They sold me a vehicle I paid cash for I have not change the oil in this vehicle yet and I’ve already spent $3000 in repairs they refuse to work with me they refuse to fix anything! The only repair I let them do was not done correctly and still is an issue!

They answered all questions I had and walked me through every step of the way before having me sign anything. This is by far the worst and most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I don’t even think they are deserved to be called a business. They are fraud. They lied to me, took my money and my car is still broke down and they won’t honor fixing it.

Worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with. Jorge Martinez is a crook. He isn’t a man of his word and he will lie and deceive for money, that’s all they care about. They sell cars with prior problems with the knowledge of what’s wrong with them but they won’t disclose them to customers. Stay away if you don’t want to lose your money.

They are crooks and liers. Their bad business practices will be reported to SNAP finance, OCCC, and the DMV. Those businesses will be shut down soon. They deceive customers, take advantage of them, and they break the law and I know all their tricks and soon they will be out of business.

Took my car here to get the alternator changed and new thermostat. He tried to tell me my battery was bad but I had it checked the day before and its only six months old. On top of that when I got my car back now all of a sudden my windshield wipers dont work. I went and talked to the same guy that got my car in for repairs he told me he cant prove it wasnt messed up before he did work on my car and that in order for him to look at the fuses I would have to pay him... this really upset me and my wife. I wouldnt recommended taking your car there for repairs because they will try to sell you things you do not need and fix one problem but mess up something else and will not fix what they broke.... DONT GO THERE... Thank me later

I wish I never been here. I bought a Lexus that broke down the following day, it has a transmission problem and they won’t refund me my down payment. They ended up keeping my money and the car. I’m going to the DMV to sort this out, it’s just a headache that I really don’t want in my life right now.
