If I could rate 0 stars i would..drove 3 hours to this place intending on selling my car for a agreed price got there and was treated terribly because i refused to basically give away the car for a lower price. This business definitely needs to rethink who they hire. The mechanic who works there then insulted me because I wouldnt sell him the car for his low offer.

I’m writing this review for Eagle b/c I feel I was treated fairly and they stood behind the car they sold me. I see some reviews here where people complain about bad service but that was not my experience at all. I bought an older VW Tiguan with about 90K miles for my daughter as her first car. She LOVED it, and the buying process was pretty easy. After getting home, the engine light came on and the car didn’t drive properly. I called and Eagle did not hesitate to have me bring the car back for repairs at their expense. They even offered me my choice of loaner vehicle from their lot. I declined, but it was a nice offer. After repairs I got the car back and my daughter has been driving it ever since. We had a couple minor issues over the past month, but nothing we couldn’t handle. I figured Eagle put on new brakes and tires so I wouldn’t need to worry about those for a while, so a small repair was no big deal. All told, I’d recommend the team at Eagle. Treat them with respect and you will be respected. If you’re looking for a “big showroom” experience, go elsewhere. If you’re looking for a good deal, good people, quality car, go to Eagle.

By far the 2nd WORST experience ever purchasing a car. It must be something about used car dealers in Virginia. Car has been sitting in driveway for 8 days because I cant even get the extended temporary tags that was promised 2 weeks ago and then one week ago. Got the run around for the inspection and so much more. Terrible experience

Bought a Civic from them. Took my car to Maryland inspection a week later and failed because I drove over a nail. I let them know it was going to be a while before I could get the inpection done for my registration and Zack just told me to come in and replaced both of my rear tires for me. I really like my car and Im really happy they helped me out.

Terrible buying experience. Bought a 2010 f350 from them. Was informed at the time as we were spending 25,000 on a truck that they would back the engine and transmission. Well 2 weeks after purchase the transmission acted up. They offered to take a look. We are 2 hours away so I said I would take it to a shop and let them know. I ended up paying to have it fixed almost 1000. Then 2 more months and the engine went. I reached out they said to get an estimate. The estimate for a used engine was 15000.00 since it has to have a complete cab removal and diesel engines are not cheap. They drug their feet back and forth run around. I have a yard ornament now I am paying 25 thousand dollars for. I reached out to attorney generals office and they said to file a suit after months of ignoring them as well.Here we are I guess I will update this after the case settles and see if they do the right thing.

I have never dealt with such a rude and unprofessional person as Zachary Tagai!I had the same experience as Cynthia Armstrong. I purchased a used car that passed Virginia’s inspection but failed Maryland’s inspection. I was not going to write a review since my sales person, Zachary Tagai, agreed to let me bring in the car and have their mechanic take care of some of the repairs. I called another car dealer before I called Zachary to see how much everything would cost and I was given a quote of approximately $3,000 which was extremely overstated.The two major areas that failed the inspection was that both front lower control arm brushings needed to be replaced along with the muffler hanger. The control arms were replaced by Eagle Automotives. The muffler hanger was ordered but it did not come in. The mechanic told me I needed to take the car to another place to have the exhaust hanger welded on to the metal pipe which was broken instead of replacing the whole muffler hanger. Both wipers were replaced along with adding 3 lug nuts to two tires. Eagle Automotive could not do the wheel alignment so I knew I had to have the alignment and welding done somewhere else. I was there for six hours and left.The car was put in the shop the next day for the wheel alignment and I received a call from the mechanic that the pinched bolt on the left lower control arm had been stripped while the arm had been installed. He said it needs to be replaced before the alignment can be completed. It would cost $80.I called Zachary to see if they would reimburse me for the $80 because I could not take off work again to have them replace the bolt. He started yelling at me and said I got free work that would have costs me $3,000 and they were not going to pay for outside work. I could barely get a word in because he kept talking over me even after I asked him to wait until I finish talking. He continued yelling so I hung up!Zachary was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wished Guillermo had been there but he was on vacation. I’m sure he would not have spoken to me in that manner in front of him. Zachary kept emphasizing I had free work done! Nothing is free. I had to take off work to have the repairs done on my car which took 6 hours. He kept saying I declined the coverage for $299.00 that would have covered the repairs if it failed the inspection. My main issue is the unprofessional way in which Zachary conducted himself with me. Because of that I would never go back to this car dealership or recommend it to anyone!

