Not sure what is going on with this qt but this used to be my favorite spot to go to get the Qt white cherry 🍒 slush drinks but as of lately for the hottest months of the year the slush machine has been DOWN…This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I have started driving a little further to the new 7-Eleven their machine are always working and their employees are nicer too

Restrooms were clean except for the fact that there was toilet paper everywhere. 4/10 wouldnt poop here again unless I had to.

I ordered one pretzel and it took almost 10min for me to receive it. Thats cause NO ONE was working the kutch6.

Ladies bathroom is clean! Whoever is working the cashier tonight 7pm, has the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service!! I normally get names, but I forgot....but she needs to be training QT employees every where!

I received terrible customer service, everyone was being very rude to us!! Denying products to us even tho we had a valid ID! The guy with black hair that was working Sunday at 12:00pm on 1/31!! Very Disrespectful

Yesterday I was at QT with my son and a rude customer cut in front of me. The clerk Jesus P acted as if he didnt see what happened I said I was next the clerk Jesus said you can move to the next clerk. Thats not the POINT. The other clerk said she was the manager, and she saw what happened and didnt say anything except she was sorry it happened. The rude A hole said pay attention next time front of my son I had to tell my son never let anyone treat you like this. So I had a few words with the 3 of them and call QT headquarters today to report this issue. Point of the matter is stand up for what you believe in.

There is a gentleman I believe his name is Ramon that works in the restaraunt side he was extremely courteous very helpful i let him know it was my first time in the store and he gave me several recommendations was a very good employee all around

Omg the (cute) girl at the cash register was ringing up 2 people at a time, on 3 registers because the card reader was down on the register in the middle. It was amazing!

I love QT! I moved here July 4, 2018. and this was my store! In August 2018 I came in to the store at 2:30 am and i was approached by a tall sexy man at the hot dogs! I was Love struck immediately! Turns he held the door for me and then said the magic words that I was the ONE he was looking for! I married him 6 months later! We decided to keep the QT nastalgia and were Married at QT right by the hotdogs !! QT is now our store! Thank You QT!

Good gas station

They run out of diet dew for days at a time. Then they run out of regular mountain dew. What kind of convenience store runs out of mountain dew for days at a time? Ive never been in any gas station that has only 1 row of diet dew, none, any store, anywhere in the country.

Tonight I wanted a hot dog, chips and drink, but the hot dogs were Still Cooking. So, I bought a sandwich and a bag of chips. As I was approaching the counter Roland W. stated, Since youre getting that, youre able to get a 32 oz drink.. So, I said ok and walked away to look for a drink. I noticed the bottled drink; so, I went back and asked if it could be a bottle or fountain drink. He said 32 oz fountain. Now, I looked at the sign and did not see sizes near the cups. So, I asked which one, and another cashier said its the 32 oz drink over and over, like that was going to make a difference. Thankfully Roland stepped down and assisted me by pointing to the Big Q cups, plastic/Styrofoam. I got my drink and made my way to the counter. Roland checked me out 🙌..if it would have been the other associate, I would have refused. Thank goodness it wasnt. Thank you, Roland W.P.S. It would have been 5 stars, but that other associate took that star

I made a review a few years ago about them never having sugar, i have never had that problem since.Chrystal that manages the place on most weekdays is a BOSS and everyone else in this location is awesome. It feels weird to go anywhere else.

The traffic on Collins has been unusually heavy this past year…, Probably a direct result of Mansfield population boom. Getting in and out of this Quiktrip has become very hectic, especially during the peak traffic hours. Even driving around the pumps can be dangerous with other cars speeding through. The last time I was here, I became aware of my stress level and blood pressure rising unnecessarily. The people that work at this location are good at their jobs. They keep the long line moving quickly at the checkouts. The hot chocolate has always been good.

My favorite QT Nick the morning store manager is an awesome guy greets me with a hand shake every time hard working guy great customer service and all of his employees on his shift are on point fast and polite... Nick for Qt president!!!!!!

Clean restrooms and friendly staff, tea was not sweet despite being labeled as sweet.

Look... my only problem with yall, is that yall keep highering these STUPID beautiful women behind the counter with great personalities too. You keep doing this to me your about to get an amazing employee.

6:30 PM on 2/26/19 I was ravenous and knew that I could always count on any QT to have pizza slices hot and ready to go during the dinnertime hour. I show up to a completely empty hot case and even worse not even a pizza in the oven. I asked the kitchen manager what was up? He acts like Im crazy to expect pizza ready to go. Im not sure why this location has deviated from the well known and beloved convenience model that has welcomed me at every single other location. Dejected, forsaken and nearing a catabolic state I make my way across the street to McDonalds trusting in their strict adherance to corporate protocols of having food ready during dinner time hours. I leave this review only to serve as a warning to any other worn and beleaguered fellow traveler, in the hope that they may not suffer the same fate as I in their absolute most dire time of need.

I love QT! Clean facilities. Clean food prep area. Super easy to find and see or locate - corner or south collins and interstate 20 (duh). The hot dogs are next level folks, Im sorry but they are! SUPER GOOD NOM NOM NOM. Get congested because they get busy at the gas pumps, adding more would be nice but they are surrounded by other stuff so I dont see expanding as an option. Gas is usually cheap according to the going rate from day to day. I usually go out of my way to visit a QT when i need gas, just to grab a snack. its that good

So im in the restroom using the urinal and a quick trip employee enters after me n uses the urinal next to me, then as i go to wash my hands, this employee walks out no washing of hands at all and then starts cleaning the counter tops by the coffee, i was disgusted in a way

Expect some shady person to approach you while filling up here and ask you for money... Happened twice in last two months... Some pumps often not working and good luck getting a receipt to print at the pump... This QT is not a good one.
