Today was my first time visiting this specific dealership and I must say this was the best experience I have had with Toyota! Dean Ron was such a great help with my service. He was honest and caring about the best service needs for my car. I didn’t feel like he was trying to get over on me or anything of that sort (which was a great relief). It felt great to receive awesome customer service and care at World Toyota! I look forward to returning!
Purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 Truck. Received great price and great service. However, my front licensed plate frame was removed from my trunk when sent to service for detailing and I only received one key and was told that I would have to purchase my own, but when I called Ford, I learned that a key would cost me $430. This dealership was not willing to provide me with a second key nor reimburse me. I was told that they will mail me a license plate frame, so I shall see. I recommend not leaving this dealership unless you have everything you want/request otherwise you will not receive it!
Great experience! Nobody in town or online could match their price. My service advisor Chris Willett was awesome. Toyota should give him a raise! He was courteous, professional and went out of his way to get my Tundra finished on a Saturday. I’ll be calling Chris for all of my service needs from now on.

I needed an oil change before a long drive out west. I was expecting it to cost more based on my previous experiences at other dealerships. The service rep that checked me in and out didnt try to up-sell or find anything extra to charge me for. He was courteous and respectful. I was also out a lot faster than I expected, based again on previous experiences in the ATL area. I would definitely use their services again!

Dean Ron was my Service Advisor and he did a great job explaining all details of service however the low rating comes from the fact he told me it would take 2 hours which I specifically asked for a reason so I can better plan. It took 4.5 hours and Dean failed to properly update me as it surpassed the 2 hour promised timeframe. This discourages me in the future to continue bringing my vehicle here if they can’t come close to the eta of service. I understand things happen however you have to respect your customers time and simply update them when it exceeds the time this actually ruin all travel plans because I wasn’t updated. These are simple steps that will hurt the business and customer ratings that has to be resolved. Other than that Dean is extremely professional and great customer service and if he works on this important piece of the service experience I’m sure he will have great ratings.
My advisor was pleasant and informative. No heavy sales talk which I fully expected. I called back with a question I forgot to ask and he called me right back when he wasn’t available at the time.
Persephone was my advisor. She was super sweet and friendly. She took the time to sit with me and explain my options in getting a new battery. I was in and out in under 2 hrs.
The absolute best dealership experience I have ever had. The manager of the dealership, the salesmen, and the finance team all took care of me and I was in our and within 45 minutes and that included my test drive. I drove up from Jacksonville fl and drove back the same day and they made sure they got me out of there as quickly as possible. The customer service was great up to buying the car and has continued to be amazing even a year after purchasing the car. I just purchased a ford raptor through a different Toyota dealership and they 100% are not all the same. If your looking to buy new or used I would highly recommended anyone to buy from world Toyota over any other dealership.

My main issue with the service department here is the absolute lack of communication. I made an appointment for 4:30, told them EXACTLY what I wanted (check the battery and replace since its time for a new one, an oil change), and complete a recall. Thats it. I get a call and voicemail at 7 (which happens to be their closing time) asking them to check my email for a multipoint inspection which tells me... that I need to change my battery? (thats... what I asked for!?) and that I need to approve the order online and that they will have to keep the car overnight. I call back and text immediately because I, like most people on this earth, work during the week and need my car in the morning to get to said workplace. Im met with messages on all ends that they are closed and I cant get a hold of anybody for me because in an ideal world, I would be able to bring it back at a different time when it would be more convenient for me.I pride myself on being fairly reasonable. My frustration isnt with them keeping my car- I get that its busy and theres work to be done. (Although one wonders why they even offer appointments online when they clearly have a backlog and cant get to your car until much later than said appointment time). My frustration is the utter lack of communication until literally their closing time (at 7PM) which prevented me from making decisions and finding coverage for how I would get to work. At NO time between 4:30 and 7 did anyone tell me that there was a possibility my car could be keep it overnight.So in sum, communication is awful, and since I really value being kept in the loop, two stars. Please fix this.