I came here after a full month of hunting for my new project M4. This car was priced several thousand below any others in the area. The staff were to the point and wasted no time. No haggling and if you’ve done your research, you’ll know you’re getting a good price.I bought the vehicle without a prepurchase inspection (which is almost crazy considering it’s an M4) but I had a good feeling based on the staff and they way the car performed. After purchasing, I took the car to my BMW mechanic and verified the car was in great condition with only a couple elective services that I chose to do.A few weeks later, I received a second key fob (the car only had one at the time of purchase) and renewed 2 year registration. Both expenses were taken care of by the dealership!If you’re looking for a new car, especially a unique performance vehicle, please give these guys a look.

Great experience! Super easy and quick! The dealer allowed us to take the Odyssey to a Honda dealership for a pre-purchase inspection. This inspection provided us a service report detailing the maintenance that would need to be done if we decided to purchase the vehicle.

I called to ask if there cars have 30 day warranty which honest dealership give you when they know there cars are solid. Zach was the 1 who said no warranty’s are on there cars but Mechincs look at there cars and if something is wrong they send them out to auction. But he also said if something major goes wrong with it they will fix it . Nothing is in writing that they will fix your car if it breaks down so being that I had problems with dealership like this and getting stuck with a lemon makes me smarter this time I asked to speak to supervisor and was told he didn’t want to speak to me and to go somewhere else Please if you want to save yourself some stress and anger don’t go here I’m 1 hour away and just wanted to feel strong on purchasing truck

I had a great experience buying from Eagle automotive. Guillermo and his team are great, they really know their stuff, and Eagle automotive has a great selection. I bought a Grabber Blue 2012 Ford Mustang, I drove all the way to Virginia from Delaware because it was just the car I was looking for in the perfect color, and I’m so glad I did. There was a small hiccup in passing DE inspection because the passenger seatbelt had issues. Maybe Eagle didn’t realize it because it was the passenger side, but they did guarantee the car would pass inspection, so they quickly fixed it at no cost to me. They are a great place to buy a car, I would highly recommend them.

Good buying experience! Prompt response to my online inquiry and was able to see the car the next day. Dealer was a bit busy when i arrived at my appointment time, so they moved cars around so I can do a test drive while waiting. Once he freed up, the rest of the interaction/transaction went pretty smoothly and I rolled out with my new car same day.

Came down from CT to purchase a GTR from these guys and Id do it again. It tends to be a bit difficult when youre that far out of state trying to buy a car but Guillermo made sure everything was taken care of and he answered any questions I had. I arrived to their dealership a lot eariler then I was supposed to, but instead of having me wait, Amro went ahead with showing me the vehicle and going on a test drive. You guys have a great staff and they all know their stuff! Keep an eye on their inventory, they always have something unique coming in!

Eagle Auto and Guillermo got me in to test drive the car that was advertised. No bait and switch. They allowed me to take the car to my mechanic for an overall inspection as well as review for state specific requirements. My mechanic was very complimentary of the car, envious even. Upon returning the vehicle they agreed to fix any problems that would prevent it from passing state inspection (tint, cracked passenger window, wiper blade). Since they were located almost 1.5 hours away and I didnt have time to drive 3+ hours round trip after the repairs, they brought the car to me to close the deal with temp tags provided. A month later they called to tell me that the tags were at the shop and asked if I would like them mailed to me. Of course 3 hours round trip was not in the cards so mail it they did.

