If I could give a zero I would! I dont know whos rating them a 4 or 5 star. Must be the employees. This car dealership is a rip off! Dont buy here! You will be paying on your care forever! You pay interest on the note for the life of the loan. When you buy the car they tell you your interest upfront and total cost, but after they get you in the car, its a different ball ball game! Stay far away. If you really need a place to go, go see Shiloh at Huntsville Toyota or hell, go see Clay Cooley!

I did like this place until yesterday. They said you can upgrade your vehicle after a year have had mine since 2019. I paid $700 down for my 2008 Jeep and yesterday I wanted to upgrade they tell me $1400 down how is that and where did you come up with it and my sales person Bruce did not try to offer any other options. I pay my car payment on time 2 days early and this is how you treat your customer. The vehicle is over valued. Smh. Well I’m getting another vehicle either way it go. You all have just lost a good customer. Stay Blessed!

This is the WORST dealership ever. Bought the car June 26th right before closing and by morning the next day car broke down. Took them about 2 weeks to get it “fixed” mechanic told us the car was sitting there for a week bc no one knew who’s car it was or what it needed. Anyway car was still shaking but we managed. On October the car started dying again while driving it every 20 miles or so. Finally beginning of December they were able to pick it up. I got the car back on Thursday, by Sunday smoke starting coming out and oil was all over the car, under the hood and my drive way. I called Auto One first thing Monday morning, asked to speak to the manager I told him I didnt want to speak to the Service department instead I just wanted to see what my options were as far as trading the car in or just taking it back without it affecting my credit since it was a defaulted car since the day after we purchased it, the manager said “hold one second” someone else picks up the phone and it’s the service department. I called back to the dealership twice and now they’re just not picking up my phone calls. Save yourself so many problems and don’t shop here I’m very close to having them just take the car back ... if they would answer. Oh & it’s very and I mean very unprofessional there, including their “management”. What you have there is all you have to work with their is no hire up.

My salesman was Patrick Davis. They’ll get you in a car, just takes forever. The referral is a lie though. If you refer someone they’ll give you the run around on your referral or steal your referral and put it in one of there friends name. I took my sister to get a car and they switched her referra to someone name ROY COBB. If you need a Car temporarily this may be the best place because more than likely they’ll do something fraud because the can’t keep their simple word and already scamming

Way overpriced. I payed 13k for a 7 k car then they add 6k in interest so now Im paying 18k for a 7k car.the car had so many problems Ive spent about 4 grand repairing it. They absolutely refuse to report to experian which is terrible, for those of you who dont know when youre trying to get a car or a loan or anything most of the banks use Experian FICO score. It taught me to never use a tote the note lot ever again.

I guess these bad reviews are from people that cant handle paying bills or dont understand when buying a used car is exactly what you are going to do when you go here to do so therefore problems will occur you bought a used car not a new one! The service I received from them was very straight forward no gimmicks, the down payment shocked me in a good way because I was expecting to put down at least 3,500 to 5K for the car I was wanting BUT I didnt have to! The total price of the car was what I was expecting for the type of car I was getting so it didnt bother me. And they give you the option to upgrade in a year or 2! The payments are extremely good for bi-weekly payments in 2.5 years Im done with the car maybe sooner, so I appreciate yall for helping me when it came to car buying!

These folks are dam nice, and they work with you on everything to make sure everyone is set-up nicely.Yes if you intend to take 5 or 6 years to pay off 15 grand, your screwed..Pay it off in a reasonable amount of time and there is no difference in financing.

Dont believe the hype about getting approved because theyre financed in house unless you have a enough money to put down in which case you could go anywhere and buy

This is a pretty nice lot, I delt with Brody and he was very helpful and comical. He made the car buying process easy. The only issue is he couldnt give me the car note price I wanted, but I love the car. I got a 2008 Honda CR-V, it had a few minor problems and Brody promised to have them fixed if I brought the car back during regular business hours. I did, and they fixed the problem .
