I stumbled upon this place walking down the street. One of the staff was super kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. After showing me around the shop, he gave me a 15%off coupon, and told me they are having a tasting on Friday night. I came back, enjoyed the tasting with the rest of the staff who were also friendly, nice, and knowledgeable, then I got this nice bottle of wine from them as a result. I highly recommend if you’re in the pentagon city area, or looking for something specific regards to wine, this is your place!

Terrible experience. It is probably a case by case basis and yours may be better than mine. But I was met with a seemingly upset greeting which ruined the remaider of my time spent there. One employee was very helpful, but the other that was working at the time made it seem like I was a burden.

Great experience!Visited during quarantine, called from outside (as no one can enter based on government regulations) and asked for a Pinot noir. Staff was knowledgeable and directed me to a bottle I now like that was within my price range!Will visit again! Very good wine!

This place is great. They are always so friendly and knowledgeable. It’s such a nice experience every time you go in. They won’t hesitate to recommend wines and open a bottle so you can try it. They always remember you as well and what you bought last time and did you like it, etc...Very personalized service. Highly recommend.

Went in shortly before Thanksgiving, and was helped by Ben. He was very helpful and knowledgeable! He let us taste a great selection of wines and Sakes, and recommended a bottle that was a huge hit at thanksgiving dinner! If you’re looking for wine, this is the place to go, 10/10!

Absolutely best place to go for amazing options and to learn more about beer and wine. Ive been coming here almost every week and always leave with great tasting choices (plus advice on pairings) and even found new favorites for both beer and wine! The weekly wine tastings are always fun too and I always leave with at least one of the options served!

Awesome store, great selection, courteous and knowledgable staff, clean and inviting store environment! They do tastings on fridays as well and have been very impressed with what they open and have available, my go-to spot for all things wine, beer, and sake! Best Sake selection in the area!

I go here about one a week . They always have an interesting rotating selection of great wines . The tastings on Saturday really broaden your horizons and are extremely educational . The manager, Greg, is extremely knowledgeable, and customer service forward . It’s obvious he enjoys sharing his love of wine with his client base. I really enjoy this wine shop. I literally have no problem going in and describing what I’m in the mood for and buying their recommendation. It’s always spot on.

I stopped in on my lunch break this week looking for a specific bottle of Zinfandel. The gentlemen working there asked if I was looking for wine? when I walked in. I was thinking of a funny comeback but he answered his ringing phone...and stayed on it the entire time my friend and I walked around the store. I was ok with him answering, but not a single Can I help you? or, Ill be right with you. Cute store with great set-up but the customer service that day was lacking.

Less than year old wine store. Broad selection of wines for a small shop in the city. The host was very polite and helpful. I will stop by when in Crystal City again.

The service cant be beat! I was able to partner with the General Manger Greg for a private wine tasting. All of our clients loved everything he sampled. Hes well endowed when it comes to wines from across the world. I prefer red wines but he was able to offer me a Pinot Grigio from Italy that was nothing less than perfection. When entering the store youre pleasantly overwhelmed by the amount of wines they have for you to choose from. I also discovered I have a preference for Wines specifically from South America I would definitely recommend this shop to a friend.

Excellent customer service!

Nice little wine shop with friendly/helpful staff. I’ve been picking up some decent items from Italy (Vermentino); Germany (Trocken Reisling and Spätburgunder); Austria (Grüner Veltliner); France (Pinot Blanc). At one point they even had a Scribe (Sonoma) Pinot Noir on the shelves, which you don’t often see around these parts.

Definitely punches above its weight for the size of the store, they have an incredibly diverse and unique selection of wines (and even craft beers) for reasonable prices. Customer service is also a 10/10.