I bought this car for my son. The staff at Eagle Automotive was very helpful. They picked me up at Pentagon City Metro in the car so I could test drive the car. The price was great. It needed a minor repair to pass inspection and the staff let me drop the car off and took me to the Metro so I could go to work. The repair was done quickly and passed inspection. The paperwork was compiled into an envelop and the transaction was quick. I highly recommend this place for nice used cars at great prices.

Put down a substantial non-refundable hold deposit because I live 2 hours away. Vehicle had a persistent mechanical issue which they intended to fix. Ultimately I got cold feet on that vehicle and called off the deal. They really tried very hard to do the right things to ensure the car was operating correctly before I took possession, but my intuition said that car wasnt for me. They were understanding and even refunded my deposit. I give 5 stars for trying hard to satisfy and doing good business. They were trying to do right by me and I appreciate that.

My Dad and I made an appointment to come look at an M3. We were traveling several hours away to come look at this car, so I called and confirmed that the car did not have any lights on and that it was good to go/nothing wrong with it. I was told nothing was wrong and they would have the car cleaned up ready to go. When we got there, the car wasnt even on the lot it was at an inspection station (to be fair, we arrived 30 mins before our appointment.) However, when they brought the car from the other lot, we noticed a lot of small dings and damages on the car. Also, the car was dirty on the outside. Then the service engine light was on as well as a light saying the car was low on oil. The car was also just about out of gas. When we test drove it, it smelled like burning oil so obviously there was an issue with the car. You would think with them knowing we were coming they would have already addressed these issues. Dont like writing reviews like this but we were not very happy with the car or their preparation for us coming. Just wanted to share our experience.

I called and made an appointment to see a specific car. Upon arrival, there was no where to park. An employee was standing outside and offered no assistance.This unaccommodating behavior continued as I entered the office, I stated that I had an appointment and was asked which vehicle and just handed the keys. The vehicles are parked incredibly close and it’s impossible to get a decent view of anything. The vehicle was dirty, littered with trash, and smelled.I returned to the office where I waited for a few minutes for someone to ask to test drive. I interrupted a conversation between two employees inside who continued speaking to each other after I expressed my question. I was asked whether I had an appointment and told to wait one too many times.I returned the keys and left. I called the number that I made my appointment with and Zachary also seemed indifferent about my disappointing experience. It was made very clear, on multiple occasions, that this business is indifferent whether they gain my business or not.

Eagle Automotives made my five hour trip worth it! Great communication over the phone. By the time I got there it was an easy transaction. Great price. Only a four star for two reasons. One, in all their description on any vehicle they say fully detailed. My car was only detailed on the outside. The inside was really dirty, including the leather. Second, they claim they do an oil change on all their vehicles. I changed it when I got back home and the oil was black and the oil filter was old and had road dirt all over it. The interior and oil are something that can be cleaned and changed. No worries. Four stars here from a purchase back in June of 2017.