They diagnosed a year-old problem that Cobb County Toyota couldn’t figure out. They also really focused on my issue rather than selling me on a bunch of other non-issues. Very much appreciated their help and service. Great communication all the way through.
The worst service I ever get from Toyota. We bought a Toyota Camry LE used drove 94miles only. The engine gone. Called The dealer and sales person, manager. Ask us that they will bring the car to dealership, waiting for their call. We paid cash and their promotion say 300 miles or money back guarantee. Let see. Will be post again how they are doingHighly recommend check the fine line, it does not matter a small dealer or name brand.
My recent visit was the best experience I’ve had at World Toyota. I was greeted fairly quickly and told that a service tech would be with me. Paul was my technician and he was very friendly, professional, and efficient. He got me checked in quickly and my service was performed within the hour.I’ve had quite a few bad customer service experiences here, but they are making changes for the better!!
My service took 45 mins longer than projected, apparently because a tech stripped a lug nut. I tried to communicate with the service office during this period using the text chain provided, but I still haven’t gotten a response hours after having left. When my car was ready, I was on the conference call I tried to tell them I would be on when I texted them 45 minutes before, but my attendance at the service desk was requested immediately. The price was right and my service was described clearly and accurately by the service guy. Not bad, but not great as a service experience.
Matt is the best! He always gets me in and out in a timely manner. Any time I have issues or questions about my car he explains it to me in a way I can understand. He’s the only reason I keep coming to World Toyota. He needs a promotion expeditiously!

I went here today for my first maintenance check for Stitch, name of my Camry in the beloved color Blueprint.All went very well and smoothly. The only recommendation I have is to have valet or the service representative communicate to customers where to expect cars when theyre ready for pickup. There were cars parked in an unusual area, which made me think they werent part of the cars that had been serviced so I didnt bother to look in that direction. It wasnt until my service rep came out and followed up with me that he was able to identify Stitch in that unusual area. Since it was my first time, it would have been good to be informed of the areas where serviced cars could be parked. This lack of communication resulted in a delay of me getting to my car. I wasnt pressed for time though so it didnt much matter to me. Since I care that you all leave a great impression with others, this is an idea worth considering to improve overall customer experience 😉Thank you Lennox for being outstanding! See you all again in six months outstanding World Toyota team.
Service was done promptly as requested. The technician was very courteous and don’t turn me away without an appointment like the Sandy Springs location which I was surprised to be turned away. I know for sure they won’t be seeing me anytime soon. Kudos World Toyota !!

I arrived at my appointment time and pulled into the service area. A guy asked me to wait in the car and someone would be right over. After 20 minutes, I went in and sought out the service manager. He never looked up from his computer during the conversation. When I asked him to put on a mask since his desk didn’t have the plastic shield, he was rude and said they were not mandatory. Will never return.
Service department was very knowledgeable and polite. They listened to our concerns, diagnosed and quoted us quickly.
Excellent service from everyone especially Harold and Chris. I went there on two consecutive days and was able to watch the team work together seamlessly with open and effective communication. This was my first time getting my car serviced without my dad (I’m 25) and all members took great care of me and provided honest and accurate recommendations. I’ll definitely be coming here again.

I came in & wasn’t sure which model SUV I wanted. Freddie was great & test drove 3 cars with me! He was very knowledgeable about each one and the different trim levels! We decided to buy but Freddie was going to be out of town the next day. He was great about coordinating with his manager Eric & made for a seamless transaction! They are unprofessional and do not process paperwork in a timely manner. They give you the runaround when you call to check the status. Then they have the audacity to give fake names when you ask who your speaking with. Let’s not get started on the level of rudeness provided by Victor Heredia.
If you buy a car from world Toyota, they send deals all the time. Got an email for a $20 oil change for my 2015 Toyota Camry. They was very friendly and did not give me any trouble using coupon. They even let me get a pair or new windshield wipers for the promo price. Recommend highly and service is great!
I really didn’t know what to expect when I walked in due to my situation with my trade in. Mr. Miguel walked me through step by step, from start to finish. he was absolutely amazing! Couldn’t have had a better experience! I really walked away with my dream car. So for that I’m forever grateful. The guy that helped me look over the car was very helpful. He kinda just let me do my thing and really there was no pressure. That could be cause I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. But he was still very laid back and helpful, offered up all his knowledge on the product and made it fun. How ever when it came down to speaking to the lady that was in charge of the loans and the payment process. I wasn’t very pleased she was very impersonal and pushy. Honestly seemed to lake the proper customer service skills needed to make a person feel good about buying there dream car. But perhaps that’s part of her job. I would definitely refer this place to a friend though cause it did have a lot of Options to choose from in comparison to the other Toyota places I visited which was like 4 others in the surrounding area. However I highly recommend trying to find your own bank to finance through prier to visiting. Just to avoid as much time as possible with the lady in question. Just my opinion hopefully your experience will be/ was better.

