Love this place. I eat here on a regular basis and a really like the sandwiches, the popcorn chicken, and the steak and cheese. Get the spicy mayo. Also try the bacon, banana, nutella croissant.

A new go-to! My roommate and I love this place. We go to get bubble tea at least once a week. It’s nice that there are so many food options, snacks, alcohol, even soft serve. It’s a little modern spot and is perfect for a mid-day snack.

My bf’s bf I ordered bowls but his came with rock solid— almost like day old rice that was left out!!! So he didn’t really get to enjoy his meal :( the menu photo was also a bit different, it showed fried chicken but we received a wetter, shredded chicken in our bowls.Chicken and waffles were OK, but chicken wasn’t seasoned well either. I do NOT recommend delivery at all, but can’t speak for their in-person menu

What a hidden gem. Best spot for local craft beer and import. Great wine selection of wine too. Yummy shakes, tasty coffee. Lots of good food options. Very clean and friendly. Indoor and outdoor eating / seating available.

I ordered the carb free bowl and it was filled with rice…makes it kind of hard to eat…since rice is a carb. So sad! ☹️ The chicken was AMAZING though!

Nice place in Virginia Square area in Arlington. From the outside I thought it was a convenience store (I didnt notice the name) and then once I walked in I found that theyre a cafe that also sells alcohol and soft drinks. They have poke bowls, subs, hot drinks, and coffee. Pretty neat.I came here around 5pm on a weekday and it wasnt packed at all - I was the only one there. I had a bowl with beef, cucumbers, carrots, and some other veggies. I also added some hot sauce. The food was good, nothing amazing. Portions arent too great though and I wish they would add more beef to balance out the rest of the ingredients. Everything did taste fresh so thats a plus.The atmosphere was pretty modern and typical of the cafe style seating arrangements. Im about to move to the area so Ill probably be back to try other dishes.

Terrible service! For all the 20-30 minutes we were there, we were ignored all the time! No greetings or anything. I asked them questions and staff were murmuring to the point I couldnt hear or understand and was left wondering what I was supposed to do. We waited for a long time to order milk tea, no one attended to us. After we moved to another counter, thinking that was the place to pay, then the staff started serving other customers at the counter we originally were at without prioritizing customers that they ignored for so long. We ended up not buying the milk tea. Yet we also waited a long time to pay for the food that was ready. No single word was paid to us such as “ sorry for the waiting, we are busy and will get to you soon”. They just took all silence and ignorance of customers for granted! Not one single time will I go back!!!

I got the NYC breakfast sandwich on a croissant and chicken and waffles. everything was delicious! The sandwich was one of the best bfast sandwiches i have ever had! 100% returning!

I ordered from Bowl Play/Monster Tea via Grubhub. I ordered one Garlic Soy Chicken and one Taiyaki filled with Red Bean paste. Never had Taiyaki, a fish shaped pastry, before but as a fan of Japanese anime and manga I was looking forward to it. The order arrived within a reasonable amount of time and the Garlic Soy Chicken was still hot. Also, they had REALLY stuffed the container with Chicken - so that was nice.Taiyaki was cold and edges were burnt in a few places. IT was also kind of small but it was okay. I am glade I tried it but it wasnt as tasty as I had thought it would be. In the end I have to give Bowl Play a four out five.Update - Seems the location is now Le Cafe Market. Tried their Chicken and Waffles with spicy maple syrup and a side of scrambled eggs. Ordered it via Grubhub. The eggs were okay and the Chicken was kind of bland but the spicy maple syrup was great - never had it before - and the waffles were good. But still a four out of five.

We live in a nearby apartment building, and this has become our go-to for quick dinners, breakfast sandwiches, and bubble tea. It’s also amazing for snacks/drinks/wine/champagne/beer - everything is always fully stocked. The store is incredibly clean, the prices are great, and they play awesome music. Cannot recommend enough!