Ill start from the beginning, I was looking for a used Honda Pilot for months. After countless dealership visits I came across Eagle Automotive in Arlington. First off I will say they have a broad selection of vehicles, literally all types of models! They had the perfect 2013 Honda Pilot for our family, exactly the features I was looking for. The assistant manager named Hamlet let my husband and I go on a test drive and showed us literally EVERY part of the vehicle (under the hood and under the vehicle). We then started the closing process, I was planning on financing with my credit union so I could not close immediately. Hamlet still let us take the vehicle home to test it out and we brought the check for the car the next day! One of the easiest car purchases I have ever done. Great customer service, great selection of used vehicles and a great experience!! Will definitely return if I purchase another car in the near future. When I had issues, they did not give me the run-around and they were very responsive and helpful. The employees are very nice and easy to talk to. If they cannot solve your problem, then they’ll point you to the right person. They also have their own body shop and references to get you going once finished with the purchase. This is a very shady company. This is the second time I am writing a review, as it seems they had my first review deleted?! I purchased a 2015 Nissan 370Z Nismo from Amro. He told me that the catalytic converters had been removed, but promised me that the car would still pass emissions. I should have known this was a lie, but he kept saying it was tuned so that the car would pass. After buying the vehicle, every emissions place I went to would immediately fail my vehicle for not having cats on it. I ended up having to buy cats, which isnt a huge issue, because they did notify me that the vehicle didnt have cats. The issue is, about two weeks after buying the vehicle, I got a check engine light on the car. This was a cold ignition start code. I went to Nissan to flash the code, and the prior codes, and it gave a code for the battery being unplugged. It seems like they unplugged the battery to get rid of this code. I had to take the car to a tuner to get the car tuned to get rid of the CEL which cost around $1,000.The second issue is that the car was not inspected between the time this company received the car and them selling the car. The carfax showed them acquiring the vehicle in October 2019, and they sold it to me in Jan 2020. The car was inspected on July 2019, which violates Virginia code 46.2-1539. It turns out the vehicle had been lowered, and had to be raised, so it could pass inspection, which cost around $400. Also, the vehicle had 5 year old tires on it that were dry rotting and had to be replaced, which cost around $1,100. So in all, I am out over $2,500 just to get the car legal to be able to drive, after buying. This is extremely shady, and I never would have purchased this vehicle if I knew I would have to spend this much after the fact, just to make the car legal.I have posted pictures of when the car came into their possession as posted by carfax, and when the car was inspected so anyone can see this with their own eyes.

Above and beyond the call of duty! Guillermo helped us find a car for my son that just graduated from Virginia Tech, including letting us drive several cars, giving us a USAA veteran discount for a great deal well below blue book, and even helping with DMV information on my other vehicle during the pandemic. Will be buying and selling all my vehicles through Guillermo and as he has now become a trusted friend! Hooyah!

This company is a ripoff!!! Bought a car from here, and a week later was filled with issues. Took it to have it looked at and it was leaking oil. They said that the oil pan was cracked and someone tried to JB weld it.

I was on the phone with the employee for 11 minutes before he told me buy a car in West Virginia because I dont have time to be answering all your questions. Yes, that is a quote.Less condescending service may have led to a sale.

I bought a Lexus ES330 from Eagle Automotive and it was a very pleasant experience. The manager worker with me. I came to the dealership on Sat evening after most banks had closed. Instead of using the one bank that was still open to finance my loan, he knew he could get me a better rate from another bank. So on Monday I contacted the bank and got the loan with them with an interest rate that was 4% lower. Eagle goes the extra mile to ensure the buyer is satisfied and well taken care of. DO NOT BUYY!!! shady dealership. Was in the process of buying a car and should of knew from the start to run away. Set an appt and the dealership closed an hour early so my 2 hour drive 1 way was a waste. They begged me to come back which i asked for video and pics of car. did that and checked car fax. all was good. Sent money and they offered to deliver it. day comes and i don’t receive a call or update. i call later in day and they say they wanted to clean the car for me and will deliver it next day. Car gets delivered and is DIRTY AS HELL. i sign just to get this over with and then find out a just recently i go to sell the car a year later and it failed VA inspection which is the real reason it was delayed and that they also submitted frame damage AFTER i purchased that went on the Carfax . Let’s just say i’m going to love seeing them in court soon 😏

Outstanding Customer ServiceMy husband and I came into to purchase a BMW and the sales person was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and reassured me that if the vehicle did not pass MD inspection, as the dealership is located in VA. They would make the necessary repairs.Needless to say, the car did not pass. This was due to only ONE minor issue (Window Tint). Well the sales man delivered on his promise. They took the window tint off in a timely and professional manner.They delivered what they promised and through this action, they have built trust with this customer.I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market to purchase a vehicle.