Dean helped me. I had an AC repair that I needed completed immediately. I was moving to another country in three days and Dean shortened my wait for a part by days. He was professional, calm, responsive, and results oriented. This is the type of customer care Toyota can’t live without! Dean was excellent.

Went there to have a hitch installed on my Rav4 in preparation for a small camper trailer I was getting. Gave them a printout from the trailer company of what was needed, they said sure no problem. They installed the wrong electrical connection - I needed 7 pin, they installed 4 pin. When I told them that really looks like 4 pins, they said no it is called 7 because three of the openings actually have two pins inside. When I finally got the trailer, the first time I towed it, the sides of the ball mount they had installed ground into the trailer while turning. It looks like maybe they put this piece in upside down to get the correct height? I replaced it with a Curt ball mount from Walmart which was way better. I went to the Hitch House across the street to change the electric, which was a much better experience. 100% would not recommend for installing a hitch.

Made an appointment to do work on my truck, I showed up a little early and that wasnt a problem. They were very busy but still had me checked in and the vehicle pulled around to start working on it within ten minutes. Eric, Toyota service rep, said it could be up to two hours wait, no problem, I wasnt in a hurry. Right at an hour later they had it pulled back around ready to go! Super nice guy, complimented the nice ride! It looked like they were well staffed and running very efficiently. I will definitely be back and Id recommend their service dept.!!
I had a fantastic experience with Matthew. He got me in and out very quickly, worked with my timeline, and also tried to work with my budget on the services needed on my car vs. what could wait. One of the best experiences Ive had thus far at World.
I was told my car would arrive in 10 days, but they called me on the morning of the 10th day of my wait to say they did not have the car they showed me, and to get my car, I would have to wait 40 more days with monotones lazy apology. During the ten days, I called in the middle to make sure it was arriving, and they reassured me. Because of this, I might lose my job because it is a long drive. I had used uber these few days because I could take the loss, but that cant continue.I had not looked for a car elsewhere because I had made a deposit and was told it might not be refunded. This destroyed all the plans I had.
Love world Toyota. Always informative and easy to work with. All service advisors are knowledgeable and are able to answer any questions I have. No complaints.
Service adviser Shane McNutt was great! Very friendly and helpful. He told me it would be 1 to 1.5 hours for my service, and it was actually less than hour. I also asked them to check my air filter and replace if necessary, and they told me it didn’t need changing. They could have easily made a few extra bucks from and did not. That’s integrity, and I will be back!! Highly recommended!! Oil change was actually cheaper than any of the drive through places or pep boys.

Beth and the rest of the team are awesome!! We never thought we would be able to get the 4Runner I wanted during the shortage but they were able to hunt one down and got it to me earlier than expected. The financing process was frustrating at first - I felt like the guy was just straight up ignoring me - but then Mama J and another manager came in and saved the day. Would def recommend this dealership to friends.
It took 2 hours more than originally quoted and they forgot to replace the battery in my key fobs after being asked for both in the making of the appointment and when I dropped the car off. I was not charged for the key fobs so I think they just forgot.Other than those 2 things, my car feels great.
I have nothing but great things to say. When my car broke down and I had to get a tow, World Toyota was accommodating from the get-go. I was given the opportunity to work with Eric and his team, and they made sure to keep me updated the whole time, on and off the clock. They were very understanding and made sure to inspect my vehicle for any type of hazard, not just what it came in for. I feel very safe knowing there are people like Eric at World Toyota that will ensure my vehicle is safe and will not break down again! Thank you again World Toyota, I will strictly be coming to get my vehicle serviced here from now on.
Totally failed to keep time commitment on a repair even though I told them not to even start unless they could get the car back to me by a set date and time. Even when I showed up and demanded my car back they kept telling me “15 more minutes” for another 1-1/2 hours. Will certainly never go back to these people.

