Being a woman, anything auto related terrifies me, because I always feel like people are out to take me for a very scary ride. Not today though! I needed a new battery, and Tamika was extremely friendly and swift in getting me all set up with the correct one. Then Lucas came out to install it and was fast, friendly and even funny! The whole process took less than 15 minutes. I’ll definitely return to this location without hesitation.

I was kind of disappointed because I ordered online and my order wasnt ready but I still give them five stars for customer service and for being serious about the safety of their customers by only allowing a certain amount of customers in the store at a time. That takes the cake on everything. Though it wasnt ready they got me out of there in a timely manner so I appreciate the experience. I just started rebuilding a car so I will definitely choose to come to this location every time

Ups drop off was at this location and woman who answered phone was horrible at helping. Telling me my package wasnt there and it was sent back to warehouse all because of her ignorance

I did not know they no longer charge for 24 hrs your car battery.

Went in to see if they were still able to scan since covid had certain stores quit doing it for you, so sorry I didnt get the womans name but she helped me in the blazing heat and even helped me find the parts I needed for my business van, thanks again Ms Lady.

Called t0 get a price on a oil pan after patiently waiting on the phone for approximately 4 minutes the first time I called back finally get a lady on the phone when asked if my vehicle is all or rear wheel drive (I wasnt sure). She proceeds to tell me first of all that I need to know this my apologies miss. But then when I asked for a price for both she says I have customers up front waiting I only answered the phone because I left you on hold. Nice.I am still a customer or was.Get them some help clearly she is overwhelmed and is unable to perform her job duties.

Ordered online, called ahead, still waited while 3 employees did nothing and one seemed to be doing all the work. After waiting for a while just got told they don’t have it.Inventory system for AAP is many levels below O’reily. Chose AAP out of desperation and the fact that it’s close to home but there’s a reason I’ve been a loyal O’reily customer despite their higher prices.You get what you pay for.Edit: added star because manager/owner of this location seems involved. In any case, went to O’reilys 2 miles down the street, ordered in my phone and by the time I got there I had an email saying my order was ready. In and out in under 2 minutes.

The young lady there helped us and everyone seemed to be doing a great job. Their prices are excessive for even the simple things like candy or, air fresheners but, the price for our car pays were reasonable. ALWAYS do your research before you go to any place concerning car issues. Our questions were answered and they are very helpful.

I normally dont leave reviews but due to my horrible experience at this location, their store female manager was very rude to me when I asked for help on what type of oil is best for my vehicle after I gave her the year make and model she told me I would find out quicker if I googled it and asked why dont I have a smart phone. This really embarrassed me since I had an out of town family member with me and it made me feel uncomfortable by experiencing this within my community... I will never spend another dollar at advance Auto parts ever again.... I was in complete awe

I got embarrassed and kicked out for trying to return part for core charge!!! I called corporate and was told that corporate does not tell him(supervisor) what to do!!! Even with corporate on the phone I was still escorted out and handed my part at the door humiliated!!! I never I initially said anything to the male supervisor. He was called from outside by the female worker I spoke with entering the store. The male supervisor immediately and rudely told me he couldnt help me. I informed him that I will discuss the situation with corporate seeing that I was already on the phone with them. Thats when I was told about his jurisdiction with corporate. I was on hold at the time. The corporate representative came back to the line after trying to verify my purchase and warranty information, and I informed him about the rude manager. The store manager overheard me and immediately stopped dealing with the customer he WAS helping picked up my package and told me I need to get out, walking towards the door with my product. The entire store had the pleasure of my embarrassment!!! The one star rating is completely overrated!!! I couldnt leave the stars blank and post my experience. In reality -5 star rating!!! Very unpleasant and unprofessional!!!

The staff here is great. You are always greeted with a smile by all of the staff as soon as you walk in the door. They are knowledgeable when it comes auto parts and troubleshooting and their prices are always affordable. They express a sincere concern while addressing your problem. I would recommend them to anyone whether local based or passing through the Metro Atlanta Area. They are 100% on point.

This particular Advance Auto Parts store has everything you need like other Advance Auto Parts stores the mechanical staff here are very helpful always observe your surroundings when youre outside though you do have a lot of strange stragglers around sometimes especially at night.

I prepaid for a part to be ordered. When I arrived, after sitting in rush our traffic the next day, was informed that it was not in stock at the distribution....HUH????? Then had the nerve to ask if I wanted a refund. NO, I WANT THE PART I ORDERED!!! Never again!!!!

Durand was absolutely amazing. I had personally went into Auto Zone and OReilly stores and received the worst customer service ever to the point I walked out. I called. This store and over the phone the energy was awesome and I watched Durand give each and every person in that store the best customer service you can ask for. I will be a returning customer because of that young MAN!

We ordered a part and was told 3pm, we called at 2:50pm and were questioned “why are you calling it’s not 3pm?” - then we were told it was not ready. We receive a text message at 5:15pm saying “Your part is ready, FedEx just left”....we replied “ok thank you” and the employee replies with “Tried to tell you”.... we reply with “lol it’s okay....no problem” ....and finally what we couldn’t believe the reply, the employee said “Hurry up”Unprofessional, Rude, Nasty Attitude.

The store is conveniently located near library. This is helpful if quick research is needed on part. How to repair a transmission line on 72 chevy? The store has been helpful is directing to some solutuon-reshape brake line. The store has great hours for services and parking lot space is ample. Sales can be seen through out store and adequate lighting is appropriate. One complaint is battery charges are limited. A battery more than 8 months old may need a longer charge. If a part is not in stock, you can pre-pay and pick up later-great service.

AWESOME! Chon, Angel, and Deerick were truly exceptional. Unfortunately Lucas was horrible. I ordered my parts online. And When I got to the store, they no longer had my parts. So Chon offered to go get them from the Cleveland Avenue store. But was told not to by Lucas, that I could wait until 1:30pm. So Angel tried calling the Cleveland Avenue store to expedite my order. After about 15 or 20 minutes Chon went ahead and drove to the other store to pickup my parts. Not to mention Dereick came right in and found the parts no one else could find. So thanks Chon, Angel and Derrick you guys are trul amazing. Youre customer service skills are awesome.... I will be back. 👍🏽😄

Poor customer service, Malcolm is unknowable on warranties and has no respect for customers on hold on the phone. I waited on hold for 20 minutes because Malcolm stated that he would get me another manager knowing that there wasnt another manager in the store. He inturned allowed an associate to talk to me.
