This place is the best! I found them on Rare Carat (my husband and I had very specific wants, 2 carat lab cut emerald with E color and VS1 clarity) and after choosing my diamond, I spoke with Roger for about 30 min about the custom setting I was looking for. He worked with his amazing jeweler team to make CAD drawings and molds to make sure it was what I wanted, and within a few weeks I had the engagement ring of my dreams! In retrospect its crazy that the experience was so seamless and pleasant considering I never stepped in the store, but the team is tops. 100/10 recommend!!!

My “grand mother-in law” gifted us her first wedding ring. We met with Matthew (one of the owners) summer of 2020, he sat us down and explained the history of our diamond, the worth, and more. We got to use the special diamond and literally create our own engagement ring. I chose a very simple yellow gold band, (I’m a minimalist when it comes to jewelry) After creating/designing my special ring, I never heard another detail about it (they kept hush hush) which was awesome! When we first walked into ascot we were like this going to be too upscale for us! There was cameras and lobbies before you get to the back where the rings were. Nothing like a typical jewelry store. I visited Ascot in search for an engagement ring last fall. After visiting a few traditional jewelry stores in the Atlanta area first and having very poor experiences to say the least. At several other so called reputable jewelers I was offered inferior quality diamonds at a very outrageous price. And then I made an appointment with Ascot. The experience at Ascot was completely different. They welcome you in to the private viewing room and really try and figure out what you are looking for before showing you anything. They then show you what they have in stock that might meet your needs. In my case they were able to offer a custom ring by combining the band from one ring to the mount I liked from another ring something the other jewelers just werent able to do. And they offered customization and quality at a very fair price. I would definitely go back there for any future fine jewelry purchases!

Alison and the entire staff is very friendly and professional and make the entire process enjoyable. Their prices are good and no one tries to pressure you to buy which is a nice change of pace compared to every other store you go to. They also have the nicest facility in Atlanta by far so that is an added bonus. We have gone back several times since then and now we dont go anywhere else for jewelry. Great place to go!!!

To our surprise, Matt didnt just respond by showing us what we said we wanted. He understood the intent of what we were looking for and quickly found a band that complemented the ring perfectly.
