GELLER not only provide great buys on all kinds of jewelry and watches but back that up with after sale service. They go beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. They recently removed and cleaned a bracelet I had not taken off in 20 plus years.Why would you go anywhere else?

I had a great experience at D. Geller & Son! I went in without an appointment for soldering my wedding rings (which I bought elsewhere). They were able to do the job fast, with good quality workmanship, and at a reasonable price. Their customer service team is friendly and professional. What an experience, we were out looking for my wedding ring and D.Geller & Son was first on my list. We walk in and the greetings were so warm and here comes Roberta. She ask what was the occasion. We replied “a wedding ring. Roberta said let me walk you through our selections. From there she let us take our time in choosing what we wanted that was perfect for me. We even told her our story and in the end we found it. Just perfect, that was in January on the 9th. We put the ring on layaway and made payments until July 31 2021. This was the day I walked out of the store with my ring on my finger. Carlton re proposed to me in store down on one knee, bringing tears to my eyes. Steven and Roberta rejoiced in our happiness and wished us all the best. All the associates have been very courteous and pleasant every time we come to pay even when our payments were made over the phone. This was the Akers mill location. My husband and I went to this shop to find our wedding bands. They were able to work with my husband to find his perfect band, they helped me design a special custom band to fit my ring AND they even cleaned my engagement ring while we were shopping. We were so, so pleased with how our rings turned out, and they cleaned and tightened the center stone on my engagement ring (which we didnt get from them) to make sure it was perfect for our big day. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, they didnt try to haggle or upsell with us. The prices were fair and the products were beautiful! We would definitely recommend this store!

Francesca Garcia was stellar and so helpful in our resizing experience. She went above and beyond to help us in getting us a good price. She also invested her time in giving us so many options in looking at mens bands. She was also very pleasantly conversational and really made us feel welcome and appreciated. The pricing is middle of the road but the service apparently top notch and so we felt like we got great value! 10/10, would recommend!

We went to a different jewelry store before walking into D Geller and was the experience night and day better here! Their staff (Tiffany, Haley & Stephen) were all wonderful to work with. They helped me design a custom engagement ring for my fiancé and also picked our our wedding bands. There was a snafu on the engagement ring when it was made in yellow instead of white gold, but they immediately owned up to the mistake, got it remade in less than a week and even offered to provide a stand-in ring if I needed one. Stephen Torres is one of the kindest, caring, professional and knowledgeable employees of D.Geller & Sons!! My family has been a customer of D.Geller & Sons for 20+ years and have always had very positive experiences at all of your locations. However, over the past several months, working with Stephen, has surpassed our experiences in a very positive way. Our first experience interacting with Stephen was a couple days after Christmas, 2020. My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and upgraded our rings earlier that year. In the process, we decided to take all of my original wedding ring diamonds and design a pendant so that our original, sentimental diamonds would continue to be worn in a newer way. It turned out gorgeous! I received it as a gift on Christmas. Unfortunately, after only 2 days, the necklace broke and we took it in for repair to the Kennesaw location. Because it was brand new and quite sentimental to us, we desired to fix it right away. The Kennesaw location did not have a jeweler on site that day. The sales person called the Akers Mill location and the manager, Stephen Torres, said he would stay late and fix it for us while we waited at his location. We drove immediately there and were so pleased with Stephen’s willingness to help us expedite our job and go the extra mile for customers he had never even met before! Fast forward to May of 21. We decided to purchase a diamond double wedding band to accompany my new, unique infinity engagement ring. We loved the look but I started having issues with diamonds coming loose from my engagement ring. We remembered how good our experience was dealing with Stephen so we drove the extra distance to work with him again. He assisted in getting the stone replaced and resized the ring to my optimum comfort. We later decided we wanted to join all of the bands together and Stephen suggested a design that we loved and he facilitated that work as well. It turned out STUNNING!! I cannot speak higher of Stephen as a person and as an employee! He has become a friend to us and he is the ONLY jeweler we will use going forward. He is so honest, trustworthy and truly works to please his customers first and foremost. I wish there were more Stephen Torres’ in the world of retail out there. I went in to get my ring cut off my finger, It had been stuck on for years. Tiff greeted me at the door she was very friendly and professional there was no jeweler in the store but Tiff talked to her manager Steven and he offered to take a look at my finger to see if he could take it off. Went into the Smyrna location and could not have asked for a better all around experience with Jennifer. She covered all of the little things like communication around the clock and attention to the details you don’t want to have to worry about when making such a big purchase. It took some time to pick out the perfect ring, but Jennifer walked me step by step and even made some logistical miracles to find me the perfect diamond. I had honestly the easiest time shopping here, everyone was so nice and Jennifer was beyond incredible helping me find something nice. Very thankful!