This is a cute little multipurpose market with a diverse set of foods and drink options. We went for the bubble tea and because its conveniently located. Bubble Tea in the DMV is very hit or miss (as anyone who lived in the Bay Area will tell you) so we had healthy skepticism at first.Overall, the flavor was great! Detailed breakdown:> Good flavor options was really what sealed the deal. The Caramel Taro flavor was great. I like Bubble Tea sweet and my partner prefers it to be a bit more mild and this struck the perfect balance for both of us.> The boba was just a little softer than it should have been but it was pretty close to the mark. Much better than most places in the DC area that tend to leave the boba hard and sticky.> A bit more ice than we would prefer. You are allowed to pick how much ice you want but I think they just forgot to ask us our preference? Nbd. Still tastyOverall we will definitely be going back!

I ordered Chicken noodle soup and was terrible. First the soup wasnt hot enough, the cup filled a little more than a half, too salty so I added a cup of water so I can eat that soup, and also to complete the actual cup of soup. I never see those rectangles noodle on chicken soup, and the soup should call carrot soup because that was a lot I only found 2 little pieces of chicken. SO DISAPPOINTED!!

This place is awesome! They just opened a month ago (obviously a tough time during covid) and the food was really good. Relatively inexpensive, decent variety on the menu, quick service and very accommodating. I got the good day wrap and they happily switched the cheese for me and added spicy mayo. Only thing is I wish the bacon was a little crisper... but otherwise sooo good! My friend got the NYC bacon egg and cheese and he says “5/5.” Highly recommend! Go support!

One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life!! The ciabatta bread was amazing. Service was excellent, building was spotless, and employees were taking appropriate covid precautions. The market side was super cute and had a great variety of healthy snack options, along with wine, juice, etc. Will definitely be back!!

I really like this place. Friendly staff, great sandwiches (amazing chicken salad) and the coffee is better than going to Starbucks next door. I plan to come back many times to try the breakfast and bowls.If you’re working near Virginia square metro you should definitely check it out.

8/14/2018: I walked passed to see if the girl with more than exceptional customer service was there which she was. She always greets you with a smile and has a friendly presence to her. I happily came in and she explained that the owner no longer wants to serve egg whites. Which is their decision being the owner and a far better response than the shake of the head no I received yesterday. She was able to find a way to make sure I still left satisfied. Though I still stand in my opinion of the younger male employee who was present this morning. I’d suggest more training. He’s the only employee there that I’m my opinion ruins the atmosphere. I leave my review at a 1 because of him. Though if it was based on the female employee as well as the food I’d give 5 stars.8/13/2018: I’ve order a bacon and egg white croissant consistently for weeks now. I come in this morning and the male employee just shakes his head no. He doesn’t try to offer me anything else. From now on I will only come in here if I see the female that normally serves me because the male employee clearly isn’t trained in customer service. Very disappointing.

I was standing in lane to make an order for 10mins. No one greeted me or took my order. The employees made no eye contact the whole I was there.

GO HERE! THIS PLACE IS SO AWESOME! The service is amazing - extremely friendly. The coffee is BOMB - they give you COFFEE iced cubes! You can clearly see the quality of the food and the drinks. Cant help but share how impressed I am with this place.

As first timer I was pleasantly surprised to find the variation of menu in such a small place. The team members were friendly but I got the impression that they either didnt totally understand english and were not very helpful in assisting a first timer.The food was definitely fresh and good. I sat and used my computer for an hour our so and was very comfortable.

This place is so much better than the previous deli that was here before. I started working in the area again and I was pleased to find the Atrium Cafe. So far, I’ve only had the bulgogi bowl but it’s delicious, filling and reasonably priced. When I get a chance to try more of the menu, I’ll let you know how it is.The music is rather annoying but I can deal with it.

Weve been waiting for this place to open up for months and could not be happier with the way things are looking right now! Their Hawaiian Poke bowl is astonishing with their fine selection of beers and wine. Will definitely be back.

I have been to Bowl Play/Pike Kitchen in Virginia Square a few times in the past month, and I expect to regularly do so in the future. The bibimbap is good, but the hwe dupbop is phenomenal.

Possibly the best Rueben sandwhich Ive ever. On paper the concept of the restuarant confused me but in person sandwhiches, sushi bowls and drinks (beer and wine) work together just fine.
