Best small dealership around the area. I’ve been to many “small” dealerships and the customer service typically isn’t the best but here Kevin will take care of you and he is very patient. I’ve bought several cars from Kevin and never had an issue. He isn’t pushy like other car salesmen either and he tries his best to get what fits in your budget.

We bought a BMW X3 with low mileage at this fly by night hole in the wall and in less than six months have had three major issues all with minimal $800.00 cost repairs. They will not do anything to help. They hang up on you when you call and they simply don’t care. This is not any place I would recommend to anyone.

I bought a Maserati in cash from them a year ago. The car has only been driven a total of 4 times since we got it because it has literally been in the Maserati shop for repairs. I contacted the dealership about the issues with the car about 15 days after I bought it and in short, they said it was my problem. Since buying the car I have spent over $13000 in getting it drivable. I finally after almost 8 month got it back from Maserati yesterday. With in 5 hours the vehicle is being towed back to Maserati. Also, if they know the car has issues they will only order you 30 day tags and you don’t find out until the tags arrive. Then they tell you that’s all they said they would do. The rest was the owners responsibility. This has been the worst experience I have ever experienced. The level of customer service received from prime motors is beyond the worst. They are a scam and rip people off. I do not ever recommend someone go there. Please avoid the stress and understand that you are not getting a good deal. There are other places out there that will take good care of you.

I Just bought a vehicle from them. The check engine light came on 2 days later. They say they will fix it. I had Auto Zone run a computer scan and find the part is $50. They say they will buy and install it. After 3 weeks and NO phone call, I call them to find out they did not order it and I have to take care of it!!!! They are beyond unprofessional, and do not know the words customer service. I will now go out of my way to ensure EVERYONE knows how poorly they run that business. $50 and they could have had a happy customer. Now for $50 they will have plenty of bad advertising. -Karma-Go to a real dealership and get real service that they will stand behind.

I was window shopping car dealerships on Wednesday. I found myself at Prime Motors. I met Moe a sales professional at the lot. He gave me such a warm welcome I felt like he is somebody I know for so many years; the next thing is that I found my self at Alis office. Ali is the sales manager who walked me though all the process. These people are amazing.

I bought a BMW 328i 2009 from Ali. He was so helpful and made sure I was happy with everything about the car. He treated me with great respect and I was very impressed with his kindness and ways as a salesperson.

Got a car sold right up under my nose😡😡!! I called and spoked with a salesman named Chris, interested in a Range Rover sport within just two business days of them getting the car. The salesman told me that the vechile was in the shop getting serviced, due to the engine light being on. We mad an agreement that I would come in Thursday in the morning and see the car. On Thursday I never got a call with a follow up on the status of the vehicle. Instead he decided to send a email later on in the after after while I was at work. Stating that the car was still in the shop being serviced. Then today I called up to the dealer to see if the car was ready, and he told me that someone had walked up on the lot and was interested and they furthered them with a buying process. This process totally was not fair knowing that I was interested first!! 😡

I only gave 4 stars because I think they should do a better job at inspecting the cars before selling to make sure they are in great running conditions. Do not trust this place! They gave us three minor problems (like worn tires) that needed to be fixed in order to pass inspection. Turns out it will cost thousands of dollars to fix everything wrong with the car. When we went back to confront them they said there was nothing they would do. Plus the processing fee cost almost half the price of the car. Ridiculous.

Never ever to deal with them, I bought a Mazda 626 car that has 106K miles from them and the owner said that it has warranty of 1000 miles or 1 month. then I was in hurry while signing the contract, and I didnt notice that owner switched to warranty to be (As is where is). So i took the car to mechanic in the next day and the car doesnt want to pass emission and mechanic said that car will need a transmission in 1 to 2 months, Axel needs work, time built, and replace battery & shocks.So I went back to dealership asking the owner about the warranty, and found him saying oh, I dropped the car price for you $200 and as a results, I removed the warranty. I told him that I should have been informed of this before. He answered sorry. Never to take anything from them without checking with mechanic and better not to buy anything from them.