I am posting as a cautionary tale to others. This store has an amazing selection of jewelry and the staff is lovely. However, I had an unfortunate and costly situation arise from this location. I stopped in to have the watch battery changed on my womens Omega Constellation watch. It was done quickly while I looked over jewelry and my daughter chatted up the staff. This was the first battery change for the watch. Instead of sending an authorized service center like I should have, I mistakenly assumed it wouldn’t be a big deal to have it done at D.Geller. While in the hospital shower (my toddler had open heart surgery) I noticed fog in the watch dial. I took the watch off to let it dry out overnight and when I picked it up again the next day to put in the hospital safe — the back of the watch fell OFF! How does that happen? It had stopped keeping time. The only explanation is that the screws were either not all put back in or they weren’t tightened correctly. The only person that ever touched the watch besides myself was D. Geller. I just got around to sending it off to a certified Omega repair in Florida. Repairs are costing over $500. If you have a nice watch you love, please send it in to the appropriate service center and not to a jewelry shop. The carelessness of whoever worked on my Omega has me out over $500.

My now fiancé and I went to DGS on March 30, 2019. They were running a promotion 60 months free financing which I thought was too good to be true. Turned out it was. First of all my center stone is 2.04 carats and the band is 1.32 carats. It was the price of a vehicle but my fiancé thought I was worth it of course. A week and a half later, I saw what appeared to be a crack in the center stone. I was not only shocked but very upset. We took time off work the next day after noticing it to go back to DGS. The rep there cleaned it and stated that it was an interior flaw which I certainly do not believe because with my eye I can see a crack on the flat edge of the diamond at the top. He also stated it was there when we got it which was also untrue because I would have noticed it. He said he could replace it with a one and a half carat for the same price or we could upgrade to a better quality (same size) for more money. He made it out to seem like we were not as important as a paying customer because we took advantage of the free financing. I walked out with the same diamond in the ring because he didn’t have one of the same value. NOT HAPPY!!! You would think that with DGS being in business for so long that they would have done what they could to have me walk out of the store proud to wear their jewels. Didn’t happen! And we drove over an hour to go there! Whether we took advantage of free financing or not!! Regardless we are paying for it! Lesson learned! Oh and the center stone by itself was over $10K! I guess I get what I get for not being a “paying” customer! Thanks DGS!

Ela made this process extremely smooth. I went in to D. Geller expecting just to look around as I did with 4 different shops over a 6 month span. Ela helped me out by 1st listening to what ring I was looking for. She then asked me a few questions and then pointed me in the direction of rings. It was exactly what I was looking for!!! The entire staff was friendly. My fiancée was very happy with the purchase. As stated before, I went to 4 different shops before and her great customer service was the deciding factor. Brittany, in my opinion, is one of THE best people I’ve ever dealt with in a retail atmosphere. While I rarely review, my experience with Stephen and Brittany was exceptional. My soon to be fiance and I arrived a half hour before closing on a Thursday evening. Stephen did an exceptional job listening and reading our likes and dislikes. I have been in business 35 years, only once have I met someone (a seasoned Police Chief) who could read people as well as Stephen. It was also apparent the respect they carried for Mr Geller that translated into their personal leadership in their work. Brittany did a great job when I returned alone to pick the center Stone and later to pick up. It is heart warming to see a business work on the core foundations of values, care, and trust. I now live in California and still buy jewelry from D Geller. Stephen always makes sure my items are insured and shipped directly to me. Can’t beat the service here!!

My husband bought me a 3.2 carat diamond tennis bracelet in Dec.18, and the clasp kept catching on to my clothes. D Geller also gave us an appraisal of $3,200, and when I tried to exchange the bracelet 6 months later with the appraisal in hand, the store manager refused to honor the appraisal value towards another bracelet. She said the appraisal was for insurance purposes - but we paid $3,200 also. Its just bad business to not honor ones own appraisal just 6 months later. Dont diamonds go up in value and what did D Geller have to gain refusing the exchange? They lost really because I wont buy from there again. And I planned to get a diamond necklace too that day...…..The statement below is not entirely correct. You certainly could have inspected the bracelet had you asked. You did not. And I had your signed off appraisal.