People were friendly and the work was done correctly. However waiting 1 hr and 45 min for a 10 minute oil change with an appointment is painful.
No apologies for my inconvenience that caused by their failure of communication between service manager and technician. Service manager said technician is supposed to check all tires when they do alignment. So dont worry. Yeah? Then why you still let me drove off with nail on my tire and I went 70 on hwy to get home (its fixed in my mind) and later find out my tire air pressure is still low! My concern and what I requested had never reached to the technician obviously. I spent 3 hrs for alignment that they were supposed to check my tires. I guess they didnt do their job properly? That alignment is still worth $99? So, I revisited and spent another 1.5 hrs to find out the nail on my tire and that explains why the light was on and off. Also that was the reason why I visited in the first place. No one attempted to apologize for my time, gas, inconvenience and frustration.
In and out in under an hour. I expect the best service from World Toyota. They take service very seriously. If something goes wrong they follow up and make it right. We bought our two cars at World and one selling point was their commitment to service.
Every time I come to this location my Chris is always great to work with.He always knows how to help me get in and get out. I have 3 Toyota products and I never have to worry if my cars are in good hands!
Everyone is so nice and helpful. It just the service center sometimes takes so long to get your service done. I brought my car for the spare key and my advisor (Jamal) was amazing but after 1hr and a ten minutes he came back saying that the mechanic couldnt find the key it their inventory. I think the mechanics are very slow. But overall I liked my experience there.

Very, very frictionless. The service advisor was very helpful.One sour point seemed to be making appointment on website. Problem may have been on my end, but at the last window I couldn’t get confirmation of the appointment.On the plus side, next morning the service advisor simply asked if I made an appointment. There was no discussion as to whether I was in the system.

But it’s down to 3. 2 stars went off how I was treated at The part sales.The wrong part was given, even they were pulling my info from their system.I came for an exchange and I had to beg and prove this old guy to get correct part and the dates was in time or all the junk. The way his attitude, delivery was just rude. A Customer comes in all the way to fix their mistake and mad sales guy accuses. I won’t buy parts from here

Best experience out of the several Toyota Service Centers in North Atlanta. In and out in a timely fashion, clear pricing, and consistent communication with the service advisors.
Their ads and service rep are pretty misleading. What the ad said as 59$ service turned out to be 350+$. They dont inform your what the labor cost will be and mislead you by telling you only cost of the material..another busy customer next to me was fighting with her rep who billed her for 3 items after making it appear like it was one 1 item that she needed. Apparently that 1 items needs 3 sub items but customer was not told of that beforehand
The service by chris was great. He went above and beyond. However, the wait times have not gotten any better in these years. They actually have gotten worse. I waited 5hours to get oil change and tire change and balance. I had my 8yr old daughter as well and that did not help, because they no longer have the play area in the main building for kids, no popcorn...no kid books. Nothing to keep them calm. She was hungry, restless, bored, and sleepy all at the same time.
Quick, efficient service on a warranty recall issue. They have a huge service department at this dealership. Because this service visit was a recall issue, World Toyota did the work for free, but they took the time to check out my car while it was in the shop and made future service recommendations. They stressed that they were working hard to be cost competitive with other auto service providers and they encouraged me to give them a try on my next scheduled maintenance. I was very pleased.
I was very pleased with World Toyota I had tried to get an appointment with several Toyota dealerships but no appointments were available until the middle of next week. I called World Toyota at 12:30 pm on a Saturday an got an appointment for 3:45 same day and their prices were not as high as my old location.Glen had me out within 2 an half hours. My new service location its out of the way for me but so worth the trip.

