for the actual value of the item or items you bring to them. I was given a loan with a 15% interest in a time of need of extra cash for an emergency, and here they are running all ver town placing flyers on vehicles advertising a much lower rate of 5%, of which one of those cars happen to be mine. If you happen to not read the fine print on said flyer, you would miss that the actual percentage rate you would be given on your loan is a percentage higher.I find this to be very deceptive and not very open and transperant, not to mention the old bait and switch tactic. And if you happen be late a couple of days with your payment, they waste no time in tacking on the next months percentage rate and your late fee, with hopes that you cant catch up on your payment so they can place it in thier store and sell it off for a much higher price than the loan they offered you.I strongly suggest you shop around and find a good lender with a percentage rate no higher than 6% when you are in need of some extra cash for that unexpected moment your facing. And ensure that the the lender is not a store owner, just a lender that is transparent and very open like the one i found just down the street from these guys. This way you you will not have to be worried about them selling your items if your a little late with your repayment, which can happen.