My fiancé proposed but the ring was too big. We went back to D. Geller & Son to get sized and order a new ring. The process was so easy and convenient. The store manager, Stephen, was really nice and easy to talk to. He seemed to genuinely care about our history together. We just ordered the matching wedding band and are going to pick it up this weekend! I cant wait to see it!

I went to D. Geller and Son just to look at engagement rings to get a feel of what I wanted to buy my girl friend and now fiance. I didnt plan on buying anything but Kaitlyn was so nice and helpful I knew I wanted to work with her. She wasnt pushy and knew what I was looking for after explaining it to her. The first ring she showed me I knew that was the one. It was a quick process and I was thankful for that. I had to make a few payments on the ring and every time I went to the store she was there smiling and ready to help. Kaitlyn was very knowledgeable, helpful, and showed me great customer service. My fiance and I loved the experience we had at D. Geller! It started with an online chat with Candy who was sweet, knowledgeable and referred us to the store in Sandy Springs since it was the most convenient location for us. Then we walked in and were immediately greeted by friendly staff. Lauren was WONDERFUL. She was warm, friendly and got right down to business of narrowing down the overwhelming choices after listening to our wants, needs and taste. She made Adam and I feel at ease and enjoy the process. Adam and I were so impressed with EVERYONE, including the other woman who worked there and conversed with us and the friendly security guard, that we purchased our wedding bands, an extra everyday wedding band for Adam and two additional gifts for our mothers. We only stopped at one place for this important purchase and I can tell you that is all because of our initial interaction with Candy! As a date coach and matchmaker in Atlanta, I can tell you that they will definitely take care of you here. Finding your match should be the most challenging task, not purchasing the ring! If you want to feel at ease, be treated like family and end up with beautiful jewelry go to D. Geller!

This place was amazing. I walked in with my fiancée to look at rings with no real expectation that we would buy anything. Roberta greeted us as we walked in, listened to what we liked, asked about our budget, and gave us several options. We ended up picking a ring that was already put together as a set and also bought wedding bands for us both while we were there. We waited in the store to have the rings resized because they were able to do it within about 30 minutes. We were offered wine to drink while we waited and got to converse with the lovely Roberta the whole time. Stephen the floor manager brought our rings out to us along with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a care package with jewelry cleaner, lotion, and nail polish. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone should go there.

Stephen and Kaitlyn were absolutely wonderful in helping me find the perfect ring. I was not an easy customer. Id gone back and forth about a ring from another company and an in store ring from D Geller & Son. Even when I made the decision to go with the online ring, Stephen and Kaitlyn still remained helpful answering questions I had about a different ring. Well, I ended up bringing the ring in to the store once I recieved it from the online store and I wasnt as pleased as I thought (pictures are so misleading). Again Stephen was so helpful and I ended up finding the perfect ring for me in the store. I was able to return the online ring. Stephen and Kaitlyn are truly wonderful people who care about your best interest, not just making a sale. Check them out. They have great prices as well compared to most reputable jewelry companies.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at DGS! Jennifer was amazing to work with she helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t be more happy with my new ring!! We will definitely be back for future purchases with DGS and Jennifer.

Jennifer Litton at the Cobb location deserves a promotion and pay increase! My fiancé (now wife) wanted me to go out and find a wedding ring set that she would love without her being present or seeing the final product. I had an idea of what she liked but didnt know if I could deliver the wow factor she wanted. Jennifer went above and beyond to help me build a ring and my wife LOVED it! Im coming back to edit/update my review from 8 years ago. First, the location I went to when I originally published the review doesnt exist anymore. They moved locations to a nicer building/shopping center in a more desirable area of Cobb.During this visit to the new D. Geller location (isnt all that new, just new to me) I went to purchase some pearl earrings. While most of the people Ive worked with in the past at D. Geller have either retired or moved on, I worked with a new associate Lexie. For me when Im looking for jewelry Im looking to go at my own pace and not feel any pressure to purchase. Lexie picked up on this an made my experience at D. Geller just as good as my first purchase nearly 10 years ago. I would highly recommend seeking her out if you are at this location.Go visit D. Geller, I dont think you will be disappointed. Oh and my wife loves the earrings!

Jennifer was absolutely fantastic! She helped me pick out a beautiful ring for my mother, for Mothers Day. I never felt rushed or pressured to go over my budget. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Jennifer was wonderful! She helped me understand everything and answered every question I had. I had to get the engagement ring special ordered and she explained how the whole process worked and kept me up to date on where my order was at. She kept me relaxed and calm through the whole shopping and spending lots of money (especially when I was freaking out inside), I couldnt have asked for a better salesperson. Overall experience was above and beyond my expectation.
