I made an appointment with CM Patel and when I finally got there after a horrible experience they had the car ready and shower it to me. I spotted another one same vehicle different year and its the one I purchased. It was smooth. No pressure ans they were willing to work with me on so many levels . This might have been the easiest car buying experience Ive ever had. We actually had a few deals lined up down in Florida where had planned to go on vacation and Kevin reached out to me and told me he would see what he could do. Got a response that he could beat the deal I had worked up. I never stepped foot in this dealership and we worked a deal completely through text and email. You usually have to fight tooth and nail to get a decent deal but I had the complete opposite experience. I got an offer for my trade in, sight unseen and had my wifes new car delivered to me 2 days later on a flat bed trailer. Signed the paper work and they took our car back. The dealership was 2 1/2 hours away. Kevin was super informative and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Even after the deal was done and car was delivered, he is still super responsive. I will definitely use this place again

Ive been taking my treasured 1998 Frontier to Mike Rezi Nissan since it opened with excellent service and results. When I decided to sell my truck I was helped by Shelby Krug who guided me through the process and got me a very good price. Shelby made the sale extremely simple and even drove me home herself! Never had an easier transaction.

I started looking for a car back in March through True Car and got paired with Shelby and of course quite a few other dealerships. Out of all the text from dealers I got she was the only one to take the time to get to know what I was looking for and why. After about a week I ended up putting a hold on car buying due to prices and she did not try to talk me out of it and convince me to come in, she expected my boundaries and wishes.Fast forward to end of May and I’m ready to buy a car and Shelby was the first person I reached out to. I let her know what I was looking for changed and she said no problem! When I got to the dealership she had the car I was interested in right out front ready for a test drive. She was nothing like you think of when you hear “car salesman”. Shelby was up front about everything from how the incentives don’t work with 0% APR and also about the different car models/trims. I really wanted one feature that was in a higher priced vehicle that she knew was out of the price range I was looking for and she said flat out she wouldn’t show me because it was more than I wanted to spend. These should be the norm but we all know that’s not true. Shopping for a car with Shelby was fast, easy and enjoyable.The dealership itself was cool too and the financing part (the worst part) was just as easy. My car was missing the floor mats but they are making it up by giving me all weather floor mats tomorrow once the service department is open!Oh yeah and I got my first bow on a Car! Lol

We went to Mike Rezi Nissan in Atlanta, GA with every intention of purchasing a new Nissan Sentra. Everything was going splendid until we went to talk about price. Not only did they mark up the vehicle $2000 over MSRP but they were mandating that you purchase a permaplate (paint protection) for $899 and a 3 year upfront maintenance for $799, this is on top of their doc fee of $799. We were blown away by these horrid business practices and was ready to get up and leave immediately. Our salesman stopped us from leaving saying he will go to his manager with our offer. After a few minutes go by, Larry the sales manager comes over to us and begins negotiations, long story short, he came down to MSRP but all of the add ons remain. We left the dealership immediately and when he told us that other Nissan dealerships in the area had the same add-ons, we wrote of purchasing a Nissan all together. We ended purchasing a Toyota, even though we preferred the Nissan, the type of price gouging I saw was not acceptable. The Toyota dealership we went to had no such add-ons and did not attempt any type of Market Adjustment pricing above MSRP.

After trying unsuccessfully for weeks to find a new car during these unprecedented times, we finally found a dealership willing to still give great service without the various market inflations or appearance packages charged by their competitors. Tray and Shane provided great service from start to finish. Although I was skeptical when talking with Shane about my previous experiences, he assured me this time would be different and answered all the questions asked. When I arrived, Tray assisted me with finding the right car for me and was very knowledgeable about the various options in the car I eventually chose. More than anything, I feel happy knowing that I was able to get a new car without paying thousands extra due to the shortage. If youre in the market to get a new car now, I would at least give them a call to see if theyll be a good fit.

I was in contact with a half dozen Nissan dealerships around metro Atlanta about the 2022 Nissan Frontier, and made clear to them that they would be the ones to determine which dealership would be the one selling me the Frontier. Ultimately, Mike Rezi offered me the most reasonable deal, which was quite a challenge given this time of chip shortages (late Summer 21).I had the pleasure of working with Cole Sandager throughout the process. Cole was insistent on working with me even when I pushed him hard on some numbers I didnt like. Let me start off with, I havent bought a car in 10 years. The last dealership I worked with was awful experience and had me extremely hesitant on my next purchase.How ever, Mike Rezi Nissan was ALMOST perfect! :)I went in with the idea of what I wanted but had 3 other cars in mind. Well, I fell in-love with my 2017 Nissan Sentra Turbo, which was a shock, because I wanted an SUV, or so I thought. The car had everything I wanted in a new to me vehicle, so I knew I didnt want to leave without it. My salesmen, Chris, was so patient, and very kind. He offered my husband and I snacks, and drinks during the whole process and was extremely respectful. In my deal with the car, I was set to get 4 new tires. When I went back to the dealership to get my tires, everyone in the service department was so nice, and informative. Stewart would come and give me updates and keep checking in with an ETA of when my car would be finished, and even washed my car after! I HIGHLY recommend them! Everyone I worked with made my transactions easy and seamless!The whole team was a pleasure to work with, and would definitely recommend them to future buyers!!
