Let me start by saying, book now! Booking the exam was simple! I was greeted with the biggest welcome ever by Leo! It was wonderful, I’ve never felt so good after an eye exam! Everything was clean and sanitized, they have great options for men and women. I bought two new pair with my exam and spent less than I did at for one pair last year!!! They are designer frames with high end thin poly lenses, light sensitivity and transition lenses INCLUDED! I will be back and I will be sending all friends and family! Thank you so much!
Great experience for a first timer!! Great prices and staff were the calmest people I’ve come across since this virus started. Looking for a great deal I would highly suggest Eye Lab.
Unfortunately I did not have a satisfactory experience. The unkempt storefront and eye exam done by a remote optician should have been my cue that this was not for me. After waiting 3 weeks my glasses and 2 boxes contacts were incorrect. They offered to remake the order and after another 3 weeks the glasses and contacts were in but they too are not correct. I will keep the glasses since I have nothing else. I take full responsibility for not trying the contacts right away - as I do not wear them on a daily basis. Naturally, I was told the time has passed for a refund on the unopened box. I regret using my meager teacher bonus for an unusable product. I rarely publicly disparage a business as I know times are hard for us all these days. Please be sure to check out Better Business Bureau reports before spending time and money.
One of the best service I’ve ever received at a eye care establishment. The workers went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met; creatively, financially, etc. I carried my baby and someone literally held my baby, they constantly checked to make sure I was okay while waiting for my ride, etc. Thank you to each one of you and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.
My glasses were perfect and I can see clearly. Great selection of frames. Jose was very patient while I took forever choosing frames. Leo made pick up easy and was very attentive and made sure order was correct.
Fast, quality service.I have been to the Brookhaven location a couple of times and they are always so welcoming and time efficient. Jose, the manager goes above and beyond to help and make sure you are satisfied with the service and products provided! The first time I visited was during the height of the pandemic. They were able to see me really quickly and I received trials and my 6 month supply of contacts quickly. I was very pleased. Thank you. I would highly recommend.
Visited several times and finally had an official exam today. Service here is great- everyone is polite, friendly, and flexible.Getting medical services can be difficult in general- dealing with money, insurance, and health needs can be a lot for anyone. I’m glad to say this location handles and supports the customer population with patience and general kindness.
This place is a joke. I took myself & my son to get new glasses thinking I was doing something good for us. Was I in for a bad awakening ! I had progressive lens they took that away. I can’t even see up close with my glasses. I have to take them off just to barely even see the screen on my phone. Everything is more blurry. My second pair of glasses that took for ever to get I can’t even wear because the give me a headache.My son has the same issue.I called them to see what we could do. Got a call center. They advised me that I had to have resolved it 30 days from the exam. Understandable, but it took more than 30 days to get the second pair.So I requested that the lab I originally went to call me back or a supervisor so I could discuss it with a higher up. They took my number & said someone would call me with in 48 hours. Well it’s been more than 48 days & no response.I would go up there but shortly after our exam we moved 2 hours away.
Great customer service!I was long overdue for an exam and had no idea what to expect regarding price, exam (due to Pandemic) etc. I felt very comfortable. The equipment was frequently sterilized and the exam was virtual. Plus, ask for Jose! He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. When asked, Jose helped me select the best frames for my face shape and explained in detail all those extra add-ons. My appointment was at 9:05am and I was out by 10:30am only because I took a significant amount of time trying on glasses. Overall it’s a 5/5 for me. I was packing to go out of town when I realized I needed some new contacts. The time was around 4 pm. In a quick search, I found My Eye Lab that was nearby. To my surprise, I was able to book a eye exam online for the same day at 6:50. On the way to the appointment, I received a phone call from MY EYE LAB to say that although I was able to book the exam on the website, it was actually too late for them to complete as they close at 7. Luckily, I told them I was right around the corner. They let me come in thirty minutes early to take the exam and I left in a pair of new trial contacts of my updated prescription. So happy to replace those old pair of Hubble lenses that I’ve been wearing for far too long.

First off AMAZING!!!!!! Leo & Jose I love y’all!!!!! You all were so professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and PATIENT!!! This was my first time purchasing my own glasses and WOW! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! As soon as I walked through the door Leo greeted me with a warm smile! I was promptly helped to get signed in and given a tablet to do my questionnaire. After returning the tablet to Leo, I only waited 5 minutes before being called back (mind you I made the appointment 15 minutes before my appointment, so I was shook)! The eye exam itself was so cool! Technology changes so much in between my eye exams (no I don’t go like I should). But anywho, after the exam Jose helped me with my contacts and glasses selection…. He was so patient and explained all of my options for payments ( yes I’m frugal!) I no truly appreciate you guys!!! Y’all be sure to check them out 10/10!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me and my family came in for glasses. We didnt have insurance they offered us great deals. We were able to leave with contacts till our glasses get ready. I think thats wonderful Jose was able to make sure I knew how to wear them before I left

I called and made an appointment within the hour to have my glasses repaired. The person on the phone was very kind and the person repairing my glasses was very kind and professional. I was not charged a dime and I had not purchased my glasses at this facility. I gave them a thumbs up and would come back again when I am ready to buy new glasses.

