I am located in woodbridge, Va. Found the truck I have been searching all over the country for. Found it at Silver Star Motors, a 2011 Dodge RAM 3500 with 11,000 miles on it. Called on 2/12/15 and put down a $2k deposit while I arranged shipping back to Texas. Got the truck today. Great dealing with them. If you live in Texas this is the place to get a great truck !!!!

I would use EXTREME caution when buying anything from this dealership. We bought a used boat from them several years ago and were told it was the owners personal boat and worked perfectly. Only to find out a year after purchase it had been wrecked and had 8 insurance claims filed against it- after contacting Supra-they have photos of the boat with the ENTIRE bottom demolished and informed us the owner was advised to total the boat but he insisted on fixing the boat for resale. We sat in their office with our BABY and asked them if this was a safe boat to have on the water and he assured us it was!!! Some people in this world are not honest and apparently this dealership is full of them. Take your business elsewhere!! The person we dealt with was Jiri Dolezaland the salesman was Trey McKessen.

I totaled out my 01 Excursion 7.3L and was searching for another - which is not an easy task. All the local Excursions (limited as they were) were, where very high mileage or ragged out - usually both. So I started to look on Ebay and found this several excellent trucks that were fairly priced. I had never bought a vehicle off Ebay or another dealer out of state without looking at and driving - it took some trust to spend as much as I did based on the words of a dealer!Well - let me tell you - William at Silver Star spoke truth and was super communicative to earn my trust and business. The sale proceeded as planned without a glitch and the Excursion was even more than I thought it would be! I couldnt be happier and Im very appreciative of his desire to see me happy and in love with my new-to-me Excursion! NO buyers remorse here!!

This dealer sold me a truck that was damaged ..... after 2 weeks it broke down and it needed an engine ... stay away just a bunch of crooks ....i bought a warranty through them to the tune of 3200 $ they refused to fix the engine on my truck ...After everything i ended up paying 8500 $ to put in a another engine to have the truck running .... They also took forever to return my warranty money ... after i made multiple calls to the dealler. I was calling all the time ..only after I told the dealership i was taking legal action did they send out a check real quick for a prorated amount ... of 2600$I have all the receipts saved up and the warranty company information ....im not out to slander these people they really are a bunch of crooks! inspect your cars before you buyyyy!!!! or just dont buy at all its a nightmareee!! took forever to send out my liscence plates too!! just a liar never ever sent plates out ...either ...