This is a super busy service center! But, they are very well organized. I went for an oil changed I was 35 minutes late but they were still able to get me in and out within an hour.. the only reason I did not give it five stars is because I did try calling them to let them know that I was delayed, but the after-hours answering machine was on and I couldnt contact anyone.
Going to world Toyota and having Eric help is so easy. Not only does he know my car he knows all our cars and all my family. It makes going truly a family experience and know that he will always take the best car of us.
Chris Epps, over at World of Toyota customer service skills are outstanding. He greeted me with a smile and interacted with me throughout my wait with updates. I didn’t feel like he was over-aggressive or trying to up charge me. When I saw his badge said Assistant Manger, I was pleasantly surprise to observe a leader working hard as he was.
I would leave zero star if I could. Weve been Toyota customers for over 30 years and have owned different models of Toyota vehicles. Weve never experienced an auto service as bad as todays at World Toyota. They used to offer a 29-Minute Oil Change Guarantee. Although they no longer offer this kind of guarantee, no one would expect that a simple oil change could last more than 3 hours! The salesman was very unprofessional and irresponsible. When my husband indicated to him that he made a mistake (that was after 2 and a half hours of waiting already), he didnt even apologize. Then after another 20 min, my husband went to see his supervisor. The supervisor then went to tell their manager. The car was eventually driven out by the manager.Although this was the worst service experience that ever occurred to us, now thinking back, weve noticed that the quality of service at World Toyotas Service Department has been going downhill in recent years. Well try to avoid going there again in the future.
This is one of the best dealerships I’ve ever been to they helped me out from the time i walked in the door from the sales lady to momma J the finance lady. When i tell you she went above and beyond to get me the cat i wanted which was the top of the line 2022 Toyota XSE Camry so blessed 😊

One of the most professional dealership service departments I’ve ever patronized!! The intake process is fast and efficient. They gave me an estimated wait time that was almost dead on!! It’s a good for me but it was well worth it for the excellent service I received!!
Very disappointed in my experience here. If you value punctuality, organization, and communication skills, head somewhere else to get your services done. I had an appointment for an oil change at 5:15. An employee directed me to check in inside. I walk in and hand off my keys to whoever it is that is servicing my car. If you’re asking me to hand over my keys, I assume you know what you’re going to do with my car. I go sit down in the waiting area, & at 6 PM - 45 minutes after my appointment time - the same employee that greeted me let’s me know nothing has even started on my car because I didn’t check in. How was I supposed to know the employee that took my keys name wasnt who he told me to check in the with? I walk back up to the desk and am lost on how they let my car sit in the service area for nearly an hour without saying anything. All in all will not be returning to this location and could not recommend it to anyone.

I didn’t get the person (Shane) that was assigned to me and when they pulled my car around two guys that were obviously mechanics got out. They didn’t put anything on seats cause every time i get in my car now i smell car oil. My new car scent is gone. Smells like a 10 year old car now ugh
I called over a month ago to schedule recall service on my water pump. I was told that someone from your recall department would call me within a few days to schedule an appointment. After a month I called back on Friday and was told that someone from the recall department would contact me but that no one was available to talk to me then. I asked to have it escalated to the manager so that I can get the work done. He put me on hold and came back a few minutes later and was able to transfer me to that department. They ordered the part, it arrived on Monday, and I scheduled and had the work done on Tuesday.Getting the work done required that I be overly diligent to get through to the right department so that I could get it done. Only after asking to be escalated to a manager did that happen. Once the process was started with the appointment, everything went very well after that. The service manager that handles me on the day of the install was very professional, the waiting room was very nice, I was able to get my work done on the WiFi. Overall a mixed experience.
Everyone from the time I walked in was very professional. They obviously wanted to make a sale, but were not pushy in any way. I had to look at a lot of places, because of the car shortage. This vehicle was by far in the best shape of anything I looked at. It was also a very good dealership experience.
Second time visiting Chris Epps for my 10,000 mile service and just like the first one he was great! Took really good care of us and was super attentive! Will definitely ask for him on my next service!

The process was very short! Nathalie was a very good salesperson and told me everything about my car which made the process even easier! Definitely a 10/10. Highly recommended world of Toyota!

Wonderful service. Traveling from out of town and service consultant was very considerate of my time and safety. Made sure that tail light issue was corrected and inspected all other exterior lighting as well.
I am not sure how has 4.4 stars reviews this dealer ?!I been here 7 times for oil change from all those times once twice they put the wrong oil in my car and the third and last time they over fill with one quart and a half more then necessary for this vehicle oil was almost one inch over the maximum limit !!! i want to mention that the car has 84 k and no other mechanical problems.called dealer they told me to not drive the car and to tow the car to their location without any responsibility to cover towing cost !Really disappointed on their service, Never again at this location !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