My experience was good, it was my first eye exam and felt very detailed. The only issue I had was at the end when picking glasses. The way the associate sold them, she did not disclose any of the costs as we were building my package. I did not know my actual prescription cost and she was very reluctant to give me any info. She built the most expensive package and then basically said this is it. I was shocked at the cost and explained that I did not intend to spend that much money on top of having insurance. I asked what we could do to get the cost down and she was very reluctant to make any change. I had to ask for specifics to be removed and I hope that I will still have good glasses, because at that point she did not give much information regarding my requests for any of the changes. She basically just let me take over and do what I wanted. She seemed very defeated in a sense even though she was very kind, so that part was difficult. Im not sure if your staff is paid on only commission, but if so, its not right. You should pay them a decent hourly wage so that they are more inclined to give good customer service versus trying to push expensive glasses on you. People come because of affordable prices and the hope they can get nice glasses for less. I ended up with what I expected to pay in the end, I just hope I end up with good glasses.You should have your associates build the glasses with the customer and have the costs plain and clear. Let them choose together what is ok to add or go without beyond your basic prescription lenses and frame. I may consider Costco in two years when my prescription is up.

My Ray-Ban glasses fell right off my face when the screw worked loose and fell out of the hinge. I had no hope of finding it and I knew that Ray-Bans dont use standard screws. Luckily, it happened on Buford Hwy, practically right in front of Eyelab, which I had never even noticed before. The staff was amazing and was able find a screw that fit the hinge... even cleaned my glasses for me... and no charge! I will be back for my next eye exam!

Hello my name is Victoria and I am very unsatisfied and unhappy with my glasses! The customer service was very unprofessional and very poor. Well the day I came into the establishment on 07/05/2021 and when I asked for assistance with the computer tablet to fill out the information for my glasses the customer service lady told me to ask someone else thats sitting in the lobby. Then I proceeded to ask for the manager of the establishment and the customer service lady decided that shed assist me with filling out my information on the computer tablet. After about a week and a half I called to check when the glasses would be ready but when I called they repeated my correct phone number and asked me for a number and I gave my correct phone number they told me it was incorrect and ended the phone call when I was off from work I asked my daughter to see if my glasses were ready and she checked on the website and they were ready but I didnt receive any indication of the glasses being ready. So I called today on 07/24/2021 and they told me that I could come pick up my glasses so when I arrived another customer service lady told me that shell be with me in a moment, when she got to me she told me that shes not going to be able to assist me with anything such as adjustment on the glasses and I would have to come back another time due to other customers I was not able to try on the glasses before I left out the door and she put my glasses in a bag and told me to have a good day.
I went to this location today 8/25/2021, and I was skeptical. But do not judge a book by its cover!There was *one* man working the entire clinic, and he was absolutely crushing it. I regret that I didn’t ask his name, but my receipt says Clevear. I hope that’s correct. This superstar was attending to patients who needed exams, assisting customers shopping frames, and completing transactions all while making sure nobody was ignored or waiting too long.I simply needed an exam to get a new prescription for my glasses and my contact lenses- not ONCE did I feel pressured to buy anything, but this man still let me know what specials were going on in case I was interested.The exam process itself was something entirely new to me (tele-health) and was very thorough! The lab attendant (Clevear) completed the initial paperwork and measurement exams, answered all of my questions, and then led me to a room with a live doctor on a television screen. The doctor did the “which row can you read” and the “is 1 or 2 better” tests all from a remote location- with the lenses controlled the same way as they would have been in person.My exam was $90 (without insurance,) and I think that was a very fair price.I was very impressed with this entire experience and would recommend this location!

With the pandemic going on, most eye examiners are booked up months out. I found My Eyelab the morning of my visit, booked an appointment online, and was on my way within an hour. I was blown away by how great the reviews were.From the moment that I walked in, Lisa & Jose were phenomenal with the customer service! It’s rare that I leave reviews for establishments, but Lisa was engaged with me during my entire visit and I felt very welcomed. Jose was very friendly as well, and you can tell that the entire team genuinely wants to help you. I came in the expecting to just get contacts, but ended up ordering 2 pair of glasses as well!

