I decided to try the online ordering service since it was my wedding anniversary. I had no want to be in any store, but I needed wine for the fridge.I had a very specific shopping list. I was consciously looking for wines from black-owned wineries. Im surprised I was able to find a number of the wineries on my list. Clearly, Id love a really deep selection, but this is a great start.I picked a time, waited for the email, and rolled over. Once you select your parking spot, you use the email to alert the store to where youre waiting. My order was 3 boxes, so I figured it would be more than a minute for someone to arrive. The young lady rolled out, checked my identity, and safely helped me load my purchase.Although I do enjoy shopping this location (folks are courteous and do help you find what youre looking for), I will use this service again to save time.

This place is incredible! This is not like the old liquor stores that smell when you walk in. Its like you walk into a mall. Strategically laid out, aisle are clearly marked. People handing out samples at little mini-booths. Hugh selection of wines, bourbons, tequila and more and on top of that, the prices are very good. Worth the drive....

Just changed my review from a 2 star to a 1 star. The canned response to my review asked me to contact them with more details about the problem. I wrote a detailed email about these issues and they never responded to me. These people dont want your business, they just want your money. Go to Specs!...This is the second time I’ve been treated rudely by the staff here. Today while in the process of spending $100 there I was waiting in the check out line to pay. There were some gentlemen ahead of me who were buying several 12 packs of beer. Several other customers paid for their items and left in the registers on either side of us but we patiently waited. Another checker came from another register to count their items again which the gentlemen were becoming annoyed themselves by this time. Eventually the gentlemen were able to pay for their beer and I was about to check out FINALLY. But, the “manager” showed up and and began reconciling their purchase again, so I again was having to wait through this process. I asked, “can we go ahead and check out we’ve already been waiting like 15 minutes to check out?” The manager barked back at me “I’m the manger and I have to make sure this is right!” Finally the checker started scanning our items but she seemed angry and didn’t even allow us to enter our points before the purchase. I’ve been a loyal customer there and even recommended it to others. Not sure i will anymore. Probably will just go to Spec’s.

This store has everything you need from wine, liquor, beer, and snacks. It is a one stop shop. I enjoyed visiting staff are super helpful and nice. I would recommend visiting this store. Prices are reasonable, experience was great, and I found items that I couldnt find at regular grocery or spirit stores. There were plenty of staff to help out. The layout was great as well. It was easy to navigate through the isles and locate the different items that we were looking for.

I went to the location in the Highlands/Arlington...I was assisted by Cody, he was patient, very helpful & he didnt make me feel as if he was in a hurry. The other Manager that was called in ignored my questions. And the cashier that checked us out was rude.....And one other lady that assisted us, she helped locate the jalapeño mixer, she was very nice and seemed interested in helping....I gave this rating of a 5 because of Cody & the other very helpful associate.....I will not allow to bad apples to spoil a barrel.......

Our local Total Wine has friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great selection. They even have some more interesting things like Luxardo Cherries. Prices are cheaper than other retailers.

I love shopping here, the fact that small kids are allow in is really awesome! It’s a big store, very spacious, friendly staffs members. And they have wine/beer sampling each time I go to shop here.. Total Wine & More is my go to store. They have the best prices in my area. This last visit was different than my usual. I was seeking out a bottle of wine for a friend. An older gentleman, also an employee, happened to walk by and ask if I needed any assistance. I said yes. He was amazing. He addressed all my needs, provided me with details I never knew about certain wines and really just super exceeded my expectations. His customer service skills were top notch and I was glad he stopped to help me that day.... Id also like to shout out to the 2 employees running the wine sampling. Very polite and knowledgeable individuals. Overall fantastic service!

Excellent, they had almost everything. It is the holiday season so what they didnt have i understand. Even had some samples tastings. Found a new vodka I liked, Khor and Texas Desert Door sotol. Also found the 19 crimes Snoop Dogg cali red. The customer service was great they helped me find and made suggestions.

There was a young man at the tasting booth; to my good luck he knew more than just about wine, ask him about tequila (showing a picture on my phone). Very professional, gracious and knowledgeable directed me to 8 to the left. Plus he recognized the bottle that my son was requesting volunteering the name of the liquor I was in search of. This guy was truly amazing, giving my experience a positive and satisfying experience. And trust me at checkout; I again, experienced the most gratifying young man

This place is super clean and huge!I would ask one thing tho. If you are going to ask for ID, be consistent at it. Visited more than 10 times, never asked for ID.

Got lucky today! They are the only store who carry A. De Fussigny cognac and I was able to buy the XO and the Special today. The XO came on a truck when I got there today. I wish they had one of these in Chicago.