DO NOT GO THERE. They are a bunch of cheats.Trip 1 - Eye Test. Man at the store, Jose, takes down the prescription of my existing glasses that I am wearing that are progressives. I have been been wearing progressives for 7-8 years. He insists they are single vision distance. I had just signed documents under his eye - thus implying I also use them as reading glasses but he insisted they were distance ONLY. I ignored his misogynistic dismissal of me. I wear the glasses but he *thinks* he knows better. Since he wasnt the Eye Doctor I ignored him. My mistake.Trip 2 - 2 weeks later I am told to pick up my glasses that are ready. I go there. My sun glasses are not readyTrip 3 - 3-4 days later I go there to pick up my sun glassesI cant see out of these new prescription glasses even after 2 weeks of wearing them so I order a cheaper pair online using the new prescription to test whether the prescription is bad or if its the glasses.Trip 4 - After a month of trying out the new prescriptions I go in - asking for a refund. Jose asks me which ones Ive been wearing, of the two, when I tell him - he tells me to go back and try the other pair for a week. I said if I do, you will tell me its been over a month and I cant refund you. He says no, the director will understand. I tell him it doesnt take 4 weeks to get used to new glasses. I have throbbing headaches. He tells me to come back in a weekTrip 5- A week later, I go in and tell him I want to return the glasses. Jose tells me he has an in house in person eye specialist to help. The eye specialist looks at my glasses (old and new) and determines I was given the wrong prescription. He asks me why the astigmatism is marked as so high, was I wearing Distance only glasses when I came in. I said, no, I was wearing the same glasses - progressives. I realize then that Jose had ignored me and written the wrong value for my astigmatism as he cant read eye glass prescriptions. I even overhear the specialist and Jose talking where the specialist explains that sometimes the progressives can NOT show whatever Jose deems as the mark for progressives. It is now determined that its thanks to Joses incompetence that I have bad headaches, the wrong eye glasses and no refunds. This is a Monday. The machines are not working so the in person specialist cant test my eyes and Im told to return in a day or soTrip 6 - I go in for the in person eye test, NOT telemed which is how they had tested my eyes on day 1. This time I cant see anything out of their machines. The black letters all meld into the white background. If I move over to the side, I can see the letters even without my glasses. Hazy, but I can see black letters. I keep asking if they need to turn on anything so that I may see through their computerized lens machine, the person says hes got everything on. It is determined that their machines are not going to be able to test my eyes.I am told to go to another Eye Doctor and to get a new prescription and that they will pay for the new doctors eye test. To bring back that prescription to them and that they will make new eye glasses based on that.I left all 3 pairs of glasses there. Telling the specialist to have Jose call me back as I am out of $1000 and I want a refund. If I have to go to another doctor then I see no reason to come back to them for them to mess up my eyes. Ive had throbbing headaches since March and have had to pay for another set of glasses online using the bad prescription.No one has called me in the 2 weeks since I left my three pairs of glasses there.1. This place does not respect its clients, based on how Jose wrote the wrong prescription2. They think were all idiots based on the way Jose suggests things3. Having read all the other reviews here I see that they will not return my money even for their own mistake so I have started a dispute with my credit card company regarding this business.4. In COVID-19 times, Ive had to go to their business 6 times and Im out of glasses, money, peace of mind and have bad headaches.

Does anybody get the special rate? You better read the small print!!Ask them what qualifies for the $59 special. I didnt get my glasses when promised. It took over 2 weeks. They tried to upsell me on several items to bill me $800+ dollars. All I needed was a pair of cheap glasses so when I lost or needed a spare pair. I call their offices and their system didnt have my order. I had to call 4 differen numbers to track it down, only to be told they showed shipped to stores but not delivered, call back in 2 days. Anti-reflective, transitional, glare.. blah, blah, blah... Go to Pearl Vision instead....

First time customer, my experience was exceptional. I did my eye exam the first time and the prescription trial contacts were lower than my previous prescription, which was odd. I told them I wanted to redo my eye exam because I felt I rushed through it and got eye makeup on the lense during the exam, which most likely flawed the result. They made availability for me to retake the exam right then and there, even though it was close to closing time - no questions asked. The store is very clean, I felt very safe with their Covid precautions. They clean each frame after a customer tries them on.When choosing contacts and glasses, Francesca was so patient. She stayed with me for an hour after closing time!! I tried on a ton of frames. We went through every possible price option, how they could accommodate me with my move (I am moving out of state, they can ship it). I shopped around and the service at other places didn’t even come close to my experience at My EyeLab. I felt great that I got the BEST pricing after looking around.I got my second pair of trial contacts after the new exam and felt strange about them, they felt funny. Jose the manager and another manager suggested I take a few days to let my eyes adjust, if I still wasn’t satisfied they could give me a full refund for me to get my exam elsewhere or give me store credit. I gave it about two weeks for my eyes to adjust, now things are crystal clear, I see everything so clearly.I can’t emphasize enough how kind and patient everyone was. They really listened, had my best interest in mind, was always available and accessible, flexible in providing what I wanted, I can’t rave about them enough. I understand things don’t happen perfectly, but they go out of their way to make things beyond right. They have definitely earned my trust, business, and loyalty.
